Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masalah peran guru PPKn dalam mengembangkan sikap disiplin pada proses pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui langkah-langkah guru dalam membina sikap disiplin siswa dan kendala yang dihadapi guru dalam membina sikap disiplin siswa pada proses pembelajaran serta upaya apa yang dilakukan pihak sekolah dalam membina sikap disiplin siswa pada proses pembelajaran di SMAN 1 Sungai Geringging Kabupaten Padang Pariaman. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan model penelitian deskriptif. Sedangkan teknik yang digunakan penulis untuk menentukan informan yaitu teknik purposive sampling. Teknik menguji keabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi dengan sumber data. Teknik analisis data dengan cara mereduksi data, penyajian data, dan menarik kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan peran guru dalam mengembangkan sikap disiplin siswa dalam proses pembelajaran pada SMAN 1 Sungai Geringging meliputi menasehati siswa, keteladanan dalam berperilaku, memberikan hukuman jika bersalah, memberikan penghargaan (hadiah) jika berprestasi, serta melakukan kerjasama guru dengan orang tua sudah baik.

Mata kuliah Human Resources Information System di Program Studi Psikologi Universitas Islam Indonesia pada awalnya menggunakan SAP HCM, namun tim pengelola mata kuliah tersebut memutuskan mengganti perangkat pembelajaran dari SAP HCM ke ODOO karena tidak berbayar dan open source. Dengan melanjutkan penelitian sebelumnya tentang kegunaan ODOO, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi implementasi penggunaan ODOO. Penelitian evaluasi ini menggunakan model CIPP (context, input, process, product) yang memiliki fokus pada process (penilaian mahasiswa terhadap dosen) dan komponen produk (nilai akhir mahasiswa angkatan 2017, 2018, dan 2020) . Bagian Akademik telah mengumpulkan data, dan kemudian peneliti menganalisisnya menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan ANOVA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja dosen dalam proses pembelajaran pada kategori tinggi, sedangkan rerata nilai akhir berada pada taraf cukup (B+). Juga tidak ada perbedaan evaluasi mahasiswa terhadap dosen dalam tiga tahun tersebut. Menurut penelitian ini, pembelajaran HRIS dengan ODOO sudah efektif tetapi perlu peningkatan.

This research is motivated by student learning outcomes that do not meet the criteria for mastery learning, the application of varied, creative, innovative, and fun learning media in social studies learning, students in the class are still passive in the learning process, lack of mastery of social studies subject matter and average grades. for social studies subjects in class is still low. The solution to overcome these problems is to use a rotating wheel media. The location is in class IVBSDN 60/II Muara Bungo, Rimbo Tengah District, Bungo Regency, the method used in this research is CAR (Classroom Action Research).The results of the study showed that the learning process in the first cycle of implementation learning outcomes in the first cycle had a percentage of completeness at the first meeting 55.55% increased at the second meeting 61.11% increased, in the second cycle implementation at the first meeting 83.33% increased at the second meetingII 88.89%.The conclusion is that using the rotating wheel media for social studies learning can improve learning outcomes in IVB SDN 60/II.

The purpose of this study is to improve the learning outcomes of fourth grade students of SDI Siumolo, Kupang Regency by applying the PBL learning model. The type of research used in this research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The subjects of this study were fourth grade students, with a total of 20 students consisting of 13 male students and 7 female students. The research was carried out in a cycle starting from cycle one to completion with the planning stage, implementation stage, observation stage, and reflection stage. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation and learning outcomes tests. From the results of the first cycle the average score was 67.75, with a completeness percentage of 55%, the results of observing student activities were 73.33 (enough) and the results of observing teacher activities were 76.78 (enough). After the second cycle obtained an average value of 81.75 with a percentage of completeness that is 90%, the results of observing student activities are 85.10 (Good) and the results of observing teacher activities are 96.42 (Good). Thus, student learning outcomes and the results of the analysis of observational observation sheets increase towards a better direction with the application of PBL learning models compared to using the lecture method.

In Era Society 5.0, teachers must have expertise in using ICT to teach online during the pandemic. They also need to adapt their teaching to the characteristics of students as millennials become creative, innovative, and competitive generations. The formation effort is realized through the use of Google Jamboard as a creative medium in the Introductive Grammar course. The general purpose of using it is to encourage students to learn independently, to inspire creativity and collaboration, and to focus on the problem-solving process. Introductive Grammar is a course that has a fairly high level of difficulty to understand, so knowing the level of understanding of students in the French Education Section, Universitas Negeri Semarang is a special purpose of using this web application. This part of Classroom Action Research is organized after students had a decreased accuracy of the Final Semester Examination by 18%. We focus on improving the quality of the learning process in the classroom so that student learning outcomes can be improved provides information in creating creative content about lesson material. The process of submitting a thesis will pass the validation stage by the validator team. However, as the number of titles that have been submitted increases, it will be difficult for the validator to know whether the title has been submitted before or not. We need a system that can process information retrieval against the thesis title database and is able to calculate the degree of similarity of the title. In this study, a system development was carried out by applying the Cosine Similarity method to obtain the similarity value of the proposed title to the thesis title contained in the database. The result of this research is a system that can be used as a tool for information retrieval. The information generated from this process is the degree of similarity index of the title of thesis database, which becomes a tool in conducting the title of thesis validation process in STKIP PGRI West Sumatra

