Pelanggan TV Berbayar di Indonesia: Tantangan Hambatan Berpindah dalam Mempertahankan Loyalitas 付费电视的顾客在印度尼西亚:挑战保持忠诚的移动障碍

This present study aims to describe switching barrier and customer loyalty of Pay TV in Indonesia. This study uses a descriptive approach with the explanatory survey method. The unit of analysis for Paid TV’s Customer is 108 respondents. Data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique is using a simple linear regression with SPSS 24.0 for Windows program tools. Based on the results of the study, it can be known that the switching barrier has a partial effect on the customer loyalty with a high influence category. The difference in this study lies in the object of research, research time, measuring instruments, literature used, theory used and research results.Keywords: Customer Loyalty; Pay TV; Switching Barrier
本研究旨在描述印尼付费电视的转换障碍和客户忠诚度。本研究采用描述性研究方法和解释性调查法。付费电视客户的分析单位是108名受访者。使用问卷收集数据。数据分析技术是使用简单的线性回归与SPSS 24.0的Windows程序工具。根据研究结果可知,转换障碍对高影响类别的顾客忠诚度有部分影响。本研究的不同之处在于研究对象、研究时间、测量工具、使用的文献、使用的理论和研究结果。关键词:顾客忠诚;付费电视;转换障碍

Analisis kepuasan kerja karyawan bank penkreditan rakyat dilihat dari lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi 对银行员工满意度的分析来自工作环境和薪酬

The aim of the research is to find out the influence of work environment on job satisfaction, compensation on job satisfaction, and work environment and compensation on job satisfaction. The object which used as analysis unit in this research were employees of citizenry’s bank X. This research used verifivicative and explanatory survey as method. Data collection techniques is using questionnaires with 25 respondents as sample. The results of this research found that the influence of work environment on  job satisfaction is in the strong category, compensation that affects employee job satisfaction is in the strong category, and work environment and compensation have a strong influence on employee job satisfaction of the citizenry’s bank X. However, this research found that if the condition of work environment is conducive, it will increase employee job satisfaction. On the other hand, if the implementation of compensation goes well, the employee job satisfaction will increase. Moreover, if the condition of work environment is conducive and implementation of compensation goes well, then the job satisfaction of employees citizenry’s bank X will increase
研究的目的是找出工作环境对工作满意度的影响,薪酬对工作满意度的影响,以及工作环境和薪酬对工作满意度的影响。本研究以市民x银行的员工为分析单位,采用验证性和解释性的调查方法。数据收集技术是采用25份问卷作为样本。本研究结果发现,工作环境对工作满意度的影响为强类,薪酬对员工工作满意度的影响为强类,工作环境和薪酬对公民x银行员工工作满意度的影响为强类,但本研究发现,如果工作环境条件有利,则会提高员工的工作满意度。另一方面,如果薪酬的实施顺利,员工的工作满意度也会提高。此外,如果工作环境条件有利,薪酬执行顺利,那么员工公民的银行X的工作满意度会增加

Political Marketing Mix Mahasiswa Dalam Pilgub Jabar 2018

ABSTRACT: This study aims to describe the political marketing mix and the decision to elect the Governor and deputy governor of West Java in 2018 to students of the Indonesian Education University. This study uses a descriptive approach with the explanatory survey method. The unit of analysis is the 2013-2017 UPI undergraduate students with 106 people. Data collection is done using a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is a descriptive technique using frequency distribution. The findings in this study show that the picture of the political marketing mix is in a fairly good category, and the picture of the decision to choose is in a fairly good category, and the political marketing mix has a significant influence on the decision to choose with a quite high influence of 62%. The difference in this study lies in the object of research, the time of the study, the measuring instrument, the literature used, the theory used and the results of the study. 
摘要:本研究旨在描述印尼教育大学学生在2018年选举西爪哇省省长和副省长的政治营销组合和决策。本研究采用描述性研究方法和解释性调查法。分析单位为2013-2017届UPI本科生,共106人。数据收集是通过问卷调查完成的。使用的分析技术是使用频率分布的描述性技术。本研究的研究结果表明,政治营销组合的图景处于一个相当好的类别,选择决策的图景处于一个相当好的类别,政治营销组合对选择决策有显著的影响,影响程度相当高,达到62%。本研究的不同之处在于研究对象、研究时间、测量工具、使用的文献、使用的理论和研究结果。

The purpose of this study is to find out the perceived usefulness and continuance intention. The design of this study was a cross-sectional method. This study uses a descriptive approach with explanatory survey method. A total of 145 respondents were selected for using probability sampling. A questionnaire was used as a research instrument to collect data from respondents. The analysis technique used is descriptive technique using frequency distribution. Based on the results of the study using descriptive analysis, obtained perceived usefulness results in a good category, and good enough category for continuance intentions. The difference in this study lies in the object of the study, the time of the study, the measuring instrument, the literature used, the theory used and the results of the study.
本研究的目的在于了解认知有用性与持续意愿的关系。本研究采用横断面法设计。本研究采用描述性研究与解释性调查相结合的方法。采用概率抽样法,选取145名被调查者。问卷调查是一种研究工具,从受访者收集数据。使用的分析技术是使用频率分布的描述技术。根据本研究的结果采用描述性分析,获得了感知有用性结果在一个良好的类别,和足够好的类别为延续意图。本研究的不同之处在于研究对象、研究时间、测量工具、使用的文献、使用的理论和研究结果。

