Purpose - To find out the description of the level of brand identification and brand loves in kaskus buyer-seller forum user Bandung City. Design/methodology/approach - The design of this study is cross sectional method. This research uses descriptive approach with explanatory survey method. A total of 107 respondents were selected using probability sampling. A questionnaire was used as a research instrument to collect data from respondents. The analysis technique used is descriptive technique by using frequency distribution.Findings - The result showed that brand identification is in good enough category, while brand loves is in medium category. Originality / value - The differences in this study located on an object research , time research , a measuring instrument , literature that used , the theory that is used and the results of the study

Purpose - This study aimed to gain a sense o1qf leadership style, gain a working motivation overview, and overview of employee performanceDesign / methodology / approach - The method used is an Explanatory Survey with a sample size of 44 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with spss 20.0 for windows programming tool.Findings- Research results show that leadership style is in the category of effective, work motivation is in the strong category and employee performance is in good category. Leadership style and work motivation have a positive influence on employee performanceOriginality / value - This study provides a basis for understanding the style of leadership and work motivation that affects employee performance. Objective - The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of after sale service to repeat purchase intention nissan users on facebook. Design / methodology / approach - The design of this study is cross sectional. This research use explanatory survey method. A total of 51 respondents were selected using probability sampling in the form of Cluster random sampling. A questionnaire was used as a research instrument to collect data from respondents. The analysis technique used is descriptive technique by using frequency distribution and verification technique by using simple linear regression analysis. Findings - Based on the results of research using analysis of verifikatif analysis, obtained the result that After sale service has a positive influence on repeat purchase intention with the influence of being. Aim – The aim of the research was to find out the influence of emotional intelligence, job satisfaction, and organizational citizenship behavior.Design/Methodology/Approach – The research design was cross sectional method. This research employed descriptive approach through explanatory survey method. There were 103 respondents selected through probability sampling. The questionnaires were distributed as the instruments in collecting data from the respondents. The analysis technique used was descriptive technique by using frequency distribution.Findings – Based on the research findings through descriptive analysis, it was found that the emotional intelligence was in the good category by score 9444 and percentage 81.86%, job satisfaction was in high category by score 12198 and percentage 80.56%, and organizational citizenship behavior was in the good category by score 11853 and percentage 82.19%.Originality/value – This research is the basic to understand the emotional intelligence, job satisfaction, and organizational citizenship behavior concept. The difference of the research and the previous research was in its object aspect, which was West Java Regional Civil Service Agency in Bandung with the observed variables; emotional intelligence, job satisfaction, organizational citizenship behavior by using different theories and references from previous research.

Purpose - The purpose of this research is to know the decription of dicipline, work culture and organizational behavior citizenship.Design/methodology/approach - The Research design is cross sectional. This research is using descriptive approach with explanatory survey method. The analysis unit is 90 employees. Collecting the data is using questionnaire. Analysis technique used is descriptive technique with using frequency distribution.Finding - Based on the result of research, the results obtained that work dicipline in the category is appropriate with a score 65,5% , work culture is in the high category with a score 72,8%, and organizatonal citizenship behavior is in high category with a score 66,2%.Originality/value - This research giving a basic for understanding work dicipline, work culture and issues on organizatonal citizenship behavior. Purpose - The purpose of this study is to see the description of promotion program, reward and job satsfaction. Design/methodology/approachh - The design of this study was cross sectional method. This research uses descriptive approach with explanatory survey method. A total of 90 respondents were selected using probability sampling. A questionnaire was used as a research instrument to collect data from respondents. Analytical technique used is descriptive technique by using frequency distribution.Findings - Based on the results of the research using descriptive analysis, the results obtained result that promotion of good enough position with score 7396 acquisition equal to 73,37%, amount in category enough according to score 12118, obtained percentage equal to 73,98%. and job satisfaction in high enough category with score 12769 Earnings equal to 75,06%.Originality/value - This study provides a basis for understanding issues of promotion program, reward and job satsfaction. The difference of this study with the previous research is located on the object which is the company in the contuction industry that is PT. Gunanusa Utama Fabricators Serang, with the variables studied namely promotion program, reward and job satsfaction, and using different theory or reference from previous researcher.

Objectives - The purpose of this study is to see description of entrepreneurship learning and readiness of student entrepreneurship as well as the influence of entrepreneurial learning on entrepreneurial readiness. Design / methodology / approach - The design of this study is cross sectional method. This research uses descriptive approach with explanatory survey method. A total of 82 respondents were selected using probability sampling in the form of simple random sampling. A questionnaire was used as a research instrument to collect data from respondents. The analysis technique used is descriptive technique by using frequency distribution and verification technique by using simple linear regression analysis.Findings - Based on the results of research using descriptive analysis, the results obtained that entrepreneurial learning is in high category, and entrepreneurial readiness is in high category. Purpose - The purpose of this study is to see the description of ability, social work environment, and performance.The design / methodology / approach - The design of this study was cross sectional. This research uses descriptive approach with explanatory survey method. The employee analysis unit is 103 people. Data collection using questionnaire. The analysis technique used is descriptive technique by using frequency distributionFindings – Based on the results of research using descriptive analysis, the results obtained that ability in the very good category, social work environment in the very conducive category, and performance in the high category.Originality - This study provides a basis for understanding the issues of the ability and social work environment on performance. The difference of this research with previous research is on the object in PT. Indorama Synthetics Tbk. Polyester Division In Purwakarta, ability variable, social work environment and performance, and references used by researchers with previous researchers.

Purpose - This research is conducted to know the description of motivation, work environment and employee performance of PT. Barrix Sinindo Jakarta.Design / methodology / approach - Unit of analysis in this study ie employees of PT. Barrix Sinindo Jakarta, totaling 30 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, While the data analysis techniques performed is descriptive and verifikatif analysis. The research method used is explanatory survey method.Findings - Based on the results of the study, it was found that job motivation in the high category to the score of 48,2%, work environment in the conducive category with the score of 39,8% and performance of employee was in the high category with the score of 49,4%Originality/value- This study provides a basis for understanding the issues of motivation and work environment on performance of empliyee.
