Abstract: This research aims to determine the Effect of Perceived Service Quality and Switching Cost on Customer Loyaly in the IM3 Ooredoo Users in Indonesia. This research is a descriptive verification research, using explanatory survey method by simple random sampling technique with 150 respondents and the data were analized by multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS 24.0. The outcome of this study indicate that the concept of perceived service quality is fairly high category, the concept of switching cost is fairly high category, the concept of customer loyalty is fairly high category, and the customer loyalty is influenced by both perceived service quality and switching cost.Keywords: Perceived Service Quality; Switching Cost; Customer Loyalty

The purpose of the research is to find out the influence of entrepreneurship competence on business performance, the influence of entrepreneurshp motivation on business performance, and the influence of entrepreneurship competence and entrepreneurshp motivation on business performance. The object becomes the unit of analysis in this research is the Saung Angklung Udjo craftsman. The type of study is using verificative with the method is using an explanatory survey of 30 respondents. The results of this research found that the description of entrepreneurial competence in the high category, the description of entrepreneurial motivation in the strong category, description of business performance in the medium category. Based on the results of this study, it is suggested that entrepreneurial competence be improved, namely the dimensions of competence in managing business that need to be improved and deepened so that the performance of angklung craftsmen increases and can create higher business opportunities. In entrepreneurial motivation, Saung Angklung Udjo craftsmen in Bandung need to be improved in the need for affiliation, where craftsmen must be able to communicate better with coworkers and consumers.

Tujuan penelitian - Tujuan dari makalah ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak lingkungan kerja sosial dan insentif pada semangat kerja karyawan industri pariwisata.Model/metode penelitian/pendekatan – Model penelitian ini memakai model cross- sectional. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan metode survei. Sebanyak 84 responden dipilih sebagai simple random sampling. Survei menggunakan instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner untuk mengumpulkan data dari responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini memakai regresi linier.Temuan penelitian – Terdapat hasil positif mengenai dampak lingkungan kerja sosial dan insentif pada semangat kerja karyawan industri pariwisata.Orisinalitas/Nilai – Penelitian ini mengangkat permasalahan bagaimana cara peningkatan semangat kerja karyawan melalui lingkungan kerja sosial dan insentif. ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial environment to entrepreneurial motivation. This research uses descriptive approach with explanatory survey method. The student analysis unit is 167 people . Data collection using questionnaire. The analysis technique used is verifikative technique by using frequency distribution. The result showed that entrepreneurial environment enough effected on entrepreneurial motivation. The differences in this study located on an object research, time research, a measuring instrument , literature that used , the theory that is used and the results of the study Keywords: entrepreneurial envriontmen; entrepreneurial motivation ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh lingkungan kewirausahaan terhadap motivasi berwirausaha. Employee engagement is one of the main issues in human resources management and organizations, because it is considered as a major factor in measuring the strength of a company. Issues regarding employee engagement occur in various industries, including manufacturing. It's like what happened to PT. Pola Manunggal Sejati Cimahi, low indicator of employee engagement can be seen from high employee turnover, increased absence, and production targets that have decreased every year, so that the resulting production especially in the year 2016-2018 did not achieve the targets set by the company. This research uses descriptive and verification method, with explanatory survey method. The sampling technique used is probability sampling using the simple random sampling which amounted to 81 people. Data analysis technique used is simple linear regression with program tools SPSS (Statistical Product for Service Solution) 25.0 for Windows. The results of this study indicate that the description of the work environment in good category, description of the employee engagement in high category, and the employee engagement is affected by the work environment. So that the work environment should be considered in support of improving employee engagement.
员工敬业度是人力资源管理和组织中的主要问题之一,因为它被认为是衡量公司实力的主要因素。关于员工敬业度的问题发生在各个行业,包括制造业。就像PT. Abstract: The success of achieving organizational goals is largely determined by the roles and responsibilities of employees in it. Employees are required to be able to support and be involved in every activity to achieve goals in the organization. The inability of employees to do work optimally will cause problems in employee performance. Employee performance can affect an organizational performance which has an impact on the realization of the organizational goal. This article provides a numerical study of 1) the effect of employee engagement on performance, and 2) the effect of organizational climate on performance. This research employed verificative study through an explanatory survey using sampling amounting to 84 employees in public organization as respondents through questionnaires. The data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression technique through Statistical Product for Service Solutions (SPSS) 24.0 for windows. The results of the research indicate that the 1) employee engagement has an effect on performance by 49% or in the moderate category, 2) organizational climate has an effect on performance by 76,6% or in the strong category. This result indicated that higher employee engagement will be higher performance, as well as the organizational climate, the better the climate in the organization will be the higher employee performance and vice versa.

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction on turnover intention, work stress on turnover intention, job satisfaction and work stress on turnover intention. The object that becomes the unit of analysis in this study is the employee of the production section in the textile industry. The type of research used is descriptive with the method used is explanatory survey with a sample of 107 respondents. The results of this study found that the effect of job satisfaction on turnover intention was included in the medium category. Job stress has an effect on employee turnover intention. Job satisfaction and work stress have an effect on the turnover intention of PT X textile industry employees. In this study it was found if the condition of job satisfaction is good, it will reduce the turnover rate of employee intention. In addition, if the work stress level is low, then the turnover of the intention of the textile industry employees will be low.

The objectives of this research are to determine whether how much influence transformational leadership has on employee engagement and its implications for the performance of employees of public sector organizations. The design of this study was a cross-sectional method and used descriptive and verification type research methods. Data for this study were collected using a saturated sample with a total sample of 40 people. Analysis of this research data using simple linear regression with SPSS 24.0 for Windows computer software program (Statistical Product for Service Solution). The results of this study indicate that transformational leadership in public sector organizations is quite effective, employee engagement is in the high category and employee performance is in the high category. The current study found that the impact of effective transformational leadership can increase employee engagement and vice versa, if transformational leadership is not effective then employee engagement will not increase. This also happens to employee performance, if employee engagement is low it will result in low employee performance and conversely if employee engagement is high then the performance of employees will also increase.
