Creation of a 3D model of SULUP from a point cloud in Revit Architecture 创建一个三维模型的SULUP从点云在Revit架构

The article discusses the technology of creation a model of the State University for land use planning from a point cloud in Revit Architecture – the software that is widely used in Russia. The initial data for modeling (point cloud) were obtained by terrestrial laser scanning (TLS together with aerial survey data obtained from an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV). The resulting model and the examples of visualization of the SULUP building are presented here as well.

Report on the round table in the State Duma dedicated to the cadastral reform 国家杜马圆桌会议上关于地籍改革的报告

Currently, the introduction of a 3D cadastre of real estate objects in Russia is quite relevant, since using a two-dimensional cadastre it is impossible to keep records of various multi-level objects such as bridges, tunnels, road junctions, etc. In this scientific work, the most time-consuming stage of a three–dimensional cadastre is considered – 3D modeling of various real estate objects and obtaining of spatial information about them. The article analyzes two main methods of spatial data acquisition - aerial photography and three–dimensional laser scanning. The advantages and disadvantages of these methods are considered in this paper. In conclusion, the authors advise to use the mentioned methods of obtaining data to create 3D models in a three-dimensional real estate cadastre.

The author paid a special attention to the inventory of real estate objects. Inventory is an actual problem for most major cities and Moscow is no exception. Inventory is a system for collecting, storing, and processing information about real estate objects, allowing further reliability of cadastral records about these objects. The characteristics of real estate objects, especially land plots, are of particular importance for their further management. Without any doubt, the land acts as a basis for the development of various industries. In this regard, this article analyzes the features of land inventory on the territory of Moscow in order to carry out further cadastral registration of such real estate objects.

Man-made land parcels – terminology, status and order of creation 人造地块。创造的术语、状态和顺序

The range of problems associated with the creation, development and use of manmade land plots is considered in this paper. The analysis of the legislation regulating the issues of creation, and carrying out cadastral work, registration of rights and further circulation was carried out there as well. The authors analyzed the concept, features of creation and circulation and gave some recommendations for adding the main characteristics of man-made land plots to the Unified State Register of Real Estate and the Public Cadastral Map.

Compact land distribution of "Far Eastern hectares" in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) 萨哈共和国(雅库特)“远东公顷”的紧凑土地分配

The article provides an analysis of the territory organization of compactly concentrated land plots provided to citizens within the "Far Eastern hectare" program. In the course of the implementation of the basic law, 16 territories of compact location (agglomerations) were formed on the territory of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), four of which have completed infrastructural works. The main problems associated with the random location of land plots in the forest lands have been identified, and proposals for their settlement have been developed as well.
