In modern conditions, the issues of effective use of the human factor, primarily the issues of training, motivation of workers, intensification of their actions in the interests of the enterprise, as well as the effective use of labor are of great importance. To solve this problem, the article proposes to improve the system of indicators characterizing the use of labor in industrial enterprises and measures for training and motivation of workers. As additional indicators of the use of human capital, it is considered appropriate to use the productivity indicator recommended by some economists, which characterizes the ratio of revenue to the wage Fund, as well as social contributions per worker. An important indicator is the share of wages with contributions to insurance funds, in value added and the ratio of output calculated using value added to wages (value added per 1 worker, related to wages). It is proved that the improvement of professional training and motivation of employees is most fully implemented in enterprises belonging to the territorial innovation clusters. This provision is illustrated by the example of the titanium territorial innovation cluster.

The aim of this article is to consider ecological issue in the Russian Federation as well as worldwide and to identify key ways to optimize relations between human activity and environment. The study examined such concepts as "smart city", "digitalization", "ecological consciousness". An analysis of the relationship between systems of obtaining and subsequent dissemination of information necessary for solving the environmental issue was carried out with a view of comprehensive analysis and control of the city environment. The main hypotheses, confirmed subsequently by the results of the sociological survey, were put forward. On the basis of those hypotheses conclusions on the need to introduce digitalization systems into the daily life of citizens were made.

The authors of the publication analyze in detail both components of the educational environment: educational technologies and opportunities of personnel. The strategic directions of formation of curricula taking into account modern digital means of providing training of qualified personnel are studied. The aspects of interaction between the teaching staff and students are studied. The authors studied a significant amount of modern software investment regulation in the industry, which allowed to identify specific requirements for the training of students in the conditions of modern digitalization of the economy.

Business risks growing associated with the probability of losses in a business unit sales process due to possible goods rejection by the consumer identified the problem of current assets management model formation. So the inventory information, the information on debts and money resources is gathered and evaluated with the use of risk-oriented approach. The article proposes two approaches to risk identification and quantification in current assets management. The first approach is based on the use of a system of indicators of marketing analysis, where internal and external parameters are linked together. These parameters characterize current assets turnover by means of use of marketing environment indicators. The second approach is based on linking the added value indicators, focused on the basic parameters of economic activity, and added value, focused on demand and consumer preferences. The authors proved the influence of economic cycle of a country on the current assets turnover and justified the use of financial robustness level as a summarizing indicator of risk level in current assets management. The paper also states that the results of risk level assessment are taken into account in the two important processes for current assets management: budgeting and reservation.

The purpose of this work is to explore the peculiarities of value-semantic sphere of women practicing sexual role-play. On the basis of subjective criterion (the acceptance or denial of a sexual role-play in person’s intimate life) and of objective criterion (signs of activity: planning, preparation, implementation and retrieval of experience) we have identified and described the types of people in the relation to sexual role play: “consciously practicing sexual role-play”; “spontaneously practicing sexual role-play”; “not recognizing that they practice sexual-role-playing game” and “consciously not practicing sexual role-play”. People who spontaneously practice sexual role-play have some peculiarities of value-semantic sphere: they otherwise relate to such terminal values as “good and true friends”, “cognition”, “development”, “confidence”, such as the instrumental “manners”; “rationalism”; “strong will” and “sensitivity”. This group stands out from all others. We have also identified that there are significant differences in meaningfulness of life for the groups. The representatives of the third group who practice sexual role playing do not recognize that they have the highest level of life meaningfulness. The group of subjects consciously practiсing sexual roleplaying are on the secong place; the group of people spontaneously practicing sexual roleplaying have the lowest level of life meaningfulness.
