called PMO) program is a signal of novelty to increase the acceleration of the success of the tuberculosis eradication program. However, the certainty of its feasibility in remote areas is not yet known. The purpose of this study is to find out the feasibility of the PMO program in remote areas. This quantitative method research was conducted in Biak Numfor, Papua, with total respondents of 23. The primary data was obtained from instruments of a set of questionnaires which were distributed randomly to family members of TB patients. The inclusion criteria were family members of TB patients who were currently on treatment and lived in Yendidori district, Biak. The exclusion criteria were family members of TB patients outside Yendidori, and not taking TB drugs. Secondary data was obtained from reputable journals. Data analysis was carried out descriptively. The results of the study showed that the PMO program had great support from TB client families, and were willing to be part of the program. Found cases of multidrug-resistance (26%), ignorance of drug consistency (100%) considering that 5 out of 18 clients were toddlers. The other major challenges were infrastructure conditions and geography, and lack of means of communication. In conclusion, the PMO program was considered to provide benefits and was feasible to implement to support the increase in the success of TB eradication programs involving family members.

This study aims to test and measure the performance of the Patut Patuh Patju Regional General Hospital in West Lombok using the Balanced Scorecard method. The approach used is mixed-methods research. This study uses secondary data to measure performance based on the four perspectives of the balanced scorecard, namely the financial perspective and the perspective of internal business processes. The population of employees at Patut Patju Hospital in West Lombok is 497 people, and the number of samples to be taken is 100 people. This research was conducted at Patut Patuh Patju General Hospital in West Lombok. After applying the balanced scorecard, the performance of the Patut Patuh Hospital in West Lombok is located in the "sufficient" area because 0.4 lies between 0 and 0.6. Whereas before using the Balanced Scorecard, the hospital's performance was also in the "adequate" area with a value of 0.25, and its financial performance was both in the "less" area with a good value of -1. Performance appraisal using the balanced scorecard provides a more comprehensive picture of the results of the performance assessment, which not only looks at the financial aspects but describes more detailed results regarding the non-financial aspects of the Patut Patuh Patju Hospital in West Lombok, and overall every aspect is in the "good" category.

Malaria infection is still a global health problem. Malaria can affect all groups including pregnant women. Malaria infection in pregnant women can cause various dangerous complications, one of which is abortion. A 35-year-old pregnant woman was diagnosed with G6P5A0H5 uk 8-9 weeks with falciparum malaria. The patient was given Dihydroartemisin and piperacuine phosphate (DHP) therapy and symptomatic drugs. During observation the patient had no additional complaints and slowly returned to normal. One week later the patient experienced bleeding from the birth canal and was declared an abortion. There are several things that must be considered in the management of malaria in pregnant women such as resources, facilities and infrastructure available at first-level health facilities, and various matters regarding optimal maternal and fetal supervision so as to prevent various complications caused by malaria infection.

The use of PPE is one of the problems in the world of work. This can increase the level of risk of loss, both material and non-material. In general, companies have implemented an OHS management system, in which there are also provisions for the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). However, in reality PPE is not always worn when working, many workers are found who do not use PPE. Compliance with the use of personal protective equipment is a person's attitude in following the rules set by the organization to protect part or all of the body from the dangers of work-related accidents and diseases. Based on the initial survey, it was found that there were 17 employees who did not comply with using personal protective equipment. The purpose of this study was to analyze factors related to Compliance with the Use of Personal Protective Equipment for employees in the production section at PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur TBK Noodle Division Pekanbaru. The method in this study used a quantitative approach with a Case Control research design with a total a sample of 34 people. The research was conducted from August to September 2021. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire using the Google form. Data analysis was carried out using univariate, bivariate and multivariate. The analysis technique used is multiple logistic regression using the SPSS program. Based on the results of the study there is a significant relationship between attitude variables, availability of personal protective equipment, supervision, age and years of service with adherence to the use of personal protective equipment. The most dominant factor in this research is attitude. Menstrual pain is a symptomatic phenomenon including abdominal pain, cramps, back pain. Applying a warm compress using the principle of conducting heat through conduction will improve blood circulation and reduce muscle tension in the area of pain. The purpose of this study was to reduce dysmenorrhea pain in late adolescents by using the Hot Jelly Belt. This type of research used a quasi-experimental research design with a pretest posttest control group design. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a sample of 60 late adolescents (18-21 years old). Analysis test with wilcoxon signed rank test. Based on the results of the statistical test, the chi square test obtained a significant p-value of 0.018 <α 0.05, which means that there is a difference in dysmenorrhea pain before and after using the hot jelly belt in adolescents. These results prove that the use of hot jelly belts to reduce dysmenorrhea pain in adolescents is proven effective.

The research was conducted in the inpatient room of Bangkinang Hospital, August 2022 with a total sample of 96. This type of research is an analytic study with a cross-sectional design. The data analysis used was univariate, bivariate and multivariate. Bivariate analysis showed that the variables that influenced patient satisfaction were empathy (p = 0.011), responsiveness (p = 0.009), reliability (p = 0.014) and patient experience (p = 0.007). Variables that have no effect are assurance (p = 0.238) and tangible (p = 0.073). Multivariate analysis obtained two confounding variables, namely assurance and tangible. The variable that has the dominant influence is the patient's experience with a POR value of 7,495. The conclusion of this study is that there are four variables that influence patient satisfaction and two confounding variables. The suggestion of this research is that it is necessary for homes to complete facilities in inpatient rooms, especially call bells, provide training to improve the competence of officers, and ESQ training.
