ANALISIS PELATIHAN, PEMBERDAYAAN DAN KEPUASAN KERJA PEGAWAI DI PT BANK RAKYAT INDONESIA KANTOR CABANG KUNIINGAN 培训分析:印尼人民银行员工的工作获得和满意

Purpose - The purpose of this study is to analyze empowerment training and job satisfaction.The design / methodology / approach - The design of this study was cross sectional. This research uses descriptive approach with explanatory survey method. The employee analysis unit is 50 people. Data collection using questionnaire. The analysis technique used is descriptive technique by using frequency distributionFindings – Based on the results of research using descriptive analysis, the results obtained that training in the good category, empowerment in the good category, and job satisfaction in the high category.Originality - This study provides a basis for understanding the issues of the training and empowerment on job satisfaction. The difference of this research with previous research is on the object in PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Kuningan branch office, training variable, empowerment and job satisfaction, and references used by researchers with previous researchers.
目的-本研究的目的是分析授权培训和工作满意度。设计/方法/方法-本研究的设计是横断面的。本研究采用描述性研究与解释性调查相结合的方法。员工分析单元是50人。使用问卷收集数据。使用的分析技术是使用频率分布的描述性技术。发现-基于使用描述性分析的研究结果,结果获得了良好类别的培训,良好类别的授权,以及高类别的工作满意度。独创性-本研究为理解培训和授权对工作满意度的影响提供了基础。本研究与以往研究的不同之处在于研究对象为印尼人民银行库宁安分行、培训变量、授权与工作满意度,以及研究者与以往研究者使用的参考文献。

Purpose - The purpose of this study is to see the description of transformational leadership, work engagement and innovative work behaviorDesign/methodology/approachh - The design of this study was cross sectional method. This research uses descriptive approach with explanatory survey method. The analysis research unit is employees of PT. Jasa Marga Purbaleunyi Bandung Branch as much 82 people. Data collection using questionnaire. The analysis technique used is descriptive technique by using frequency distributionFindings - Based on the results of the research using descriptive analysis, the results obtained that transformational leadership in the quite effective category, work engagement in the quite high category, and innovative work behavior in the high category. Originality/value -  The differences in this study located on an object research , time research , a measuring instrument , literature that used , the theory that is used and the results of the study.
目的-本研究的目的是了解变革型领导,工作投入和创新工作行为的描述。设计/方法/方法-本研究的设计是横断面方法。本研究采用描述性研究与解释性调查相结合的方法。分析研究部门的员工是PT. Jasa Marga Purbaleunyi万隆分公司的82人之多。使用问卷收集数据。使用的分析技术是使用频率分布的描述性技术。发现-基于使用描述性分析的研究结果,结果得出变革型领导在相当有效的类别中,工作投入在相当高的类别中,创新工作行为在高类别中。原创性/价值-本研究的差异在于对象研究,时间研究,测量工具,使用的文献,使用的理论和研究结果。

Purpose - The purpose of this study is to see the description of brand communication, brand trust and brand loyaltyDesign/methodology/approachh - The design of this study was cross sectional method. This research uses descriptive approach with explanatory survey method. The nurses analysis unit is 107 people. Data collection using questionnaire. The analysis technique used is descriptive technique by using frequency distributionFindings - Based on the results of the research using descriptive analysis, the results obtained that brand communication in the quite high category, brand trust in the good category, and brand loyalty in the good category. Originality/value -  The differences in this study located on an object research , time research , a measuring instrument , literature that used , the theory that is used and the results of the study.

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah rendahnya kinerja karyawan. Hal tersebut ditandaidengan rendahnya kinerja karyawan yang ditandai dengan tidak tercapainya targetperusahaan serta rendahnya penilaian kinerja karyawan. Belum optimalnya kinerjakaryawan harus segera ditindak lanjuti. Mengingat peran dari kinerja yang sangatpenting dan berpengaruh terhadap tercapainya tujuan perusahaan Pelatihan danMotivasi kerja dijadikan suatu cara untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran Pelatihan Kerja, Motivasikerja, Kinerja karyawan, Besarnya pengaruh pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan,Besarnya pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, Besarnya pengaruhpelatihan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan.Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Indo-Extrusions di Cimahi. Variabelbebas (X) dalam penelitian ini adalah pelatihan dan motivasi kerja, serta variabel terikat(Y) yaitu kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif danverifikatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode explonatorysurvey dengan teknik sampel jenuh dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 75 orang. Teknisanalisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda, denganbantuan program SPSS 21.0 for windows.Hasil temuan dalam penelitian ini antara lain sebagai berikut: 1) pelatihan pada PTIndo-Extrusions dalam kategori tinggi, 2) motivasi kerja pada PT Indo-Extrusions jugadalam kategori tinggi, 3) kinerja karyawan PT Indo-Extrusions dalam kategori tinggi, 4)kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi secara positif oleh pelatihan dengan korelasinya sebesar44,4%, 5) kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi secara positif oleh motivasi kerja dengankorelasinya sebesar 52%, 6) kinerja dipengaruhi secara positif oleh pelatihan danmotivasi kerja dengan koefisien determinasinya sebesar 87,7%..
这项研究的背景是低绩效。它的特点是员工表现不佳,原因是公司目标未达到,员工绩效考核低。目前还没有最有效的爪哇人需要立即跟进。鉴于绩效发挥的重要作用和影响企业培训目标和工作动机的实现,已成为提高员工绩效的一种方式。本研究的目的是了解工作培训、动机、员工表现、培训对员工表现的影响、工作动机对员工表现的影响、培训影响和工作动机对员工表现的影响。本研究的目标是Cimahi的PT indo - extru物业员工。这项研究的变量(X)是工作培训和动力,以及员工表现的可变变量。采用的研究类型为描述性和验证性。本研究采用的方法是采用饱和样本技术进行勘探,样本数量为75人。本研究使用的数据技术是基于SPSS 21.0窗口程序的线性双层回归。本研究发现如下:高1)类别中PTIndo-Extrusions权利培训,2)工作的动机在PT Indo-Extrusions jugadalam性能高,3)雇员类别Indo-Extrusions性能高,4)一类积极影响员工的培训和节拍sebesar44,4%, 5)积极影响员工绩效工作的动力性能dengankorelasinya高达52%,6)积极影响决心滑动系数高达87.7%的danmotivasi培训工作。
