Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dengan adanya ditemukan berupa Jenis-jenis karakter yang terbentuk dalam kegiatan latihan dasar kepemimpinan siswa di SMPN 1 Kayutanam, Kendala yang terjadi dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter dalam kegiatan latihan dasar kepemimpinan dan Upaya mengatasi kendala pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter dalam kegiatan latihan dasar kepemimpinan siswa di SMPN 1 Kayutanam. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, yang diambil dengan menggunakan teknik purpose sampling. Data yang dikumpulkan dengan tekhnik observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Uji keabsahan data yang digunakan adalah triangulasi sumber. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik dari Milles dan Huberman yaitu : (1) proses pengumpulan data, (2) reduksi data, (3) penyajian data dan (4) penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, guru Pembina dan juga siswa yang mengikuti kegiatan latihan dasar kepemimpinan siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Jenis karakter yang terbentuk dalam kegiatan Latihan dasar kepemimpinan siswa di SMPN 1 Kayutanam yaitu : (a) Pembentukan Karakter disiplin, (b) tanggung jawab, (c) peduli lingkungan, (d) religius, (e) menghargai prestasi. (2) Kendala-kendala yang terjadi dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter dalam kegiatan latihan dasar kepemimpinan siswa di SMPN 1 Kayutanam yaitu : (a) tidak semua siswa yang tertarik dan berminat untuk mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakurikuler Latihan dasar kepemimpinan siswa, (b) Masih banyak nya pihak yang memandang sebelah mata pada kegiatan latihan dasar kepemimpinan siswa, (c) kurangnya pembinaan latihan dasar kepemimpinan siswa atau kurangnya minat untuk kegiatan ekstrakurikuler latihan dasar kepemimipinan siswa disekolah, (3) Upaya mengatasi kendala pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter dalam kegiatan latihan dasar kepemimpinan siswa di SMPN 1 Kayutanam yaitu: (a) Memberikan aturan yang tegas untuk siswa, (b) Merancang strategi pembelajaran yang memiliki program penanaman karakter secara rutin, (c) Rutin dalam menanamkan sikap yang baik, (d) Selalu menegur (e) Selalu menjadi guru yang baik.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar keterampilan menulis teks eksplanasi pada peserta didik kelas XI IIS I MAN 2 Bungo dengan menggunakan pendekatan inkuiri. Melalui pendekatan inkuiri, peningkatan keterampilan menulis teks eksplanasi dapat dilihat secar proses maupun secara produk. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas XI IIS I MAN 2 Bungo yang berjumlah 20 peserta didik. Objek penelitian ini adalah keterampilan menulis teks eksplanasi. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdapat empat tahap yaitu: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Data diperoleh dari observasi, wawancara, tes, catatan lapangan, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Keterampilan menulis teks eksplanasi peserta didik dilihat dari batas pencapaian Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimum (KKM), yaitu 72 dan menjadi bahan pertimbangan pelaksanaan siklus selanjutnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pendekatan inkuiri dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar keterampilan menulis eksplanasi pada peserta didik kelas XI IIS I MAN 2 Bungo, baik secara proses maupun secara produk. Peningkatan proses ditunjukkan dari sikap peserta didik, aktivitas peserta didik, dan suasana pembelajaran, yaitu peserta didik berpartisipasi aktif dalam pembelajaran menulis teks eksplanasi, peserta didik berani mengungkapkan pendapat saat berdiskusi, peserta didik dapat bekerja sama dengan baik dalam kelompok serta peserta didik dapat mengikuti dan memahami langkah-langkah pendekatan inkuiri dengan baik. Peningkatan produk dapat dilihat dari hasil karya peserta didik. Pada siklus I, jumlah nilai 142,8 dengan nilai rata-rata peserta didik 7,14 dengan keterangan peserta didik tuntas 14 peserta didik (70%). Selanjutnya pada siklus II jumlah nilai 161,3 dengan rata-rata peserta didik meningkat menjadi 8,065 dengan keterangan peserta didik tuntas sebanyak 17 peserta didik atau 85%.

