The deep neural network(DNN) is used for the identification and classification of pathological voice. Time domain characteristics and frequency domain characteristics are selected. Compared with the traditional recognition algorithm. The result of experimental shows that the DNN method can effectively improve the recognition rate in both normal-pathological voice of vocal cords recognition and pathological voice of vocal cords segmentation.

Electric vehicles can be used to provide ancillary services to the grid as a flexible adjustable energy storage load. Cluster electric vehicles can be used as a virtual power plant in the aggregation mode to participate in the ancillary service market. In this paper, the bidding strategy of electric vehicle aggregators and their internal resource optimization are modeled. The aggregator considers the possible bidding of other aggregators and the constraints of internal resources, and determine their bidding coefficients with the aim of maximizing their own benefits. The aggregator makes the corresponding adjustment of control strategies according to the actual clearing price and quantities. The aggregate bidding strategy proposed by this paper reduces the burden on the dispatch center and provides the opportunity for electric vehicle owners to participate in ancillary service market bidding directly.

Fuel Cells are an upcoming technology that have promise in future clean and efficient transportation. More specifically, use in conjunction with batteries in electric scooters as a hybrid system is an attractive option due to its ability to provide clean efficient power while maintaining quick refueling times that traditional combustion engines possess. In order to maximize the advantage of fuel cells, an intelligent control system must be developed. Additionally, regenerative braking using capacitors can also used to allow farther range and longer battery life especially in city environments. Thus, different topologies that utilize battery, capacitor and fuel cell technologies with regenerative braking have been examined to find an efficient design. In this study, we using MATLAB/Simulink®, these systems can be executed, resulting in a tool to characterize both the electrical system and the overall dynamics of the scooter, aiding in part selection, design, and simulation.

The watershed transformation is widely used, a powerful tool for the segmentation of 2D and 3D images. In this paper we propose a fast linear one sweep algorithm generating all possible extreme weighted connected components in 1D real value signal. We also show how such a post-order list of connected components can be converted into a component tree in linear time. Furthermore, we demonstrate how some features of the connected components can be computed again in linear time.

The accuracy rate of current sorting methods of radar emitter signal is not high and they are sensitive to the signal-noise-rate (SNR). To solve these problems, a novel sorting method is proposed. Firstly, Welch power spectrum of the received signal is analyzed and its energy is normalized. Then a rectangle pulse sequence and a triangle pulse sequence are constructed. Furthermore, resemblance coefficients of its power spectrum with two pulse sequences are extracted, and are used as the sorting parameters. The last sorting is accomplished by support vector machine. According to simulation results, resemblance coefficients of the extraction have excellent separability and stability. Using Welch power spectrum has good sorting performances, which provides an effective method for frequency-domain analysis.

We propose a full-reference image quality assessment metric based on the analysis of distortion process. Rather than focus on particular features of the original image and the distorted image, we attempt to assess the perceptual quality by analyzing the distortion process that degrade the original image to the distorted image. We model the distortion process as a linear mapping from the neighborhoods of an original pixel to the corresponding distorted pixel. We then employ the regularized linear regression to estimate the mapping weights. It is observed that different distortion types lead to different patterns of the mapping weights. We extract four features of the mapping weights that can represent its pattern, and employ support vector regression in order to combine them together to get the final objective score. Experimental results demonstrate that our proposed metric is more accurate than existing full-reference image quality assessment methods.

The paper provides a method for solving the partial eigenstructure assignment problems using state-derivative feedback for second-order dynamic systems. Just computing feedback matrices is not enough in real-life applications. Both closed-loop eigenvalue sensitivity and feedback norms are as small as possible. In this work, a hybrid method combining the system matrices and measured receptances is proposed. The hybrid method is more efficient than the standards methods which only use the system matrices and not the receptances. The numerical results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

The steady-state flow characteristic test is very important for the proportional flow valve. The test requires that the value pressure drop retain constantly with proportional input valve being scanned between the minimum and maximum values during a complete cycle test. In order to ensure that the pressure stability during the test. This paper presents a fuzzy PID control method and uses the accumulator to absorb the pressure pulsation and impact, and analyzes the principle of control, based on the steady flow characteristics of the metering valve which is responsible for the oil regulation in the high pressure common rail fuel system of the diesel engine. Test bench is established. by Contrasting the traditional PID control method, the test results show that the control method of the fuzzy PID plus the accumulator in the steady flow test has better effect.
