METODE SCOR DAN AHP SEBAGAI PENGUKURAN KINERJA SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT PADA PABRIK GULA GEMPOLKREP (PERSERO) SCOR和AHP测量GEMPOLKREP糖工厂供应绩效管理的方法

This study aims to measure or evaluate the Supply Chain Management of PG. Gempolkrep which is located in Dsn. Gempolkrep, Kec. Gedeg, Mojokerto Regency, East Java. PG. Gempolkrep is one of the agro-industrial companies of the Sugar Factory unit of PT Sinergi Gula Nusantara. This research focuses on six business processes contained in SCM, namely Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Return, and Enable. The completion of this research uses the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) method and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Using SCOR performance attributes Reliability, Responsiveness, Agility, Cost, and Asset Management. Data collection is done by direct observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Furthermore, calculations are carried out on the metrics obtained from the approach using the SCOR method. Each metric score will be weighted priorities calculated using the AHP method. The results of this study indicate the performance of PG supply chain management. Gempolkrep "Good" as evidenced by the final result of 84.26 on a scale of 0 - 100. The final results of the Plan 0.13, Source 0.14, Make 0.15, Deliver 0.19, Return 0.19, and Enable 0.21 processes. Proposals for the factory to carry out evaluations and improvements focused on the procurement of process auxiliary materials, delivery of process auxiliary materials, and maintenance.

PT. Kerta Rajasa Raya is a manufacturing company engaged in the plastic sack manufacturing industry. The company uses Lohia 1 machines (Lohia 1 Extruder and Winder Machines) in producing semi-finished products, namely plastic yarn as the main ingredient for making plastic sacks. This Lohia 1 engine has different types of defects, which causes defects and production results that are not on target. Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) is a measurement method to determine the extent of performance, as well as the quality of a machine or equipment. OEE is known as one of the implementations of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). Measuring the level of performance effectiveness of the Lohia 1 engine at PT. Kerta Rajasa Raya in the period February 2022 to March 2022 the results obtained were somewhat inadequate according to the JIPM (Japan Institute Of Plant Maintenance) standard with a standard of 85%, while the effectiveness of the Lohia 1 engine, namely for February 2022 was 23% and March 2022 by 33%. So, the OEE percentage value is still below 85%

This study aims to evaluate the planning of material requirements at PT Pesona Arnos Beton which is located at Jl. Raya Kedamean, Banyuurip Village, Kedamean District, Gresik Regency. The company is engaged in the manufacturing industry of concrete and paving products. Examples of goods produced are Paving, Kanstin, TU, U-ditch, and Box Culvert. Continuous Review System (Q system) is an alternative solution to overcome the problems that exist at PT Pesona Arnos Beton. Data collection methods such as material demand and inventory data are carried out using interview techniques and direct observation. Forecasting is done to forecast the need for raw materials in the next period using Minitab software with the Single Exponential Smoothing and Moving Average methods. Then the calculation is carried out on the data that has been obtained using the Continuous Review System method (Q system) which results in an effective material requirement planning arrangement for the future. PT Pesona Arnos Beton using Minitab 20 software is carried out with the Moving Average and Single Exponential Smoothing forecasting methods. produces the smallest MAPE, MAD, and MSD values are with Single Exponential Smoothing which from the forecasting results obtained the total demand for raw materials for paving and concrete products. The calculation results show that the Q system (continuous review system) produces a minimum total cost. the total inventory cost of cement raw materials is more efficient Rp. 108,039,529, stone ash raw materials save Rp.447,747,948, lumajang sand raw materials save Rp.220,346,921, coral saves Rp.66,527,830, iron 6 saves Rp.21,338,002, and iron 8 saves Rp.29,672,213.

PENGARUH PASCA PANDEMI COVID-19 TERHADAP MOTIVASI PERJALANAN WISATA KE ANYER BANTEN COVID-19大流行后对去ANYER BANTEN旅游动机的影响

The purpose of the study was to analyze the effect of post-covid-19 on the motivation of tourist trips to Anyer Beach Banten. The research variables are post-covid-19 (X) and tourist travel motivation (Y). Sample determination using the slovin method amounted to 101 respondents. Data collection using a questionnaire with a Likert scale (5 scale). Data processing using SPSS Version 21 with data quality testing, namely data validity and reliability tests, correlation coefficients, classical assumption tests, simple regression analysis, hypotheses (T test and F test) and matrix correlation between dimensions. The results showed that post covid-19 had a positive and significant effect on travel motivation, with an R Square value of 0.291, meaning that there was a post covid-19 influence on travel motivation of 29.1% while the remaining 70.9% was influenced by other factors. The results of the matrix correlation between the dimensions of maintaining distance and the personal dimension have the largest value, namely 0.458. This shows that the better the management of services and facilities provided to tourists on Anyer Beach with health protocols and limiting the level of post-Covid-19 crowds will increase the motivation for tourist trips to Anyer Beach, on the contrary, the worse the management of services and facilities provided to tourists on Anyer Beach, the lower the motivation for tourist trips to Anyer beach.

