Based on the characteristics of modern football, based on educational theory and training theory, the author discusses the need for football teaching training to adapt to social development with dialectical materialism. It is necessary to accurately grasp the time and space dimension of football teaching and training, pay attention to the stability, flexibility and coordination of the three joints, scientifically guide the football teaching and training work, and improve the quality of teaching and training. Introducing professional training into football teaching and popularizing relevant football knowledge can enable students to master more football-related skills, and students can better integrate learning and sports organically.

College students play an important role in China's socialist construction, economic development and scientific technology innovation, and they are the driving force of China's social development and construction. However, the current values of college students show a variety of complex situations, therefore, to strengthen the consciousness of college students’ socialist core values is of great significance. This paper summarizes some problems existing in the practice of socialist core values in colleges and universities in China, and proposes some countermeasures regarding these problems.

Promoting new urbanization is an important strategy for China's economic and social development. It is more strategic for ethnic areas with relatively lagging economic and social development. However, whether the new urbanization policy can be implemented smoothly depends largely on the rural residents in ethnic areas. According to a questionnaire survey conducted by rural residents in Yunnan Province, although rural residents have a strong demand for understanding new urbanization policies, the actual cognitive channels are limited, resulting in a low level of actual understanding of relevant policies. It is necessary to increase the propaganda of new urbanization policies, select effective ways to choose, reform the propaganda content, and rectify the rural human settlements in Yunnan.

As a highlight of the Amendment to the Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China (9), "Lifelong imprisonment" has aroused heated discussion among scholars since its introduction. In this regard, this paper explores the nature and application of lifelong imprisonment, and reflections on the System of Lifelong Imprisonment. Lifelong imprisonment, as a highlight of the Amendment to the Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China (9), has aroused heated discussion among scholars since its introduction. However, whether the debate on its nature or the discussion on its specific application are mostly confined to the scope of pure criminal law theory, which is not only different and difficult to conclude up to now, but also inevitably abstract and empty. Therefore, it is necessary to reconsider the system of lifelong imprisonment in the light of specific judicial practice in order to clarify its basic nature and application.