This research is motivated by the problem of low motivation and science learning outcomes for fifth grade students at 094/8 Giriwinangun.. This is because teachers still teach conventionally and do not apply variations in teaching. The purpose of this study is to increase motivation and science learning outcomes using the reciprocal teaching learning model for fifth grade students. This research is a type of CAR research, which has been carried out in two cycles of action, while each cycle consists of two meetings. Each cycle consists of planning, implementation of action, observation, and reflection. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, questionnaires, and learning outcomes tests. The observation sheet instrument was used to collect data related to the teacher and student aspects of the learning process, the questionnaire instrument was used to collect data related to student learning motivation, while the learning outcomes test items were used to collect data related to the remaining science learning outcomes. The research data were analyzed using qualitative and quantitative approaches. The results showed that in the first cycle the learning process in the teaching aspect of the teacher reached 75%, the student learning aspect reached 65%. In the second cycle the improvement in the learning process from the teaching aspect of the teacher reached 87%, student learning aspect in the second cycle reached 90%. The success percentage of students' learning motivation in the first cycle reached 70% and increased again in the second cycle by reaching 95%. Students' science learning outcomes in the first cycle only reached classical completeness of 55%. While in the second cycle, it managed to increase by achieving classical completeness of 80%. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the application of the reciprocal teaching model can increase the motivation and learning outcomes of science students in class V SDN 094/8 Giriwinangun.

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya proses dan hasil belajar peserta didik pada pembelajaran IPA, hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil observasi dan dokumentasi sekolah yang menunjukan dari 19 peserta didik hanya 47% yang memenuhi KKM. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kelas V SDN 188/VIII Wiroto Agung. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mendeskripsikan dan mengetahui penerapan Model Kooperatif tipe jigsaw dalam meningkatkan aktivitas serta hasil belajar IPA di Kelas V. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Penelitian ini terdiri dari 2 siklus, setiap siklus dilkasanakan melalui 4 tahap, yaitu perencanaan, tindakan, observasi dan refleksi dan terdiri dari 2 kali pertemuan. Hasil penelitian dapat dijelaskan sebagai berikut: (1) penerapan Model Kooperatif tipe jigsaw dalam aktivitas belajar dilihat dari lembar observasi yaitu siklus I dari aspek guru 84% dan aspek siswa 57% sedangkan pada siklus II terjadi peningkatan dari aspek guru 91% dan aspek siswa 73% yang telah mencapai indikator keberhasilan. (2) penerapan Model Kooperatif tipe jigsaw dalam pembelajaran pada siklus I masih belum maksimal. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil tes pada siklus I hanya 32% siswa yang memenuhi KKM dan pada siklus II terjadi peningkatan yaitu 79% siswa yang memenuhi KKM, Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa model kooperatif tipe jigsaw dapat meningkatkan proses dan hasil belajar di SDN 188/VIII Wiroto Agung.

Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Penelitian ini terdiri dari 2 siklus, setiap siklus dilkasanakan melalui 4 tahap, yaitu perencanaan, tindakan, observasi dan refleksi dan terdiri dari 2 kali pertemuan. Hasil penelitian dapat dijelaskan sebagai berikut: (1) penerapan Model Kooperatif tipe jigsaw dalam aktivitas belajar dilihat dari lembar observasi yaitu siklus I dari aspek guru 84% dan aspek siswa 57% sedangkan pada siklus II terjadi peningkatan dari aspek guru 91% dan aspek siswa 73% yang telah mencapai indikator keberhasilan. (2) penerapan Model Kooperatif tipe jigsaw dalam pembelajaran pada siklus I masih belum maksimal. This study aims to determine the differences that exist in individuals viewed from the aspect of intelligence, talent and implications in learning. Individual differences are a gift given by God to humans, where between one individual and another there must be differences. It is very important for educators to understand the differences that exist in students. By knowing the causes that influence individual differences, educators can provide equal treatment to students. The method used is a literature study by processing and analyzing a number of relevant literature. Data were analyzed, grouped, and interpreted to determine the factors that influence individual differences. The results show that individual differences based on intelligence, talent in learning are a concern for educators in developing the potential that exists in students, this needs to also be supported by parents of students so that students are more enthusiastic in learning, channeling the talents of students, and how to respond to individual differences who have different intelligence and talents in learning in the school environment.

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah kurangnya pengetahuan siswa dalam menulis pantun karena tidak adanya media pantun dalam pembelajaran yang ditandai dengan rendahnya hasil tes menulis yang tidak mencapai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media sticky notes terhadap kemampuan menulis pantun siswa kelas VII C SMP Negeri 3 Muara Bungo tahun pembelajaran 2019/2020. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 3 Muara Bungo yang berjumlah 229 siswa dan tersebar dalam 10 kelas. Dalam penentuan sampel, peneliti menggunakan teknik random kelas dan terpilih kelas VII-C yang berjumlah 30 siswa sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas VII-F berjumlah 30 siswa sebagai kelas kontrol. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen. Dan instrumen penelitian yang digunakan berupa tes esai yaitu menulis pantun. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa kemampuan menulis pantun setelah perlakuan menggunakan media sticky notes memperoleh nilai rata-rata 81,66 termasuk dalam kategori baik sekali, sementara kelompok siswa yang tidak menggunakan media sticky notes memperoleh nilai rata-rata 45,33 termasuk dalam kategori kurang. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa hipotesis terbukti, melalui uji hipotesis uji t diperoleh thitung> ttabel yaitu 12,27 > 2,00.