Qualified human resources are the most important factor in an organization or company. Human resources are one of the factors that can be a source of excellence for an organization or company to achieve efficiency, effectiveness and productivity in carrying out its business. The role of human resources is very important at PT So Good Food. Efficiency in the field of human resources is related to the workload that must be borne by an organizational unit. Planning and managing human resources can be done by making an appropriate analysis of the activities that occur and the resulting workload or by optimizing the number of employees so that they carry out their work activities properly. One of the workload calculation methods is the Full Time Equivalent (FTE) method. This study aims to determine the workload received by each employee and determine the optimal number of workers at PT So Good Food using the Full Time Equivalent (FTE) method. Based on the results of calculations that have been carried out using the FTE method, purchasing and logistics managers obtained an FTE index of 1.25, which means less than 1.28, the workload is normal or fit, while the purchasing staff has a workforce of 3 people so that the total owned FTE index of 3.75 which is rounded to 4, in the finance and accounting staff which totaled 3 people, a total FTE index of 3.75 was obtained which was rounded to 4, and the account receivable staff had a total workforce of 3 people so that the total index Owned FTE is 3.75 which is rounded to 4, so the workload is overloaded so that an additional 1 worker is needed

IHI Power Service Indonesia is a company engaged in the Boiler Pressure Part Industry (Fabrication) in every production activity it always strives to produce quality products according to ASME standards (American Society of Mechanical Engineers). Production results are less than the maximum. In the 2020 period the total production was 28,527 tons and the number of defects was 364 tons, in the 2021 period the total production was 22,703 tons and the number of defects was 301 tons. The author uses the Failure Mode And Effect Analysis (FMEA) method and the Failure Tree Analysis (FTA) method. From the results of data processing using a Pareto diagram based on the RPN value obtained from the FMEA method, the dominant type of defect is obtained, namely Hole Distance with an RPN value of 364.5 and Dimension Length with a value of 351.17, then analyzed using FTA, at the proposed improvement stage it is proposed to use the 5W+1H method. Factors that cause defects include inaccurate and faded measuring instruments, rare maintenance on radial drilling machines and blades that are rarely replaced. Proposed improvements to reduce defects include requesting replacement of measuring instruments, carrying out regular maintenance of radial drilling drilling machines, holding shift schedules for operators, conducting training for operators.

The unsafe behavior of workers causing work injuries and accidents is an important concern of the world so it is embraced by psychological and physical work measurements. The study aims to analyze the psychological and physical workload of employees in the quality control (QC) division, psychological workload measured by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration Task Load Index (NASA-TLX) method, and physical workload based on the percentage of Cardiovascular Load (% CVL) of 15 employees in the QC division. The research step was carried out by measuring psychological workload based on 5 aspects, namely: Psychological demand (MD), Physical Demand (PD), Own Performance (OP), Effort (EF) and Frustration Level (FR), weighting, rating and calculating the Weighted Workload (WWL) Value, determining the average WWL and interpretation based on the physical workload score value with CVL. Physical workload measurement is carried out by calculating the maximum pulse rate based on the pulse rate at work (DNK) and pulse rate at rest (DNI) to determine the percentage value of CVL. The results of the psychological workload score study using the NASA-TLX method, that 2 employees (13.33%) were in a low category while 11 employees (73.33%) were in the medium category, and 2 employees (13.33%) in the high category, proposed improvements with the addition of employees to reduce the psychological workload. The physical workload score value using the CVL method is less than 30% so the physical workload of employees is categorized as "No Fatigue" so that there is no improvement to reduce the physical workload or quality control division employees do not experience physical workload. The scale of the data with a larger population is recommended to be tested in future studies.

This study aims to provide a proposal on how to improve product quality and reduce the production of 1 liter long jerry cans of natural and matte colors using the help of PT Maju Kaya Rejeki Six Sigma DMAIC and Kaizen . Where problems regarding the final product are still common, even the final product is considered to be quite a lot. Data collection in this research is done by direct observation by looking at the production process and final product results and conducting interviews with related departments. After the data is obtained and processed, it is found that product factors still occur frequently and are caused by humans, machines, methods, materials, and the environment. Therefore, what is offered to reduce this is to strengthen relations with employees, create new work procedures, make employees to work under pressure, always carry out maintenance and inspection of machines, check and maintain raw materials, make adjustments to machines or production equipment, separate and grouping similar raw materials, arranging the layout of raw materials

This study aims to compare the Economic Order Quantity and Just In Time inventory methods to determine which inventory management strategy is best for PT XYZ. Observation, documentation, and interviews are the data collection methods used in this study. EOQ Formula, Safety Stock, Reorder Point, and Just In Time Formula are the data analysis techniques used in this study. The findings show that the component cost of raw material inventory using the EOQ method, storage costs IDR 2,312/order, and total inventory costs IDR 16,775,553. The JIT method reveals that the total cost of inventory is IDR 1,798,711. An inventory system with JIT that only has an inventory cost of 1,798,711 can reduce costs by about 43% more effectively, according to JIT and EOQ studies. The findings show that the component cost of raw material inventory using the EOQ method, storage costs IDR 2,312/order, and total inventory costs IDR 16,775,553. The JIT method reveals that the total cost of inventory is IDR 1,798,711.
