Didactic potential of electronic educational resources in the system of lifelong learning 电子教育资源在终身学习系统中的教学潜力

In the information society, information support of socially significant processes and kinds of activity, among which education is one of the most important, acquires special significance. Priority vectors of development of educational systems of many countries are to increase the availability of quality education in accordance with the requirements of innovative sustainable development of society and each of its citizens, ensuring personal development in accordance with individual needs through lifelong learning. Ensuring not just free access to educational resources, but the quality of the information environment becomes extremely important. At the same time, the available electronic resources that perform the function of such content require a thorough scientific and pedagogical analysis, which determined the relevance of this paper. The purpose of the article is to analyze the didactic potential of electronic educational resources as a component of information support of lifelong learning. Current trends in the development of continuing education stimulate interest in choosing the optimal resources not only from teachers but also students as consumers of open educational content. Scholars note that the potential of electronic educational resources has not been fully realized. For more efficient use of resources, a number of factors should be taken into account: psychological and pedagogical, ergonomic, sanitary and hygienic, technological etc. To reduce the possible negative effects on the educational process the careful analysis of the didactic potential of electronic educational resources, both positive and negative aspects of their use is required. The possibilities of electronic resources allow to ensure the implementation of didactic principles at a qualitatively new level, while increasing didactic risks. Didactic risk is interpreted as a predictable characteristic of a potential learning situation that may arise when using an innovative tool and have a negative impact on the educational process (negative impact is interpreted as an action that does not lead to positive changes in student learning or personality development). The article highlights the risks of using electronic educational resources associated with the fundamental didactic principles). Finding ways to minimize such risks is a promising area for further research.

The article analyzes scientific approaches and characterizes the concept of "inclusive culture", "inclusive culture of student youth". The main directions of inclusive culture formation in students of higher education institutions at: state, university, educational levels are clarified. The normative-legal support of organizational bases of formation of inclusive culture in student's youth is analyzed. The author identifies legal guarantees for the right to education of children and youth with special educational needs, their integration into society and the possibility of lifelong learning. The university level is characterized by internal regulations and the accessibility and accessibility of the educational environment of the educational institution. The educational level was characterized from the point of view of the organization and implementation of inclusive education, upbringing and socio-psychological support of students with special educational needs. On the basis of normative-legal documents the conclusion on necessity of introduction of specially organized educational process of formation of inclusive culture in student's youth is made.

Substantive aspect of formation of professional-terminological competence of foreign language in future veterinarians 未来兽医外语专业术语能力形成的实质方面

The article characterizes the concept of professional-terminological competence of future veterinarians and outlines the semantic aspect of its formation by means of English for professional purposes. The study was conducted on the basis of analysis of methodological literature, synthesis of theoretical data, practical experience and study of text materials and lexical units of textbooks in English in the professional direction of students of OL Veterinary. The author characterizes the concept of professional and terminological competence of future veterinarians and outlines the semantic aspect of its formation by means of English of the professional direction. The problem of selection of lexical units in teaching English in the professional direction of future veterinarians is considered. The principles of selection of language material, adopted in domestic and foreign practice, are analyzed. An attempt to select lexical units on the basis of foreign experience of learning English is made. Within the framework of the integration approach to mastering a foreign language for professional purposes, there are four main categories of lexical units: Content Obligatory Vocabulary, Content Compatible Vocabulary, phrases Collocation, High Frequency Words. Selection of lexical and grammatical units in accordance with the above classification allows you to effectively build work on mastering English in a professional direction, paying attention to different categories of language material depending on its place and importance in professional communication.

The problem of the relationship and interaction of motherhood with the development of culture became very serious and very significant. It requires consistent scientific research and philosophical generalization. The article presents a holistic vision of the phenomenon of motherhood in the context of culture. The motherhood considered from these positions acts as the specific phenomenon of our existence, the unique mechanism of physical and sociocultural reproduction of the person. In a sense, motherhood can be seen as a center that forms culture, because initially the cultural space for the child is concentered around the mother.

The specificity of contemporary daily life is manifested in the interaction of mass culture with new media forms. Such interactions cause many social and cultural problems, one of which is marital well-being. The paper aims at studying the potential impact of digital space and social networks on marital relationship. The methodological basis of the study is a systematic approach to the study of social objects, interpretive research paradigm, multidisciplinary analysis. Information base of the research are monographs, articles, conference proceedings, reports, blogs. The search was conducted using the following keywords: mass culture, social networks, Internet, social media, digital space, marital relationship, mental health, psychological well-being, marital satisfaction. Social media offers a diverse experience for each user. The researchers state that this experience is largely positive that explains the growing use of social networks around the world. However, the use of social networks has its significant drawbacks and can threaten marital harmony. Danger factors are information that can arouse suspicion and uncertainty in a relationship; excessive control over partners in social networks, which destroys the sense of autonomy and privacy; excessive time spent in networks and intrusive signs of their use; disclosure of private information; insufficient privacy control; online adulteries that can cause divorce; feelings of worthlessness and dissatisfaction, which often arise as a result of comparing the personal offline reality with the online reality of the actors of communication processes and leads to frustration and depression.

