Research on the Development of Xinjiang Tourism E-commerce 新疆旅游电子商务发展研究

The rapid development of e-commerce is a great opportunity for Xinjiang tourism. Based on an objective analysis of the status quo of Xinjiang Tourism e-commerce, I find that Xinjiang is rich in its Tourism resources, but the conditions for developing Tourism e-commerce are not satisfactory. The general environment for developing Tourism e-commerce is not satisfactory and compound talent is badly needed. Consequently, countermeasures are proposed in this article.
电子商务的快速发展对新疆旅游业来说是一个巨大的机遇。通过对新疆旅游电子商务发展现状的客观分析,发现新疆旅游资源丰富,但发展旅游电子商务的条件并不理想。发展旅游电子商务的大环境并不理想,急需复合型人才。因此,本文提出了相应的对策。

Based on modern distance education fast information dissemination ability, excellent resources sharing, the advanced performance two-way interaction and multimedia technology, constructing university physical education curriculum distance network resource is the traditional sports supplement and development, which plays an active role in China's physical education. the resource of physical network courses opens up a new teaching environment to students, expands the teaching time and space, breaks the traditional teacher-student relationship, which make for the continuation physical education and lifelong physical education. College physical education should give full play to its own characteristics and advantages, applying modern education technology and network technology to promote teaching reform, adapts the social development request.

Information technology is changing every aspect of people's life with enormous incalculable impact. The purpose of this paper is to research how we can apply information technology to building energy saving. It analyzes the application of information technology in the design, construction and operation phrase in life cycle of the construction and proposes to strengthen the use of information technology in building energy saving work. It is proved that the proper use of information technology can achieve great energy saving. The new of this paper lies in integrating information technology with the main phases of construction.

Sit to stand is one of the essential physical tasks of normal daily function, it requires coordinated constructions of the muscle of the lower extremities and truck. Specifically, subjects with movement disorder have reported to experience difficulties in rising from a seated position. Based on the captured signals, the angle and angular velocity of the STS, this paper simulate the STS on SimMechanics and get a similar result with the force plate.

Study on Cultural Algorithm 文化算法研究

A Cultural Algorithm (CA) rooting from simulation of evolution of human being society, provides a new computable framework of Evolution Algorithms. Concept of CA is more easily understood and more accuracy to reflect evolution process of society than some other optimization algorithms. CA has been successfully applied to much engineering. Firstly, this paper depicts natural explanation about CA. Secondly, introduces its basic theory. At last, the paper also tests it using 9 examples with nonlinear constrained optimization. The results show that the algorithm is effective.

The Study on the Characteristics of Folk Sports Culture 民间体育文化的特征研究

Folk sports as a special cultural characteristic, which not only has common characteristic of characteristic, but also has basic characteristic of their own culture. This study takes basic characteristic of folk sports culture as point of breakthrough, which studys continuity and expansion, stability and variability, hierarchy and objectivity, and standard and service four typical basic characteristics, and gets the conclusion as follows: (a) Continuity and expansion of folk sports prompt continuity to a type of time-space continuum. (b) Stable society prompts the stability of folk sports culture stronger. (c) stability and variability has become the internal motivation of folk sports culture's preservation and development. (d) The occurrence of folk sports stems from social productive labour. This study will deepen our appreciation on folk sports culture, and provide reference suggestion on preservation and development of folk sports.

This article based on the relevant literature theories about risk of sports events domestic and international, by using the methods like document-research, Delphi, AHP etc, to construct the evaluation system and its weight of management risk of sporting events, through the use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation building the Management risk assessment models, and evaluate the Track and Field Risk in 11th National Games under the fuzzy comprehensive, thinks its management risk is general in accordance with the principle of maximum degree.

Research on Principal Components Weighted Based on Real-valued Negative Selection Algorithm 基于实值负选择的主成分加权算法研究

In order to improve the identification and distribution performance of the detector, this paper proposes Principal Component Weighted Real-valued Negative Selection Algorithm(PCW-RNS) which is based on principal component weighting. The similarity between this algorithm and the classical real-valued detector generating algorithm based on generation-and-elimination lies in the fact that neither adopt any optimization method to optimize the performance of the detector, but only relying on the detection performance of the detector to detect anomalies. Because of the irrelevance between the principal components and the application of weighted Euclidean distance as the matching rules, the detector can adjust its radius according to the distribution of non-self space, thus obtaining higher detection rate of the detector and improving distribution performance of the detector. In this way, we can not only better the identification performance of the detector and obtain a higher detection rate, but also effectively reduce the false alarm rate.

{"title":"Research on Principal Components Weighted Based on Real-valued Negative Selection Algorithm","authors":"Fengbin Zhang, Xin Yue, Dawei Wang, Liang Xi","doi":"10.1109/ICFCSE.2011.139","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.1109/ICFCSE.2011.139","url":null,"abstract":"In order to improve the identification and distribution performance of the detector, this paper proposes Principal Component Weighted Real-valued Negative Selection Algorithm(PCW-RNS) which is based on principal component weighting. The similarity between this algorithm and the classical real-valued detector generating algorithm based on generation-and-elimination lies in the fact that neither adopt any optimization method to optimize the performance of the detector, but only relying on the detection performance of the detector to detect anomalies. Because of the irrelevance between the principal components and the application of weighted Euclidean distance as the matching rules, the detector can adjust its radius according to the distribution of non-self space, thus obtaining higher detection rate of the detector and improving distribution performance of the detector.
