With the overall improvement of China's national economy, new changes have taken place in the translation market. The more traditional methods of translation cannot meet the needs of people's diverse translation business in the current era. The service-based process can be divided into a number of stages, from the initial start-up phase to the further planning phase, to the specific implementation of the plan and the closing of the program. This paper elaborates the learning resources and functions of computer-assisted translation software for the readers' reference by expounding the diverse needs of the Chinese market for translation professionals.

Since the reform and opening-up, China has been focusing on poverty alleviation. The number of poor people in China has declined year by year. Precision Poverty Alleviation has been implemented in 2013. By the end of 2017, great achievements have been made in poverty alleviation. However, there are still some shortcomings in the development of precise poverty alleviation. This paper points out the precise poverty alleviation policy in China. Finally, three suggestions are given to promote the poverty alleviation in China to achieve faster and better results.

With the rapid development of science and technology in China, the traditional teaching model of English linguistics is not in line with the modern teaching concept. Therefore, the integration of project learning into the teaching of English linguistics has become an inevitable trend of education reform in China. Project learning refers to a student-centered inquiry teaching mode. The project learning method in the teaching process of English linguistics can fully stimulate students' interest and motivation, and help them better understand and apply linguistic knowledge. This paper first introduces the current situation and existing problems in the teaching process of English linguistics, then introduces the connotation and significance of project learning method, and finally discusses the application of project learning in the teaching process of English linguistics, in order to improve the overall quality and level of English linguistics teaching.

The research proves that social network has positive or negative influence on the career success of enterprise managers, but it needs to study whether it has any influence on female high-level management talents in enterprises. This research mainly studies the influence of social network on the growth of female middle and senior management talents in enterprises by means of data statistics such as regression analysis and questionnaire survey. It is concluded that network heterogeneity has a positive impact on the growth of middleand high-level managers of female enterprises. The network scale and relationship intensity have some positive effects. The network density has a negative impact on the growth of middleand high-level managers of female enterprises. At the same time, amenity plays a part in regulating the influence of social networks on the growth of middleand high-level managers of female enterprises.
