Cybersecurity of critical information infrastructure is achieved by developing an information security system. It includes organizational and technical measures. The complexity in its development is not only the choice of information security measures (it depends on many criteria), but also the compilation of a set of all options suitable for solving this problem, especially if the object of critical information infrastructure is a state (municipal) information system or a personal data information system. In this paper, a comparative analysis of all possible protection measures is carried out to obtain a consolidated set of options.

The results of comparing the time responses at the end of the asymmetric MF obtained by different approaches are presented. For this purpose, time responses were obtained by analytical, quasi-static and electrodynamic approaches, as well as by measurements. When compared with the results of the quasistatic approach, almost complete coincidence of responses was revealed (within 2%). The maximum deviation when compared with the results of the electrodynamic approach was 8% in amplitude and 29% in the delay of the decomposition pulses. A comparison of the results obtained analytically and using measurements of the MF layout revealed deviations in amplitude of 21% for the first and 8.7% for the second pulses, respectively, and 2.2 and 3.9% for their delays.

The article considers the patch antenna with several ports to excite a circular polarization. The effect of excitation ports number on the total efficiency of antenna was investigated. Taking into account the mutual coupling of the antenna ports, the total active reflection coefficient was estimated. A comparison of the calculated characteristics and the data obtained by CAD-modeling was carried out. It was shown that the total efficiency of the multiport patch antenna is independent from the number of excitation ports

This work deals with the development of a 0.1-µm GaAspHEMT-model for use in EDA applications. The model is constructed using a reference transistor with a total gate width of 635 μm, which showed good accuracy under different DC operation modes in a wide frequency range. The developed model can be used to speed up and reduce the cost of the monolithic microwave integrated circuit amplifiers design in which the pHEMT transistor is the basic active element. In further studies the obtained model will be extended to develop more complex types of models, such as noise and nonlinear ones.

The development of stripline resonators in the problems of measuring the relative permittivity and the dielectric loss tangent of sheet dielectric materials in the microwave range is described. The results of measurements of the characteristics of the developed strip resonators are presented. The disadvantages and advantages of measuring equipment used in similar measurement methods are described.

An algorithm for network anomaly detection in the system security logs of the Microsoft Windows operating system with using machine learning methods was developed. Preprocessing, clustering, and visualization of the studied data were carried out. The proposed algorithm has confirmed its efficiency by identifying events in the studied dataset that indicate the operation of a malicious software.

The relevance of research on the rational use of redundancy by applying triple modal redundancy (MR) techniques to increase the resistance to ultra-wideband interference is highlighted. An experimental evaluation of the change in maximum voltage of decomposed pulses in a bilateral printed circuit board (PCB) with triple MR after failures has been performed. A special prototype of a double-sided PCB with triple MR with optimum parameters has been fabricated. SMD resistors were used as loads. At the far end of the redundant conductor of the PCB, a decomposition into 4 pulses at different input durations is shown. The maximum voltage changes before and after failures at input durations of 120 ps and 240 ps are 26.8% and 28%, respectively. The above comparison of the experimental and electrodynamic simulation results in the time and frequency domains showed their consistency. The maximum voltage and delay differences are 3.69 and 5.6 %, respectively.
