Di era pemilihan yang dinamis akhir-akhir ini, pemilihan kandidat untuk berpolitik sangat bergantung pada penilaian partai atau tokoh partai terhadap bakal calon legislatif. Metode TOPSIS dapat memberikan pemeringkatan yang dinamis dari yang tertinggi hingga terendah, yang menjadi salah satu evaluasi peringkat yang penting. Tidak hanya itu, metode ini juga dapat membantu dalam pemilihan alternatif terbaik dari sejumlah alternatif, dengan tidak hanya mempertimbangkan kelebihan tetapi juga kekurangan dari setiap alternatif. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam melakukan evaluasi yang lebih terperinci terhadap calon legislatif secara dinamis dan komprehensif. Metode penelitian ini melibatkan beberapa langkah utama: pembentukan matriks keputusan awal berdasarkan kriteria tertentu, normalisasi data, penimbangan matriks normalisasi, penentuan solusi ideal positif dan negatif, dan perhitungan jarak terhadap solusi ideal. Kriteria yang dipilih termasuk Rekam Jejak, Visi dan Misi, Metode Kampanye, dan Histori Caleg, dengan bobot yang ditetapkan berdasarkan tingkat kepentingannya. Rekam Jejak dan Visi dan Misi dipilih karena mencerminkan kualitas dan kemampuan kepemimpinan caleg, sedangkan Metode Kampanye dan Histori Caleg memberikan indikasi mengenai etika dan integritas caleg. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa TOPSIS efektif dalam memberikan peringkat caleg berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Caleg dengan kombinasi kinerja terbaik di berbagai kriteria menduduki peringkat teratas, sementara caleg dengan aspek negatif yang dominan menempati posisi lebih rendah. Hasil ini menegaskan pentingnya penilaian holistik dan berimbang dalam pemilihan caleg, dengan mempertimbangkan berbagai faktor yang relevan. In its development, information technology brought about many changes and advances in the context of everyday life. One of the benefits of information technology to process large amounts of data is text mining. A movie is a spectacle that can be done at a relaxed time. Currently, there are many movies that can be watched via the internet or cinema. Movies that are watched on the internet are sometimes charged to watch so that potential viewers before watching a movie will read comments from users who have watched the movie. Film business and its individual reviews cannot be separated and film review sites such as IMDb is a credible source of reviews posted in public forums. Movie comments are many and varied on the IMDB website, we can see comments based on the movie title. This causes users to have difficulty analyzing other users' comments. So, this study aims to analyze the sentiment of opinions from several comments from IMDB website users and will be classified using the naïve bayes classifier method. Sentiment analysis is a classification process to understand the opinions, interactions, and emotions of a document or text. Naïve Bayes is suitable for solving multi-class prediction problems. If its assumption of the independence of features holds true, it can perform better than other models and requires much less training data. In addition to the Naïve Bayes Classifier, TF-IDF technique is also used to change the shape of the document into several words. Bengkel Aldo Motor merupakan salah satu bengkel motor yang ada di Kota Palembang, Sumatera Selatan. Bengkel ini melayani jasa untuk perbaikan motor serta menjual suku cadang motor seperti oli, lampu, busi dan lain-lain. Bengkel ini memiliki permasalahan yaitu produk yang laris sering kali kehabisan stok sedangkan untuk produk yang kurang laris, stok produknya mengalami penumpukan. Untuk memecahkan masalah tersebut dilakukan analisis data mining klasifikasi dengan menggunakan algoritma naive bayes menggunakan aplikasi rapid miner. Data yang digunakan adalah data penjualan dari bulan Mei 2023 – Oktober 2023. Berdasarkan hasil dari pengolahan data didapatkan hasil accuracy sebesar 86,77%, precision sebesar 85,39% dan nilai recall sebesar 76%. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa algoritma naive bayes dapat digunakan untuk menentukan produk terlaris pada bengkel aldo motor.

Pandemi Covid-19 pada tahun 2020 menyebabkan terhambatnya pelaksanaan pendidikan di seluruh negara khususnya di Indonesia. Pelaksanaan pendidikan harus dilakukan secara daring karena kebijakan pemerintah untuk memutus rantai penyebaran Covid-19. Pembelajaran secara daring dapat didukung oleh salah satu platform yaitu Moodle yang merupakan sebuah ruang kelas digital berbasis e-learning untuk interaksi antara guru dengan siswa. Penelitian ini menganalisis pola perilaku 215 siswa kelas 7 SMPN 6 Salatiga tahun 2020 pada mata pelajaran Prakarya. Data diambil dari log data siswa pada Moodle. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah k-means clustering. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perilaku siswa kelas 7 SMPN 6 Salatiga tahun 2020 pada mata pelajaran Prakarya terbagi menjadi tiga cluster yaitu cluster aktivitas rendah (low) terdapat 138 siswa, cluster aktivitas sedang (medium) terdapat 62 siswa dan cluster aktivitas tinggi (high) terdapat 15 siswa.

