RESUMO: Neste artigo, buscamos analisar por meio do viés do discurso na perspectiva enunciativa, a construção do ethos discursivo de um personagem que é parte constituinte da nação brasileira, isto é, os povos indígenas. Tomamos como corpora os textos literários produzidos no decorrer do processo de formação da nação brasileira e, assim, da literatura nacional. O corpus estudado são os textos literários que expressam o ethos do indígena, realizado por meio de análise da construção das imagens discursivas, conformadas por meio da representação literária em que a voz desse ator social é tomada pela representação que se faz dela em caráter de reconstrução da história por linhas literárias. A base teórica que sustenta as análises interpretativas insere-se na linha do discurso em que os processos de discursivização são utilizados para a compreensão de imagens discursivas que têm por objetivo criar um tipo de mentalidade social, nesse contexto, construída ideologicamente por meio dos gêneros literários. Traduzimos para Libras sinalizada o conto popular José Adivinhador (PIMENTEL, 2001: vol.3 p.150-192). Não optamos pela escrita de sinais “signwriting”, pelo fato de que a maioria dos surdos adultos não a usarem. O signiwriting é um sistema de escrita criado por Valerie Sutton em 1974 (Quadros 1999) para escrever as línguas de sinais. Essa escrita é de grande importância na alfabetização de crianças surdas num sistema de educação bilíngue, porém muitos dos surdos adultos não se identificam com a escrita de sinais, uma vez que essa escrita não fez parte do seu processo acadêmico. Ela vem sendo disseminada a duas décadas na comunidade surda, por esse motivo nossa escolha se justifica, uma vez que, mesmo com níveis de fluência diferenciado de surdo para surdo, eles optam em ler textos em português ou em Libras sinalizada.

RESUMO: O presente trabalho toma como base teórica os postulados da Análise de Discurso de Orientação Francesa, a fim de discursivizar as histórias cotidianas que circulam nos discursos de velhos. Busca, especificamente, analisar as estratégias discursivas utilizadas pelos velhos na reconstituição de suas histórias de vida, para entender a interrelação que se estabelece entre discurso, história cotidiana e memória. A partir das lembranças de velhos, pelo viés metodológico da história oral, a pesquisa possibilitou a reconstituição de momentos significativos da história de São José da Lagoa Tapada-PB/BR. Realçou-se, assim, que as lembranças de velhos possibilitam a representação e construção da diversidade cultural e as identidades do povo que se efetivam pelos discursos, a exemplo da história de Dona Zefa Café, uma das colaboradoras da pesquisa. Constatou-se, portanto, neste trabalho, o diálogo que se fia entre discurso, práticas culturais, história cotidiana e memória. PALAVRAS-CHAVE: Discurso. História. From the memories of old people, due to the methodological bias of oral history, the research made possible the reconstitution of significant moments in the history of São José da Lagoa Tapada-PB. It was emphasized, therefore, that the memories of old people allow the representation and construction of cultural diversity and the identities of the people that are effected by the speeches, as in the history of Dona Zefa Café, one of the collaborators of the research. Therefore, in this work, we verified the dialogue between discourse, cultural practices, daily history and memory. KEYWORDS: Discourse. Story. Memory

Resumo: Este texto mostra as bases de um projeto apresentado ao CNPQ para renovação de bolsa de produtividade em pesquisa. O objetivo é o de analisar formações geopoéticas (R. BOUVET) de uma série de narrativas romanescas ambientadas na cidade de Salvador, suscetíveis de construir uma memória longa, com base na recuperação de linguagens oriundas de blocos memoriais em circulação na semiosfera (I. LOTMAN) urbana da Bahia. Nesse sentido, busca-se compor um corpus de romances, produzidos a partir dos anos 1980 até os dias atuais que tenham a cidade de Salvador como cenário. Pensa-se em proceder ao levantamento e à averiguação de obras que inscrevam o espaço urbano soteropolitano na rede estética nacional, que reflete as grandes contradições de uma modernização que insiste na exclusão social, onde já existem exemplos representando outras metrópoles como Rio de Janeiro, Recife, São Paulo, Porto Alegre, entre outras. No presente texto, a ênfase é posta na obra de Inês Pedrosa, A eternidade e o desejo (2008) que põe em confronto espaços de violência da cidade antiga e da cidade moderna, vista através dos sermões do padre Antônio Vieira. Quer-se flagrar o trabalho de mobilidade cultural apto a manifestar as transformações que ocorrem nos espaços urbanos soteropolitanos. Palavras chave: Geopoética urbana. Salvador. Memória longa. Abstract: This text depicts the basis of a project presented to CNPQ- National Council for Scientific ant Technological Development- in order to renew research financing. Its aim is to analyse poetical formations (R. BOUVET) in narrative series in the city Salvador. These series can build a long memory dealing with memorial blocs that circulate in the urban semiosphery (I. LOTMAN) of Bahia. In this manner, we wish to compose a corpus of contemporary novels (from the 1980’ until now) with Salvador