The article deals with the formation of the worldview of university students and the place and role of noospheric consciousness in this process. The author emphasizes the need to take into account the previous level of students' worldview, civilizational changes that occur in time, and the characteristic features and conditions in which a particular person or community lives. The concept of noosphere is defined and the need for a noospheric, cosmological discourse in the formation and development of the human personality is substantiated. The author emphasizes the framework and systematic formation of noospheric consciousness, noospheric worldview, humanitarian and existential worldview and worldview in higher education students on the basis of ecological, personal development, child-centered, human-centered approaches in the eduction system of the individual's attitude to the environment. The significance of noospheric education of the individual in the education system as a strategic factor in the survival of mankind at the present turning point is substantiated. In this context, the author reveals the tasks faced by the scientific and pedagogical staff of universities to form in students the desire for harmonious communication with nature, the belief that man is an integral organic component of the natural environment and that it is necessary to behave in this environment in a natural way.

In the article, based on the analysis of scientific sources and empirical material, a theoretical analysis of the problem of applying the technological-creative approach in the training of future primary school teachers is carried out. It is substantiated that the application of the technological-creative approach in this training at the theoretical level involves giving creativity to the traditional criteria of the technology of learning and the structure of this process, that is, the creative orientation of all educational procedures on the guaranteed achievement of creative educational goals, diagnostically set creative goals, current and final assessment of creative results etc. Reproducibility, as one of the key criteria for the technology of the educational process, is provided by a clearly understandable description of all actions and materials in the process of forming the readiness of future primary school teachers to use creative learning technologies. However, the most difficult is the process of algorithmization, which is generally incompatible with the essence of the concept of "creativity" of students. A number of problems of the application of the technological and creative approach in the training of future primary school teachers are highlighted: the orientation of the traditional system of this training on reproductive-type training, despite the long-term implementation of the competence approach; lack of development of motivation for creative educational activity of future primary school teachers; teachers' efforts to avoid planning creative tasks; inconsistency at the theoretical level of the essence of definitions of the context of the application of the technological-creative approach in the training of future primary school teachers ("technology" and "methodology"); the prospect and danger of maximum computerization of the educational process in institutions of higher education, which calls into question the need for creativity of future primary school teachers and, in general, the possibility of replacing the position of a teacher. The introduction into practice of training future teachers of primary grades of creative learning technologies requires a deep analysis of the scientific foundations, basic categories of learning technology; adoption of a number of decisions regarding material and financial costs; labor intensive, increasing the teacher's workload; adjustment of the technological and creative approach to the organization of training, which always involves creativity.

Studying the background of successful leadership is one of the main applied problems of social and organizational psychology. For the formation of leadership qualities, it is important to have a favorable psychological climate around the individual, a sense of inner comfort, support of the immediate environment, adequate self-esteem, and a developed need-motivation sphere. A sensitive period for the leadership formation is early youth, when personal identity, worldview and value system are formed. The basis for the development of leadership qualities in youth is the development of personal qualities, namely: creating an image of the future and components of emotional intelligence. Objective. The research deals with the theoretical analysis of the leadership features, the clarification of the psychological conditions of its formation in the period of youth; experimental study of the manifestation of leadership qualities and their psychological conditions in youth. Methods. To achieve the set objective, we used a set of theoretical methods, such as: analysis and generalization of scientific information; the following empirical methods: observation; conversation; questionnaires “Do you have charisma?” (D. Konger); “Leadership potential” (D. Kotter); “Emotional intelligence” (R. Daft); “Creating the image of the future” (V. Hitt). The Pearson correlation method was used for statistical data processing. The research was conducted on the basis of the “School of Externs of Brovary Teaching and Educational Association of Brovary City Council, Kyiv region”, Brovary town. 30 respondents aged 17-18 took part in it. The results of the empirical study of psychological background of the leadership qualities formation of young men showed that young men have expressed leadership qualities (80%) and weakly expressed charisma (73.33%); a high level of emotional self-awareness (40%), emotional intelligence (26.67%) and self-possession (26.67%). The value of the correlation coefficient value between the indices of the level of charisma and indices of relationship management corresponds to strong correlation; between indices of leadership potential and criteria for realizing the image of the future (p≤0.01). We see the prospects for further research in the development and approval of the psychological training program for the formation of leadership qualities in youth.

