The article is devoted to the analysis of the lettered words of the Chinese language and their use in the Chinese digital media discourse. Previously, this phenomenon was unusual for the traditional system of the Chinese language, in view of both the closed nature of China itself and the careful preservation of its national foundations. Active international contacts inevitably led to changes in the Chinese language, a large number of neologisms and foreign borrowings appear in it. The aim of the present study is to study the process of integrating lettered words into the Chinese language system and their features as new lexical units of the Chinese language, as well as studying the variety of lettered words of the Chinese language presented in a digital media discourse. The increasingly active penetration of the analyzed phenomenon into various areas of communication is due, in addition to globalization, to the principle of economy - a foreign, lettered term - easier to pronounce and spell than the generally accepted foreign loan word or the Chinese term itself. In addition, foreign-language lettered words often perform a euphemistic function in the modern Chinese language. With the spread of lettered words in the everyday oral and written communication of native Chinese speakers, their presence in the language began to cause both positive and negative response from the Chinese public.

The article is concerned with the development of the use of information technologies and accumulated information in business management in order to make all types of business activities more efficient and, thus, to provide a new quality of economic growth. The authors studied the stages of the use of information technologies development in accounting, identified their advantages and disadvantages, and also identified new stages in the development of information technologies: artificial intelligence, machine learning, blockchain technology. There were substantiated digital technologies potential in business entities operation process. The paper determined that companies can form technological capabilities and infrastructure that are required for more effective risk management and data analysis in the future in the process of efficiency upgrading. The study and comparative analysis of information technologies made it possible to substantiate the possibility and necessity of using an information and analytical support model of managerial decisions under block chain technology, which enables to monitor onlineand manage business worldwide. The authors conclude that information and analytical support for business management in digital economy is a global unity of accounting, analytical and organizational support.

According to Eurostat information, Germany was both the largest importer of goods from and the largest exporter of goods to Russia among all EU member states in 2018. Cultural awareness issues and long term strategic approach are important in doing business with Germany. German language opens the gates of understanding German mentality and culture. Intercultural communicative competence serves as a key tool for understanding the style, values and expectations of business negotiation partners in Germany. Russian SME sector often lacks experience of international business cooperation and finding common ground at negotiations. In order to fill that gap, develop language industry and human capital the Russian Science Foundation in 2011 launched the educational project "Intercultural Business Communication: Russia-Germany", based in Tver state university (Russia, Tver) and Institut der Interculturelle Kommunikation (IIK e.V) Berlin / Jena / Erfurt / Ansbach (Germany). It was a first experience of joint Internet "language industry" enterprise of Germany in Russia. It caused the rise of teaching with technology experimentation and contributed to further development of innovative language industry and vocational language-based technologies in Russia.

The strategy of development of the region in the context of digitalization of the economy opens up new opportunities in assessing the prospects of improving production systems. It is possible to develop more accurate methods for modeling targets that take into account the efficiency of consumption of production resources. A digital model allows formalizing technical, social and economic factors as an efficient tool of production management. Modeling of the production process, reflecting the real nature of the use of production resources, creates the preconditions for the visualization of the management process, the numerical justification of the choice of development strategy region.

The article summarizes the results of a practical study on the problem of automating the incident management process in the IT - infrastructure of an educational organization. Implementing an incident management system can lead to a complete overhaul of all processes. The cost-effectiveness of implementing the system in an educational organization can be reflected in saving working time when processing requests for maintenance. The organizational effectiveness of the project implementation will be reflected in a significant improvement in the quality of services provided by the organization's it infrastructure and their maintenance.

Particular attention is drawn to the constitutive features of the digital folklore, both general and specific. Internet communication endows digital folklore with peculiar features, which lead to serious changes in traditional folk culture. The focus is made on its communicative function, conditioned by special aspects of the internet medium. The internet forms a special communicative environment that gives rise to innovative cultural and linguistic phenomena. It reflects users' thoughts and ideas, expressed in the form of a text, synthesized with graphics, sound, and animation. The new communication medium contributes to the implementation of various language tools and stimulates users' creativity. Language becomes a tool for their creative personal expression. The new communication channel brings new forms of expression and new communication models.

Nowadays the media communication plays a crucial role in people entering the informational and cultural space of society. Talk shows are one of the most popular television genres, which affects the entire spectrum of topics and issues discussed in the public. The main function of a talk show is not only to transmit information, but also to influence the audience in order to promote a certain idea. Thus, the speech of the talk show hosts is one of the means of power. This effect is carried out by using certain prosodic means in the speech. The present survey is of particular relevance to the study of prosodic characteristics of speech and their role in the talk show discourse due to the shortage of scientific publications in open access. The actual material for the study includes fragments of the hosts' speeches of the popular British and American talk shows in their relevant countries and overseas. On the basis of acoustic analysis, the typical features of a prepared and spontaneous monologues and dialogical speeches are revealed. In conclusion the authors compare basic prosodic means in British and American talk show discourse.

One of the key tendencies of ICS networks is the integration of technologies of a controlling system. In order to maintain the high quality of control it is necessary to guarantee the joint action of all the ICS subsystems. Quality of service technologies allow solving this problem by adjusting the policy of maintenance of the networking equipment traffic. Data of network simulation, which is conducted using some mathematical tool, can become the basis for selection of adjustments. Here it is suggested to use an extension constructed on the basis of colored, fuzzy, timed, hierarchical, and priority Petri nets, as such a tool. The article provides a formal description of the developed mathematical tool of the modified fuzzy Petri nets. It shows the advantages when modeling network devices.

The article describes technologies applicable for project-based approach to the system of teachers training, the mechanism of implementation of project-based approach in pedagogical Universities. The paper presents the procedure and outcomes of experimental activities aimed at examination of the real-life effects in organization of project-based activities by students immersed in a high-tech educational environment. System and structure-oriented analysis was applied to managing professional activities of teachers-to-be. Pedagogical experiment, observation and recording the peculiarities of project activities, experience generalization and systematization of the project-based approach in a pedagogical University. Content and conditions of the organization of project activities of students in a high-tech educational environment are updated. Identified qualitative and quantitative indicators characterizing the level of initial professional experience sufficient for the implementation of professional activities in school. The outcomes lead to the conclusion about the effectiveness of applying technologies in project-based approach to teacher training system immersed in a high-tech educational environment.

The main purpose of this article is to conduct a comparative analysis of existing methods for assessing the investment attractiveness of territories, as well as to determine their shortcomings and problems of their use. For this purpose, the existing methods of assessing the investment climate and attractiveness were described, and their critical and comparative analysis was carried out. As a result, it was concluded that the existing methodological approaches to assessing the investment attractiveness of the territory do not simultaneously reflect the objective situation in the analyzed socio-economic system, the sectoral specialization of the local economy and do not allow determining the directions of state management of the investment process, which confirms the relevance and need to develop an appropriate methodology for evaluating the category under study. The next stage of the research will be devoted to solving this problem and will be presented by the author in future publications. The materials of the article can be used by regional and municipal authorities in determining ways to assess the investment attractiveness of territories based on their tasks.
