Abstract: Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD) levels in home industry of Chicken Slaughterhouse’s wastewater that exceed the standard are discharged into water which will cause environmental pollution and will decrease in dissolved oxygen content in waters which can result in the death of aquatic organisms. The results of measuring BOD levels in Chicken Slaughterhouse, UD Giri Sari wastewater obtained an average of 814.78 mg/L which exceeds the quality standards of the Regulation of the Minister of Environment of the Republic of Indonesia Number 5 of 2014 concerning Wastewater Quality Standards, that the BOD content is 100 mg/L. The purpose of this study was to determine the difference in the effect of Moringa Oleifera seed powder dosage on reducing levels of BOD in wastewater in the Chicken Slaughterhouse industry in 2021. The method in this study was a Quasi-experimental with a Pre-Test-Post-Test Group research design. In the normality test, the data were normally distributed, then based on the One Way ANOVA test, the significant value that obtained was 0,000 0.05, which means that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is a difference in the effect of the dose of Moringa oleifera seed powder on reducing levels of Biochemical Oxygen Demand in wastewater of Chicken Slaughterhouse industry in 2021. BOD levels and met the quality standard, namely the dose of 1 g/L with a result of 93.44 mg/L which decreased by 88.53%.

Abstract Worms infection in Bali Province is still a disease that is a public health problem. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the use of hygiene and sanitation booklets on worm disease prevention measures in elementary school students in the village area of Tenganan, Karangasem Regency. This study used a true experimental design with a pretest-posttest control group design method. The sample consisted of 51 students in the control group and 51 students in the treatment group. Data analysis used paired sample t-test and independent samples t-test. The results of student assessments of hygiene and sanitation used paired sample t-test analysis of the control group p 0.05, while the analysis results in the treatment group were p 0.05. Furthermore, the results of the analysis of independent samples t-test on the post-test of the control group and the treatment group for hygiene obtained p 0.005 and p 0.05 for sanitation. So it can be concluded that there is an effect of the use of hygiene and sanitation booklets on the prevention of worm disease in elementary school students in the village of Tenganan, Karangasem Regency. Recommendations to primary school principals that this “Handworm Hygiene and Sanitation Measures Booklet” can be used as a reference in physical education and health subjects. Abstract:. The increase in cases of pulmonary tuberculosis in a region is caused by physical quality factors of the house and behavioral factors. The purpose research was to determine the relationship between behavior and physical quality of the home with the incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis in the Kediri Community Health Center 1. The type of observational research was retrospective with a case control design. Case group samples were 40 tuberculosis patients at the Kediri Health Center 1 in 2018. Samples of the control group were 40 people who had never suffered from tuberculosis and had the characteristics of a case group. Data collection used questionnaire sheets for behavior and observation sheets for the physical quality of the house and analyzed with chi square statistical test. Based on the results of the chi square test showed there is a relationship between behavior (p = 0,000 CC = 0,363) and physical quality of the house (p = 0,000 CC = 0,430) with the incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis. Suggestions that for the community to pay more attention to the health and cleanliness of the house

The condition of the beach tourism environment polluted by garbage will reduce the attractiveness of tourists to visit the beach because it seems dirty The purpose of this study was to determine the knowledge, attitudes and behavior of visitors in waste management at Mertasari beach in 2020. This study used a descriptive method with data collection techniques with questionnaire sheets. The results of the study of visitor's knowledge showed that 28 people (35%) had poor knowledge in waste management, 22 people (27.5%) had negative attitudes towards waste management and 28 (35%) had poor behavior. good in waste management. It is recommended that the manager of Mertasari Beach be expected to collaborate with community leaders to conduct training on waste management, make regulations regarding sanctions if littering. As well as puskesmas and BUMDES in supervision and monitoring, providing health counseling by providing information on waste management by using leaflets , while BUMDES facilitates all needs in an effort to increase knowledge on how to manage waste such as adequate landfills.

Abstract : The number of dengue cases in Buleleng Regency has increased in 2019 from IR 19,6 to 249,5 per 100.000 population. In the last 5 years, Puskesmas Sukasada I has always been in the top 3 position. The village of Panji experienced an increase in dengue cases from 0 to 50 cases in 2019. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors related to the incidence of dengue in Panji Village, Sukasada District, Buleleng Regency. The study design using the case control approach was carried out in May 2020. Data used from the results of interviews and observations. From the results of statistical tests with Chi Square from 88 respondents it can be concluded about factors that are significantly related to the incidence of DHF including the presence of Aedes aegypti mosquito larvae, the habit of using anti-mosquito repellent, eradication of mosquito nests with 3M plus and the habit of hanging clothes with a value of p 0,05. Respondents' knowledge about DHF is not significantly related to the incidence of DHF. Community participation and cross-sectoral cooperation are needed in the implementation of the DHF PSN to create a larva free village as a way to prevent the transmission of DHF.

Abstract: The people in Dauh Puri Kaja Village still do a lot of defecation in the river, this is because people who behave in defecating do not have healthy latrines in their households. Researchers want to know the relationship between knowledge and income of household heads with ownership of healthy latrines. This type of research uses an analytic survey with an interview method with a case control approach. The sample of the study was 72 households consisting of 36 families who did not have healthy latrines as the case group and 36 families who had healthy latrines as the control group. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire sheet, statistical analysis using the Chi Square test. The results of the level of knowledge of the head of the household regarding healthy latrines were 38 respondents (52.8%) with a poor level of knowledge. The results of the income level of the head of the family, namely having a low income level, were 41 respondents (56.9%).The results of the Chi Squares test show that there is a relationship between knowledge and ownership of healthy latrines (ρ value = 0,000 0,05) and the level of a strong relationship (CC = 0,615). And there is a relationship between the income of the head of the household and ownership of a healthy latrine (ρ value = 0.000 0,05) and the level of relationship is moderate (CC = 0,574). It is recommended that the community increase their knowledge of healthy latrines.