The relevance of the research is due to the fact that the modern period of the development of Ukrainian society is characterized by important reforms that are due to the European direction of the development of our state, and this determines the corresponding changes in the presentation of educational and methodological material, taking into account especially all external extreme and non-standard events, to which, accordingly, I have already become accustomed the educational process in Ukraine (the open invasion of the Russian Federation and the global pandemic of COVID-19). This dramatically changed the conditions in which the process of obtaining higher education is carried out, taught students and students to work remotely, use various platforms for obtaining educational and methodological materials, led to the implementation of various forms of education (using Zoom, E-Learn, Moodle, Google-Class , Campus and other platforms). Educators try whenever possible, taking into account the level of danger, to conduct classes in various forms of education. The system for evaluating the educational activities of higher education graduates also needs corresponding changes, the main criteria of which should be transparency, objectivity and uniformity. The purpose of the study is to characterize the diagnostic technology for determining the levels of formation of health-saving competence among bachelors of humanities and pedagogical faculties in the educational environment of the university. Objectives of the study: 1) To determine the peculiarities and the need to create diagnostic technologies based on the use of ICT for assessing the level of competence development of higher education students; 2) To characterize the author's diagnostic technology for assessing the level of formation of health care competence among bachelors of humanities and pedagogical faculties in the educational environment of higher education institutions. Methods used in the work: a) analysis and generalization of information sources; b) compilation of received information; c) modeling, design and development of diagnostic technology using innovative technologies to assess the level of formation of health-saving competence among bachelors of the humanitarian and pedagogical faculty of NUBIP, which will be an effective and efficient tool for evaluating the results of the educational process in the conditions of the educational environment of the university, which is carried out under the long-term influence external negative extreme factors. Results: The analysis and generalization of information sources indicate that: 1) the use of innovative technologies for evaluating the results of professional training of future bachelors in the educational environment of higher education institutions is especially relevant in the conditions of the systematic long-term destructive influence of such factors as the COVID-19 pandemic and the open military invasion of the Russian Federation, wh

The article reveals the necessity of training future specialists in social work for the formation of the ability of families to recover in difficult life circumstances. It has been proven that in order for a family to be able to effectively solve problems, activate its potential abilities, use all possible resources to overcome difficulties, it must have a high level of resilience, which is provided by developed communication, empathic and organizational skills, a partnership type of relationship, the ability to learning and development, positive attitude and stress resistance. It is substantiated that the basic abilities that a social work specialist should have in order to develop the resilience of families are as follows: to organize and carry out the reception of appeals and reports about families who have fallen into difficult life circumstances and need social assistance; promptly resolve crisis situations and take appropriate measures; to organize informing communities about family values, family forms of upbringing; to provide assistance to socially maladapted families in acquiring the skills of responsible parenting and finding their own resources to independently solve the family's life problems; determine and assess individual needs in accordance with family resources with signs of difficult life circumstances; to provide information and consultations to families who have been admitted to the SZHO, on issues of current legislation, social protection and ensuring their rights and interests; to develop and argue ways of overcoming social problems and SHO by the family, to choose effective methods of solving them; draw up an individual family plan to overcome SJHO; to organize and implement social support of foster families, DBST and other forms of family education; to carry out social support measures for families aimed at overcoming or minimizing SHO; to have elements of psychological and pedagogical support for the development of the abilities of a person, a child in solving problems, overcoming stress, rehabilitation, independence in the process of overcoming or minimizing SJO; stimulation of social activity and implementation of self-help to meet the vital needs of families who are in a nursing home.