The ability of a teacher as an educator in designing learning is a competency that must be possessed. Teachers have a crucial role in the process of scientific transition. However, there are still problems found that the process of preparing lesson plans as teaching materials is not by following with a systematic format, the applied learning methods have not been able to actively involve students, and there are still teachers who prepare lesson plans with copy and paste. The condition of teachers' lack of competence in designing learning materials is the reason for this research. The focus of this research is to make efforts to improve the ability of teachers in designing learning materials that are carried out through structured workshop activities, especially for teachers at SD Negeri Giripurno 2. The subject of this research is the competence of teachers at SD Negeri Giripurno 2 by collecting qualitative and descriptive comparative data. The results showed that efforts to improve the ability to design learning progressed through structured workshop activities for teachers at SD Negeri Giripurno 2.

This Best Practice is motivated by the lack of activeness and learning achievements of students in online learning activities during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study is focused on efforts to enhance students' activeness and learning achievement in mathematics through Google Meet assisted by jamboard and pentablet applications. The subjects of this study were students of class VIII D of SMP Negeri 41 Semarang with a total of 32 people. Based on an analysis of the observations results during the study, student learning achievement shows an improvement, as evidenced by an increase in student activity scores compared to the results before using Google Meet assisted by Jamboard and Pentablet applications. Students learning activeness increased to 81.250%. In addition, the achievement of the minimum criteria of mastery learning percentage has increased, before this study by 56.25%, increasing to 84.375%. It can be concluded that online learning through Google Meet assisted by Jamboard and Pentablet applications can enhance student activeness and learning achievement.

Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analysis-Desain-Develop-implementasi-Evaluate) yang memiliki lima tahapan pengembangan antara lain analisis, perancangan, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi.validasi dilakukan untuk mengetahui kelayakan terhadap multimedia yang dikembangkan.validasi diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data berupa angket yang diberikan kepada ahli materi dan ahli media. Respon peserta didik dan pendidik diperoleh dengan metode pengumpulan data berupa angket. Hasil validasi ahli materi diperoleh rata-rata sebesar 91,67% dengan kategori ”Sangat Layak”. Uji validitas materi secara keseluruhan adalah 88,89% dengan kategori ”Sangat Layak”. Uji Praktikalitas media pembelajaran diuji oleh 1 orang guru dan 16 orang siswa. Praktikalitas untuk uji praktikalitas guru 87,11% dan praktikalitas oleh siswa 79,80% sehingga dapat diinterprestasikan Sangat Praktis untuk digunakan. Abstrak ditulis dalam Bahasa Indonesia dan bahasa Inggris. Gunakan 12 pt Times New Roman bold. Pada abstrak sekurang-kurangnya berisi tujuan, metode dan temuan. Dapat pula ditambahkan tentang batasan, implikasi praktis, implikasi sosial dan nilai originalitasnya. Panjang maksimal abstrak adalah 250 kata dan tidak melebihi halaman pertama ini. Efforts to increase teacher competence need to be made to help improve professionalism in teaching. The number of success factors is because the teacher's skills in delivering teaching materials and materials can encourage students to be motivated in the learning process. Although skills are basic things that must be possessed by teachers, there are still some obstacles including, teachers are not able to manage the class, teachers have not been able to provide reinforcement to students, teachers have not been able to control the atmosphere in the classroom and teachers often miss activities in a series of closing the learning process. If this condition continues, it can affect student learning activities. Therefore, a school action research (PTS) was conducted through a lesson study to see the improvement of the teaching skills of teachers, especially at SD Negeri Bumiharjo. The research subject is the competence of teachers in SD Bumiharjo with qualitative and descriptive comparative data collection. The results of the study indicate that efforts to improve the teaching skills of teachers have increased through lesson study activities at SD Negeri Bumiharjo.