Perkembangan Artificial Intelligence menjadi sebuah fenomena yang dikenal luas didunia. Artificial Intelligence memiliki peran yang dapat memungkinkan robot melakukan tugas bersama manusia bahkan menggantikan posisi manusia. Meskipun banyak manfaat yang bisa didapatkan pada penggunaan Artificial intelligence tentu akan menimbulkan persepsi masyarakat melalui sosial media twitter. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis sentimen masyarakat terhadap Artificial intelligence yang terdiri dari kelas sentimen positif, netral, hingga negatif berdasarkan hasil dari kelas polaritas. Dalam melakukan analisis sentimen digunakan metode penelitian lexicon-based dengan library vader sentiment. Berdasarkan hasil analisis sentimen didapat hasil bahwa Artificial Intelligence memiliki 64% dengan sentimen positif, 25% dengan sentimen netral dan 11% dengan sentimen negatif selain itu pada tweets dengan kata kunci “Artificial Intelligence” banyak mengandung kata-kata seperti “new”, “use”, “future”, “technology”. Maka dari itu dapat disimpulkan opini masyarakat terkait Artificial Intelligence cenderung positif dengan menganggap Artificial Intelligence sebuah teknologi baru dimasa depan.

Technology in these days have grown so fast. Many tools have been designed to make people's lives easier, one of which is quick response codes (QR codes). Qr code is one of the raster codes that is made to help scanning tools to deliver and receive data in a fast way Qr codes are used to support the process of presence database management. The main component of this system is a webcam that acts as a scanner to read QR codes that will be filled by primary key from the student database. To run this website system, it uses hypertext prepocessor (PHP) with framework codeigniter. The result from the test, application system that is done by administrator has succeed and can be run based on the first plan, that is to help the presence process effectively and efficiently.

The rapid growth of e-commerce in Indonesia can motivate or encourage users to shop online. The theory of planned behavior is used as a research method to find out these reasons. The variables used in this study are attitudes towards behavior, social norms, and perceived behavioral control, which examine their impact on online trust. Likewise, testing the influence of perceived behavioral control on online purchasing intentions. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between these variables and Palembang city consumers. The sample was 100 respondents who were internet users in the city of Palembang. Linear regression analysis is used as a data analysis technique. Observed behavioral control variables partially influence network trust. Similarly, perceived behavioral control and online trust influence online purchase intentions. After simultaneous testing, all variables were found to influence online trust and online purchasing intentions

In carrying out its business strategy the company is now using information technology (IT) as a support to get certainty effective and efficient that the business strategy is working as expected. Thus IT is now becoming an integral part and integrated with an organization's business objectives so that the evaluation and monitoring of the effectiveness of the company's information technology governance are urgently required in order to know the extent of the application of IT in the company will affect the achievement of the vision, mission or strategic objectives. One very important process, aligning with business objectives and IT objectives. In this paper the alignment is done by reference to the standard IT governance good that standardization Framework COBIT 4.1 and in this paper also presents examples and techniques based on research that has been done, how to align business goals and objectives of IT, to find the appropriate evaluation in preparing IT governance based on best practices in accordance standardization COBIT. By knowing this alignment will allow companies to rearrange and implementing IT governance within the enterprise so that internal controls will be the utilization of IT can be applied to evaluate the shortcomings, weaknesses, and can improve the performance of IT in line and in accordance with its business strategy.

Sekolah Dasar Kristen Mitra Penabur Eben Haezer Palembang merupakan salah satu satuan pendidikan dengan jenjang sekolah dasar yang berada di Sekip Jaya, Kecamatan Kemuning, Kota Palembang, Sumatera Selatan.Berdasarkan hasil wawancara yang telah dilakukan ditemukan permasalahan di perpustakaan sekolah tersebut pada bagian proses pendataan hingga transaksi peminjaman dan pengembalian buku yang masih dilakukan secara manual. Maka dari itu dibuatlah aplikasi perpustakaan berbasis desktop untuk membantu admin dapat lebih cepat dan mudah dalam proses pengolahan data-data perpustakaan. Pembangunan aplikasi ini menggunakan metodologi extreme programming (XP). Analisis permasalahan menggunakan PIECES, berbasis localhost, dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman java dan database Mysql. Penerapan aplikasi pengolahan ini diharapkan dapat membantu bagian admin dalam memproses pengolahan data perpustakaan.