The article examines the modern phenomenon of "mother's emotional burnout" in the work of psychotherapists and psychologists. It is demonstrated that the modern conditions for the implementation of maternal activities do not correspond to the capabilities of a woman and the tasks in the development of a child. Changes in the priorities of society's value orientations are considered. The factors that determine the appearance of emotional burnout of the mother are revealed, the role of psychological approaches in the formation of public opinion and the request of a modern woman to achieve the image of the "ideal mother" is highlighted. The formed stereotype is considered that only the mother should be with the child in the first months and years of its life, that the mother cannot and should not be replaced by someone else, that this will harm the child. The symptoms of emotional burnout in the maternal sphere and professional emotional burnout are correlated. The formation of psychological protection, which manifests itself in mental and physical exhaustion, is considered. The distribution of care, changes in the family structure, which have a negative impact on the efficiency and awareness of maternal activity, are discussed. A proposed change to the existing model of motherhood. The considered model of "deepening" into motherhood and focusing on the needs of the child, on caring for him, on his upbringing, as a defense, the form of which can be a focus on the technical side of caring for the child, which harms direct communication. The symptoms that are a consequence of real physical exhaustion and may have manifestations of more serious somatizations are revealed. The tendency that all problems of personality development are caused by the violation of early mother-child relations is considered. The directions of maternal functions and activity results are revealed. An analysis of the main symptoms of emotional burnout and its causes from the point of view of parenting was carried out. Methods of psychological assistance to women with the syndrome of "emotional burnout of the mother" are offered.

The article defines and substantiates the pedagogical conditions for the training of future German language teachers in higher education institutions on the basis of the acmeological approach. The relevance of scientific research is manifested in the rapid changes in society, which require professionals to self-improvement throughout life. To date, the issue of substantiation of pedagogical conditions of future German language teachers in higher education institutions on the basis of acmeological approach remains insufficiently studied. The study of the concept of "pedagogical conditions" is based on the conditions of its origin, functioning, evolution and optimization. The factors of the acmeological environment of the higher education institution are determined and detailed. The authors characterize expediency of introduction of the acmeological approach in educational process which will promote gradual harmonious and integral development of the future teachers. The article deals with complex and multidimensional acmeological environment of a higher education institution in terms of the basis for the professional development of future teachers. According to the analysis of scientific literature and the authors' own experience, the term "motivation for achievement" is substantiated, that is the internal readiness of higher education seekers to achieve a special result due to certain individual and objective prerequisites for training future German language teachers in higher education based on acmeological approach. Factors that contribute to the development of positive motivation for achievement are described. The essence and necessity of acquiring key competencies and skills defined for the European educational space are explained, the focus is on the relevant competency groups in terms of acmeological approach to the training of future German language teachers.

The paper addresses the issue of education quality describing the features, specifics and priorities that determine its development and formation in European countries according to the Bologna Process. The study emphasizes the constant need for quality assurance throughout the Bologna process to have been one of the main concerns for European politicians, educators, public figures and student government. Quality assurance in higher education systems serves as the driving force behind national development and commitment to reforms. Through the example of Austria, which is one of the first European countries to initiate a scientific inquiry into the development of ways to assure education quality, we give an overview of the agency`s activities and define its functions and powers at public and private higher education institutions. The research outlines the approaches to education quality assurance: a guarantee that minimum standards and ideals are realized; ability to set goals in a constantly changing educational environment and achieve them taking into account available resources and conditions; ability to meet the requests and expectations of direct and indirect consumers and stakeholders; striving for perfection. The paper substantiates essential factors for education quality assurance: a coordinating quality assurance institution; submission of a self-assessment report by a subdivision; on-site assessment by experts; a public report on the evaluation results. The article describes the ways to assure education quality at different educational institution types and possible risks. Based on an analytical review of scientific sources, we conclude that Austria is a research subject illustrating the multifaceted ways of implementing a comprehensive quality assurance system in different types and kinds of higher education institutions.
