In the modern world, one of the most urgent tasks in the field of improving the efficiency of the workflow is to automate the activities of various structural divisions in the organization. Automation of activities leads to a reduction in paper document flow, reduction of errors in work related to the human factor, reduction of time to search for the necessary information, as well as an increase in the efficiency of employees. Information systems serve as the optimal mechanism for automating the above-mentioned needs. In addition, information systems allow you to quickly get up-to-date data from various departments in the organization and use the information obtained for management purposes, as well as store large amounts of information and data. Automation of work with information also allows you to conduct analytical work, in particular on the study of the psychological state of employees of the organization, monitoring of cognitive processes. The basis for the development of an information system for recording employee data was a detailed study of the modern business community, as well as offers on the software market in the field of automation of personnel service employees. The identified basic needs for information and data when informatizing the activities of employees in various organizations or companies allowed the authors to develop an information system that meets all modern requirements.

The feature selection is an important step in constructing any classifier. Binary versions of metaheuristic optimization algorithms are often used for selection. However, many metaheuristics are originally created to work in the continuous search space, so they need to be specially adapted to the binary space. In this paper, the authors propose fifteen ways to binarize the Shuffled frog leaping algorithm based on the following methods: modified algebraic operations, merge operation, and transformation functions. The efficiency of the binary algorithm was tested in the problem of feature selection for fuzzy classifiers on data sets from the KEEL repository. The results show that all the described methods of binarization allow reducing the features, while increasing the overall accuracy of classification.

The article deals with the practical aspects of synchronization and data transferring in multichannel phased array systems, especially in systems with big antenna dimensions. In multichannel passed array antenna commonly used an optical analog signals distribution scheme for RF and heterodyne signals and wired interfaces for control and digital data. For modern digital antennas the data transferring and synchronization method, based on digital fiber optic channels, was presented. The schemes, constructions, and algorithms of the method are described. The method was realized as SDR system using FPGA with soft-processor core. For data transferring the 8b/10b code is used. The following result of experiment are discussed: digital optical lines are resistant to signals distortions, can transfer big data massive with minimal delay, have excellent synchronization capabilities at quite low cost.

A growing number and increasing complexity of radioelectronic devices leads to the need to protect them from interference and enhance their reliability. There are many methods to ensure this, and they differ in capability, efficiency, and ease of implementation. Among these methods, a modal reservation (MR) is one of the most effective, reliable, and uncomplicated methods currently in use. Using this method in PCB tracing and assembling ensures both electromagnetic compatibility and reliability of the final electronic device. Much research has been performed on the study and development of MR, including 18 patents for inventions. However, there is still no a complete and extensive review of this method in order to perform research based on it. Therefore, this article presents a review of history and recent research on MR to identify the possibility of making various prototypes of MR-based structures. These structures could be used for experimental studies to estimate the level of radiated emissions in the frequency range, including the situations when the temperatures are extreme. In the conclusion, the main advantages of MR are summarized for the first time. Keywords: redundancy, modal reservation, modal filtering, electromagnetic compatibility, electromagnetic interference, radiated emissions, transmission lines, printed circuit board.

For industrial enterprises, an important area of activity is the use of non-destructive testing in assessing product quality. One of the most developed approaches in practice are optical methods (visible or infrared spectral regions) and associated algorithmic approaches to computer vision. Today a large number of industries use a manual method for detecting defects, which is labor-intensive, slow and subjective. The article presents a description of an automated optical control system to detect imperfections in bricks on a conveyor belt during their production. The optical control is based on RGB images from digital cameras. The processing algorithm is shown and the results obtained are presented

The article presents the synthesis of sliding regulators for a reciprocating hydraulic system with a servo valve. Such regulators operate at the lower (first) level of the intelligent navigation and control system of the automated transport system. Two types of sliding regulators are proposed: static and dynamic. Static and dynamic sliding regulators are simulated in the MatLab SIMULINK software environment. Both regulators work efficiently and steadily. However, in the presence of interference, the dynamic sliding controller showed superiority over the static sliding controller in terms of noise immunity and stabilization accuracy.

When designing transceiver paths, the problem of modeling the characteristics of individual components arises. The most universal and convenient for describing the microwave device is the scattering matrix. The use of two-port and four-port vector network analyzers allows to adjust the parameters of most of the developed microwave devices (dividers, filters, amplifiers,etc.).Often, the task is to use a two-port vector network analyzer to measure the parameters of a multi-port device (ports more than 4) to solve the problem of calculating the scattering matrix of the bone connection of adjacent industrial units. The purpose of this article is to compile a methodology for measuring the scattering of multiport devices with a two-port vector network analyzer with a sequence to obtain a measurement of a multi-channel final device (multi-channel radio path). Achieving this goal allows us to provide the necessary basis for the synthesis of domestic software used to develop microwave paths from the point of view of an overview of system analysis. Keywords: S-parameter measurement technique, S-parameter measurement, scattering matrix, vector network analyzer, microwave device cascading.

The etching of quartz sample by the flow of energetic ions from the beam plasma produced by continuous electron beam injected in a dielectric cavity in argon in medium vacuum (2.7 Pa) was demonstrated. The energy of bombarding ions was adjusted by the voltage drop on a sheath between a plasma boundary and the cavity bottom charging by the electron beam, so the beam was the only source of generating ions and adjusting their energy. It was found that the etching rate grows with the electron beam energy following the increase in the absolute value of the near-bottom voltage drop.

The work is devoted to the synthesis of differential phase shifters on electromagnetically coupled lines with a closed ring conductor. In comparison with the known phase shifters, the proposed structure is characterized by additional degrees of freedom in printed strip design and provides the possibility of designing multipath equidistant phased antenna arrays with operating frequency bands up to one and a half octaves, provided that the emitters of their antenna canvases are characterized by the same broadband, for example, printed logoperiodic emitters. With narrow-band emitters, the possibility of implementing a dual-frequency or multi-frequency mode of operation of a multipath antenna array opens up.
