PRECARIETY IN CASCADE: THE WAYS OF CONTRACT OF SUPERVISORS IN SAO PAULO’STATE This article discusses the labor relations adopted by the state government of Sao Paulo with teaching supervisors. The documentary research points to the presence of the concept forged here as “cascading precariousness”, since the position of teaching supervisor is now occupied by a designated professional, usually by a principal who, in his turn, is assigned to a teacher. In view of the scarcity of public selection for all professional segments, especially for teachers, it ends up flowing into the massive hiring of temporary teachers.

TEMPO POLÍTICO, NOVO ENSINO MÉDIO E CONHECIMENTO 政治时代,新高中和知识

The text explores the reformist movement and the place of knowledge in the New Secondary School. Based on documents from the Lemann Foundation, ANPEd, CONSED and others, it presentes inferences derived from the Content Analysis (BARDIN, 1977) and the Policy Cycle (BALL and BOWE, 1992). Such inferences are related to three categories: New Philanthropy and the desired student – refinement of the instrumental curriculum (YOUNG, 2011); Superprescriptive contente – the procedurality curricular under control (SACRISTAN, 2012); and Focus on the student`s daily life – obstruction to powerful knowledge (YOUNG, 2011).

Este articulo tiene como objetivo principal discutir algunos aspectos de la politica de financiamiento externo para la implementacion de la Reforma de la Escuela Secundaria en Brasil en el Gobierno de Temer, y las condicionalidades expresadas en el contrato de prestamo del Ministerio de Educacion con el Banco Internacional de Reconstruccion y Fomento (BIRF)/Banco Mundial. Buscamos desarrollar reflexiones sobre las politicas educativas para la educacion secundaria en Brasil, especificamente en relacion con la reforma de la educacion secundaria, emprendida por la Ley federalnumero 13.415/17, de 16 de febrero de 2017, y anclada en el financiamiento externo, realizada con el Banco Mundial. Palabras clave: Escuela secundaria en Brasil. Banco Mundial. Lineamientos y Financiamiento Externo.

Abstract This text analyzes the regulations and the first actions to implement the 2017 High School Reform in Para, through documentary research, content analysis and the categories management, full-time, curriculum, financing and public-private relations, concluding that, contrary to social interests, the joint action of the Secretariat and the State Council of Education has failed to regulate a proposal for secondary education capable of expanding the quality socially referenced to the last stage of Basic Education.  Keywords: Educational Policy. High School Reform. Law No. 13.415/2017.

Pela covid-19, mas tambem pela impossibilidade de atendimento para inumeras outras doencas, consequencia do descaso com a saude publica e com o SUS.

This article presents the analysis of quantitative and qualitative data from a survey carried out between 2016 and 2018, on the perceptions of women living in the Mare favelas, in Rio de Janeiro, regarding gender-based violence, its manifestations and ways of mediation in the territory. Considering the fact that black and mixed race women are more likely to be affected by gender-based violence, the research findings revealed that the types of violence and the places where it manifests itself are the result of economic and relational conditions, generally in the domestic/family environment and having as their main aggressors, people known or who live with the victim. However, the incidence of violence, with structural roots, are also related to the absence of policies within the State or to the action of armed groups active in the territory, such as Mare, which reinforce social inequalities, in their multiple manifestations, related to urban violence as well.

“CUIDA DE QUEM TE CUIDA” A LUTA DAS TRABALHADORAS DOMÉSTICAS DURANTE A PANDEMIA DE COVID-19 NO BRASIL “照顾照顾你的人”巴西COVID-19大流行期间家政工人的斗争

The pandemic caused by the new coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) in 2020 imposed profound changes in the different socialization arrangements. In Brazil, its consequences were felt mainly by the black and peripheral population, who work in the most precarious occupations, often in the informal sector and who also make up a large part of the workers appointed as essential, and therefore more exposed to contamination by the virus. As an example of this picture, we analyze the impacts of the pandemic on domestic workers, a category formed mostly by black women. We consider the coloniality and structural racism of Brazilian society as fundamental dimensions for the analysis of reality, we list recent cases of violation of rights and the mobilizations put into practice by the category.

UNIVERSIDADE E TRAJETÓRIAS PROFISSIONAIS: UMA LEITURA A PARTIR DAS RELAÇÕES DE GÊNERO 大学与职业轨迹:性别关系的解读

O objeto deste artigo e refletir sobre o processo de aproximacao a Universidade por parte de jovens trabalhadores no periodo entre 1999 e 2013. Periodo da realidade brasileira, marcada por frequentes crises economicas que modificam em continuacao o mercado de trabalho e, de consequencia, fragilizam as trajetorias ocupacionais das pessoas. Estas alteracoes repercutem na vida das pessoas, introduzindo sentimentos de incerteza e de inseguranca social. Neste contexto buscar o diploma universitario, e uma estrategia para ampliar as perspectivas futuras de promocao profissional. Os jovens trabalhadores ao retornar aos estudos, se disponibilizam a reorganizar seus cotidianos: conciliar o tempo dedicado a frequentar a universidade, a assistir a familia e a manter o emprego.  No decorrer do artigo, apesar de sublinhar as inovacoes, tudo indica que a cultura de genero permanece como marcador de diferenca de opcoes e escolhas.  Palavras-chave: genero e trabalho; trabalho e universidade; genero e universidade.

Estas alteracoes repercutem na vida das pessoas, introduzindo sentimentos de incerteza e de inseguranca social. Neste contexto buscar o diploma universitario, e uma estrategia para ampliar as perspectivas futuras de promocao profissional. Meu objetivo com este texto e discutir avancos e dificuldades da invencao de uma comunidade cientifica fundamentada na tradicao feminista negra de articular pensar e fazer. Alicercada em conceitos como autodefinicao (Collins, 2019) e narrativa na primeira pessoa (Autora, 2019) analiso os diversos significados do Grupo de Estudos e Pesquisas Intelectuais Negras na UFRJ.