as scenary. We intend to investigate the works that show the big contradictions of modernization that insist on keeping social exclusions as depicted in others novels of Rio de Janeiro, Recife, São Paulo and Porto Alegre. In this text, we will emphasize one work of Inês Pedrosa, A eternidade e o desejo (2008), that confronts violent spaces in the old and the modern city that are described through Antonio Vieira’s sermons. Résumé: Dans le cadre du projet de sémiotique des cultures, le sémanticien François Rastier a précisé la notion d’objet culturel et proposé d’étendre les méthodes de la sémantique interprétative à des images et autres signes non-textuel. En parallèle, la nécessité de comprendre le sens d’objets symboliques révélés par l’archéologie est souvent exprimée et problématisée par les protohistoriens. RESUMO. O tema dos Direitos Humanos demanda uma discussão sobre racionalidade e democracia. Não é possível sustentar os Direitos Humanos sem o fundamento da existência e morte do sujeito. É esta razão existencial que nos permite intuir a universalidade dos Direitos Humanos. São as formas de existência plurais que determinam a diversidade dos sujeitos e das perspectivas de compreensão dos Direitos Humanos e é neste modelo comunicacional aberto e democrático que avançamos e criamos a oportunidade de reconhecimento de sujeitos e direitos. Entretanto, se por um lado, há uma função revolucionária e transformadora do mundo e da sociedade por parte dos Direitos Humanos, atualmente, surge, de forma igual, a necessidade de uma função conservadora das formas de existência por ele protegidas. Observa-se que, se pela democracia chegamos ao reconhecimento dos Direitos Humanos, ela também traz consigo riscos que sugerem uma posição contrarrevolucionária e de conservação de direitos contra maiorias tirânicas. O presente estudo constitui uma abordagem filosófica e política dos Direitos Humanos, construída a partir de argumentos de cunho existencialista e crítico da razão instrumental moderna. PALAVRAS-CHAVE: Direitos Humanos; Razão Existencial; Democracia. ABSTRACT. The theme of Human Rights demands a discussion about rationality and democracy. It is not possible to sustain human rights without the foundation of the subject's existence and death. It is this existential reason that allows us to realize the universality of Human Rights. It is the plural forms of existence that defines the diversity of the subjects and the perspectives of understanding Human Rights and it is in this open and democratic communication model that we advance and create the opportunity of recognition of subjects and rights. However, while on the one hand there is a revolutionary and transforming function of the world and society on the part of Human Rights, there is also a need today for a conservative function of the forms of existence protected by it. It is observed that if by democracy we settled to the recognition of Human Rights, it also brings with it risks that suggest a counterrevolutionary position and conservation of rights against tyrannical majorities. The present study constitutes a philosophical and political approach to Human Rights, built on arguments of an existentialist and critical view of modern instrumental reason. KEYWORDS. De longue date, la sémiotique hésite entre deux vocations : tantôt elle se définit comme une discipline parmi d’autres, tantôt comme une sorte de métadiscipline qui aurait mission de redéfinir en son sein l’ensemble des sciences de la culture, voire une bonne part des sciences de la nature. Entre les deux, l’image d’une « science-pilote » a rallié des suffrages, en raison de l’ubiquité même des signes.Cette brève note n’a d’autre ambition que de contribuer au débat sur le statut épistémologique de la sémiotique dans son rapport aux sciences de la culture : elle ne peut évidemment prétendre les périmer ou les remplacer, car chacune contient une sémiotique plus ou moins explicitée, et souvent « à l’état pratique ». C’est à la sémiotique de réfléchir ces sémiotiques particulières pour pouvoir les fédérer, ou du moins affermir leur fédération. Desde muito tempo, a semiótica vem hesitando entre duas vocações: às vezes é definida como uma disciplina entre outras, às vezes como uma espécie de metadisciplina que teria a missão de redefinir dentro de si todas as ciências da cultura, mesmo uma parte boa das ciências naturais. RESUMÉ. La sémiotique des cultures, héritière de Cassirer autant que du Saussure autographe, permet aujourd’hui de repenser la responsabilité des chercheurs dans les modélisations de leurs objets et de construire une interdisciplinarité exigeante. Elle démontre la puissance fédérative de la méthodologie des sciences de la culture et du premier structuralisme en exploitant ses principes critiques, historiques, comparatistes pour aborder aussi bien les objets culturels que les disciplines qui en rendent compte. L’activité scientifique herméneutique y est repensée dans sa dimension d’acte interprétatif responsable, en reconnectant de manière originale les sphères scientifiques, artistiques et éthico-politiques à travers l’exploration des points de convergence entre humanisme, humanité et Humanités. Mots-clés: sémiotique, linguistique, anthropologie, herméneutique, culture, œuvre (Rastier, Cassirer, Saussure) RESUMO.
