In order to further increase the precision of information filter, square root spherical simplex radial information filter (SRSSRIF) is put forward in the article. SRSSRIF is combined with square root filter and fused the spherical simplex radial rule (SSRR) into information filter. We utilize the rule of spherical simplex radial to choose the integral points and the computation of the corresponding weights. The efficiency of the new algorithm is demonstrated with a 3D Lorenz system and a two permanent magnet synchronous motor. Simulation results indicated that SRSSRIF can gain preferable precision compared with extended information filter (EIF) and square root unscented information filter (SRUIF) for single or multi-sensors system.

This paper puts forward a method to find the hot topic in the micro-blog text data set: select the most frequent strings and then find the hot topic from these frequent strings, the length of the string is set to 1, 2 to 8 words respectively, the most frequent top 50 strings were selected from each group, altogether 400 strings, by browsing these 400 strings, the current hot topics among the micro-blog data set can be found. Experiment demonstrates that these 400 frequent strings can be got in short time, and the hot topics of micro-blog data sets can be found from these 400 frequent strings.

The paper presents a No-Reference quality assessment algorithm for UHD videos based on HEVC encoded. The algorithm directly extracts the specific video characteristics from the HEVC bitstream, and establishes the mathematical model between the video characteristics and the final video quality through linear regression, so as to realize the objective evaluation of the video quality. The algorithm extracts three video features: the quantization parameters of the measurement compression damage, the number of CTU of different sizes (8×8 & 32×32) and the numbers of the SAO blocks. The experimental results show that the objective evaluation results obtained based on these three parameters have good correlation with the results of subjective experiment results. In addition, because the algorithm only needs to rely on the stream and the coding parameters can be reliable and rapid evaluated, can be widely used in the real-time terminal occasions.

Air pollution issues and particularly fine particulate matters are worthy of great concerns as a consequence of crowded factories and heavy traffic. Exposure to the fine particulate matters (PMs) will harm the human health and even cause irreversible damages, which calls for effective monitoring methods. It is necessary to bring in a monitoring platform with sufficient mobility for the places where monitoring stations are not convenient to install. A mobile and portable monitoring platform based on unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) is developed by combining promoted sensor board and specific communication module in this paper. Moreover, the air quality monitored by UAV-platform will generate important information for the controlling of indoor air quality for indoor environment in the buildings. To meet the indoor inhabitants' requirements of health and comfort, a fuzzy control method is proposed in this paper to control the actuators of air cleaner and ventilator. With a good coordination, an intelligent environment which meets the comfort level with good indoor air quality (IAQ) can be achieved.

There are Logo images printed in the mobile phone. Anomaly detection of Logo image is an important quality control task in the intelligent manufacture. In real applications, there are not enough negative samples in the production line for us to study their difference from normal samples. In this paper, we propose an unsupervised learning method based on convolutional autoencoder (CAE) to generate the template of sample and detect the abnormal information through comparing test images with the adaptive template. Firstly, several methods of data augmentation are introduced to expand the scale of positive samples, aiming to improve the performance of CAE. Secondly, the topology of proposed CAE model is introduced. Thirdly, we introduce the image processing methods to detect and locate the abnormal information in the Logo image. A series of experiments on three group of different Logo image have shown that the method we proposed can effectively detect most of the anomalies in the image and achieve the average accuracy of 98.9%.

The air traffic in Asia Pacific has been growing rapidly. The South China Sea airspace is also experiencing significant air traffic growth. The rapid growth may induce the deficiency of airspace capacity and cause more problems such as flight congestion and delay. Europe and America have conducted research and implemented particular concepts to ease the situation of high demand. In order to improve the capacity usage of efficiency of the South China Sea airspace, the concepts and technology with the potential of boosting the airspace development are taken into consideration. This paper describes these concepts and the results of preliminary activities to investigate the feasibility of these concepts while keeping safety level in South China Sea airspace. The potential benefits of reduction of fuel consumption, flight duration and route lengths are evaluated. Two city-pairs are examined for route restructure.

Diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) is a novel imaging technique, which can evaluate the variation of white matter micro-structure in brain aging. Four network properties of characteristic path length (Lp), clustering coefficient (Cp), global efficiency (Eglobal), local efficiency (Elocal) were measured for the whole brain (WB) and specific cortex between the young and the old one. The results showed that Eglobal decreased and Lp, Cp, Elocal increased with the aging. We draw a conclusion that the chosen parameters of Lp, Cp, Eglobal, Elocal could evaluate the white matter (WM) variation correlated with the brain aging. It used as gold markers for the changes of WB structure.

Relay assisted (RA) network and the assisted relay (AR) selection is considered as an efficient technology to improve the communication performance since it is easy to use and do not require extra hardware cost. However, most of the previous research did not consider the imperfect state information of the AR candidate sufficiently since it is hard to be formulated. This shortage limited the application of the existing research in practice. In order to solve this problem, an AR selective (ARS) strategy is proposed and analyzed. Moreover, a threshold determination algorithm based on the stochastic dynamic program (SDP) is also developed to make the ARS strategy more practical. Numerical results show that performance of ARS strategy far superior to the performance without AR.

Under Online shopping environment, express logistics service evaluation system was established based on logistics services theory and Dynamics System Theory Through the analysis of the process of express logistics service. For this system and one main variable “Logistics Services Quality”, their causal relationship was analyzed. Then the system dynamics branch model of a subsidiary variable “timely delivery rate” from the main variable was established. And the model is proved correctly by the dimensionless testing, the sensitivity testing and the extreme conditions testing. On this basis, the data of the four courier companies including SHENTONG EXPRESS (STO), YUANTONG EXPRESS (YTO), ZHONGTONG EXPRESS (ZTO) and YUNDA EXPRESS (YUNDA) were applied to the simulation software Vensim in order to confirm the effectiveness of the simulation Branch Model and to obtain courier companies rankings based on the subsidiary variable, which will provide new methods of express logistics service assessment.

With the rapid development of fingerprint technology and computational algorithm, the accuracy requirements of semiconductor fingerprint sensors are getting higher and higher. From a business perspective or to a manufacturer, demands for automatic quality assessment and verification of semiconductor sensors are much critical. This paper has developed a complete evaluation system including extraction, matching algorithm, threshold regulation and cumulative similarity score. The SIN matching solution combined with single point and neighboring triple points mapping strategy is presented as a core of the matching algorithm. By means of repeated operations, an incremental verifying tool for estimating the quality of fingerprints is successfully built. Based on dozen sampling each user's fingertips, a Dozen Matching Module is built as a basic component in the system. Moreover, the method described in this paper can not only assess the full fingerprint or fragment fingerprint sensors, but also strengthen the system in the practical application of extensive and convenient.