Purpose - The purpose of this research is to know the decription of job characteristics, job satisfaction and job performance.Design/methodology/approach - The Research design is cross sectional. This research is using descriptive approach with explanatory survey method. The analysis unit is 75 employees. Collecting the data is using questionnaire. Analysis technique used is descriptive technique with using frequency distribution.Finding - Based on the result of research, the results obtained that job characteristics in the category is appropriate with the score 86%, job satisfaction is in the high category with a score 85% and job performance is in high category with a score 87%.Originality/value - This research giving a basic for understanding job characteristics, job satisfaction and job performance issues on employee. The difference of this research with the previous research are on the object, variable, theory and references.

Purpose - The purpose of this research are to descript of capital adequacy, the descript of profitability, while the purpose of this study is to determine the description of perception capital adequacy to profitability in Islamic bank.Design / methodology / approach - Method in this research used descriptive and verification methods. Data that used are secondary data  of each Islamic Bank period 2012-2016 with analysis technique using simple linear regression. Sampling in this research use purposive sampling.Findings - The result showed that the capital adequacy level has a positive effect to profitability.Originality -The difference of this research with previous research is on research object, population and research sample, research period, measuring instrument and research result.

Purpose - To find out the description of the level of brand experience and customer-based brand equity in site wedding marketplace Bridestory visitors in Indonesia. Design/methodology/approach - The design of this study is cross sectional method. This research uses descriptive approach with explanatory survey method. A total of 135 respondents were selected using probability sampling. A questionnaire was used as a research instrument to collect data from respondents. The analysis technique used is descriptive technique by using frequency distribution.Findings - The result showed that brand experience is in good category, while customer-based brand equity is in good enough category.  Originality / value - The differences in this study located on an object research , time research , a measuring instrument , literature that used , the theory that is used and the results of the study

KETERAMPILAN WIRAUSAHA UNTUK KEBERHASILAN USAHA 商业成功企业家的技能

Objective - to know the description of entrepreneurial skills to business success.The design / methodology / approach - this study was conducted over a period of less than one year, the research design used was cross sectional method. This research uses verifikatif approach with explanatory survey method. A total of 34 respondents as samples using saturated samples. Questionnaire research is used as a research instrument to collect data from respondents and data analysis techniques used are simple linear regression.Findings - Entrepreneurial skills have a significant effect on business success.Originality - differences are found in independent variables, research objects and methods, population and sample research, research periods, measurement tools and research results, as well as sources of foreign theories and journals and books.

This research uses verifikatif approach with explanatory survey method. A total of 34 respondents as samples using saturated samples. Purpose - The purpose of this study is to see the description of work environment, work communication and moraleDesign/methodology/approachh - The design of this study was cross sectional method. This research uses descriptive approach with explanatory survey method. The nurses analysis unit is 107 people. Data collection using questionnaire. The analysis technique used is descriptive technique by using frequency distributionFindings - Based on the results of the research using descriptive analysis, the results obtained that work environment in the conducive category, wprk communication in the good category, and morale in the high category. Originality/value -  The differences in this study located on an object research , time research , a measuring instrument , literature that used , the theory that is used and the results of the study.
目的-本研究的目的是了解工作环境,工作沟通和士气的描述。设计/方法/方法-本研究的设计是横断面方法。本研究采用描述性研究与解释性调查相结合的方法。护士分析室有107人。使用问卷收集数据。使用的分析技术是使用频率分布的描述性技术发现-基于使用描述性分析的研究结果,结果得出工作环境处于有利类别,wprk沟通处于良好类别,士气处于高类别。原创性/价值-本研究的差异在于对象研究,时间研究,测量工具,使用的文献,使用的理论和研究结果。

Purpose - The purpose of this research are to descript of market value, the descript of stock return, while the purpose of this study is to determine the description of perception market value to return saham in subsector advertising printing media.Design / methodology / approach - Method in this research used descriptive and verification methods. Data that used are secondary data of each subsector advertising printing media with analysis technique using multiple linear regression. Sampling in this research use purposive sampling.Findings - The results of this research indicate that market value measured by Price Earning Ratio (PER) and Price to Book Value (PBV) has significance to return saham. The result showed that the market value  has a positive  effect return saham.Originality -The difference of this research with previous research is on research object, population and research sample, research period, measuring instrument and research result, as well as foreign theory and journal source and foreign book and research result.
目的-本研究的目的是描述市场价值,股票回报的描述,而本研究的目的是确定细分行业广告印刷媒体中回报saham的感知市场价值的描述。设计/方法论/方法-本研究采用描述性和验证性方法。使用的数据是广告印刷媒体各细分行业的二次数据,采用多元线性回归分析技术。本研究采用目的性抽样。研究结果-本研究结果表明,以市盈率(PER)和市净率(PBV)衡量的市场价值对收益率具有显著性。结果表明,市场价值对收益有正向影响。原创性——本研究与以往研究的不同之处在于研究对象、人群和研究样本、研究时期、测量工具和研究结果,以及国外理论和期刊来源和国外书籍和研究成果。