In the article notes the relevance of the problem of manifestations of anxiety states in junior schoolchildren from single-parent families. The essence of anxiety as an emotional state (the experience of emotional discomfort associated with the expectation of trouble) and a personality trait (an increased tendency to feel safe in any life situations) is revealed. The results of the study of anxiety states in junior schoolchildren from single-parent families, which made it possible to determine the high level of manifestation of anxiety in various life situations and to highlight the dominant factors of its formation, are presented.

Interpretation of the scientific picture of the world in the context of knowledge development 在知识发展的背景下解释世界的科学图景

The scientific picture of the world enters into constant interaction with cognitive experience. And changes in the structure of informational space change behavioral patterns and criteria of influence of environment on individuals are determined. The purpose of this work is to review individual branches of scientific knowledge as a component of the scientific picture of the world and to identify characteristic figures of scientific research of the XV-XVI centuries as an epoch of "flight" of thought. The descriptive method of the investigated phenomenon is used in the work. The purpose of the research is to form a reliable and verified knowledge of the scientific picture of the world of the stated period, to identify the value potential of the representatives of different branches of knowledge, because it is impossible to relieve the phenomenon of current science and set the prospects for its further development without analysis and interpretation of the sources from the previous centuries. The scientific picture of the mentioned period shows the discordance of ideas and the scale of their theoretical and practical implementation (from philosophy to art). The author highlights the most characteristic features of the scientific picture, which contributed to the appearance of new lines of research, a new necklace base on which the scientific thinking of the next centuries was built.

The influence of social networks on psychological functioning of an individual: problem statement 社会网络对个体心理功能的影响:问题陈述

Nowadays, psychology has entered a new era of its development. This is directly related to a phenomenon of cyberspace, the space in which the digital dimension of modern human life is manifested. Within the context of the development of new technologies around the world, cyberpsychology has emerged. It aims to understand the psychological processes associated with all aspects and features of human behavior in cyberspace. Cyberpsychology is faced with many challenges, and the impact of social media on mental health and psychological well-being is among them. The article attempts to investigate the influence of social networks on psychological functioning of an individual. While some researchers emphasize the positive impact of social networks on psychological well-being, others are focused on the dangers of cyberspace. Recent study suggests that long-term use of social networking sites may be associated with symptoms of depression, anxiety, stress, loneliness, and low self-esteem. As far as social networks are a relatively new phenomenon, the potential link between their use and mental health and psychological well-being has not yet been properly explored, and the scientific community has not yet been able to fully interpret the results and reach a definite conclusion. The relationship between the use of social networks and psychological functioning is not that simple and unambiguous; it depends on many factors, such as the way to use it, communication patterns, emotional state, comorbidities, self-awareness, motivation, values, attitudes, and preferences. Today, we cannot avoid cyberspace, thus, the health and well-being of both the individual and society depend on our ability to interact effectively within it.

The essence analysis of ethical translator's competence 伦理翻译能力的本质分析

In this article the authors reveal the essence of the phenomenon of ethical competence of the future translator, because the challenges of nowadays require the approval of new conceptual trends related to the humanization of education. These tendencies become especially relevant in the humanities and pedagogical education, especially in philology. Modern higher education should not aim only at forming the necessary amount of professional knowledge, skills and abilities of the future philologist-translator or interpreter. It is required nowadays that the instrumental sphere of the personality of the graduate of the Faculty of Philology is closely combined with the development of motivational and value sphere, moral and ethical qualities, which in the synthesis provides a thorough professional and ethical training. The purpose of research is to analyze the essence of the phenomenon of ethical competence of the future translator, because the success of the future specialist – translator, his formation as a professional directly depends on the level of his professional and ethical training. In view of this, the realities of today require the intensification of pedagogical research aimed at studying the processes of formation and development of ethical competence in future translators. Results of research. Analysis of philosophical, psychological and pedagogical literature allows us to draw the following conclusions about the essence of the ethical component of the professional activity of a translator. First, the profession of translator performs an important social function. The translator in his professional activity is guided by two motives that have a purely moral and ethical character: internal, which is based on the moral consciousness of the individual, and external, which is based on the strength of the professional code of the specialist. Secondly, the study of the components of the professional competence of the translator led us to the system-forming nature of the personal component, which, in turn, breaks down into two components, one of which relates to the moral and ethical sphere of the specialist. Third, the review of research in the field of professional competence of a translator showed the lack of study of the analyzed problem, but pointed out the importance of its solution to ensure the appropriate level of professional activity of the translator. Fourth, a thorough component analysis of the professional competence of a specialist allowed us to determine the internal structure of ethical competence, which will consist of knowledge, skills, abilities and personal characteristics, i.e. those personal qualities necessary to ensure this competence. The above principles give us a reasonable basis for allocating the ethical component of the professional activity of a translator into an independent significant competence necessary for the successful performance of a professional's professional duties and meeting public needs.