One of the problems in learning mathematics is the weak ability of students to apply knowledge to solve problems in real life, especially in solving the problem of presenting Data, collecting data, and presenting data. To overcome this problem, a class action research (PTK) was conducted using Discovery Learning model. The purpose of this study was to improve the learning outcomes of VII C grade students of SMP Negeri 2 Muntilan school year 2018/2019 using the Discovery Learning Learning model. The research subjects were students totaling 32 people, the source of research data obtained from qualitative data in the form of data observation activities of teachers and students and quantitative data in the form of student learning outcomes test data. The results of the first cycle of research obtained by students who completed individually as many as 24 students with classical completeness of 75 %. While the results of the second cycle of research has increased with the number of students who completed individually as many as 28 students with a percentage of completeness of 87.5 %. Based on the results of the study, learning using the Discovery Learning Learning model can improve the learning outcomes of VII C grade students of SMP Negeri 2 Muntilan school year 2018/2019.

This research is a classroom action research, which consists of two cycles. Each cycle consists of planning activities, implementing actions, observing and reflecting. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, tests and documentation. The research subjects were 1 educator and 22 students. The results of this study showed the teaching learning process, the first meeting of the first cycle was 77%, the second meeting of the first cycle was 80%, the first meeting of the second cycle was 90%, the second meeting of the second cycle was 95.45%. Observation of students during the learning process in the first cycle of the first cycle of good category is still 0%, the second meeting of the cycle increased to 54%. Furthermore, the first meeting in the second cycle in the category increased to 77% and the second meeting in the second cycle in the good category increased to 91% which was said to be successful. The results of the initial reading and writing skills assessment of students in cycle I were in the good category of 12 people or 54%. In cycle II the good category increased to 20 people or 91% and was declared successful. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the use of Visual, Auditory, Read Write, Kinesthetic models can improve students' initial reading and writing skills in class II.

The problem of this research is that students have difficulty writing, students have difficulty in composing words in their own language and students are less developed in writing because of limited ideas, opinions and students' writing knowledge. When students are asked to write stories, students actually tell their ideas to their friends. This type of research is classroom action research (CAR). The data analysis technique of this research is qualitative data obtained from the results of teacher observation sheets and student observations, while quantitative data is learning outcomes obtained from learning outcomes tests. Based on the results of this study, it can be seen from the increase in the learning process with the percentage of teaching educators, namely cycle I meeting 1 66.66%, cycle I meeting 2 76.19% and cycle II meeting 1 85.7%, cycle II meeting 2 92, 30% and an increase in the learning process of students in cycle I meeting 1 53.84%, cycle I meeting 2 62.17% and cycle II meeting 1 73.07%, cycle II meeting 2 95.2% and the percentage of completeness of the number of students who achieved The KKM in the initial conditions was 36.3% or 8 students out of 22 students who achieved the KKM, in the first cycle the students who achieved the KKM were (54.5%) or (12) students from 22, and in the second cycle the students who achieved the KKM were ( 81.81%) or 18 of the 22 students. It can be concluded that the application of the Scaffolded writing model can improve the writing skill process of fifth grade students at SD Negeri 118/II Candi.

So this study aims to determine the form of learning difficulties, and efforts to evercome learning difficulties in class V at SD N 37/II Pasar Lubuk Landai, Tanah Sepenggal Kabupaten Bungo district. This research uses descriptive qualitative research method. Research informants there are 4 students from 9 subjects of class V students who have learning difficulties the data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentations. The research instruments used are observation, sheets, interview guidelines and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The result of the study indicate that thereare two forms of learning difficulties for students. First, there are 2 students who have learning disabilities, namely learning disabilities,and 2 students who experience slow learning. Factors causing learning difficulties include internal factors in the form of learning motivation. Study habits, attitudes in learning as well as external factors including the famuly, community, and school environment white efforts to overcome leaerning difficulties are to provideasistance in the form of 1) group study guidance 2) individual study guidance 3) remedial teaching 4) personal guidance 5) case transfer.
