Study on orthogonal tensor sparse neighborhood preserving embedding algorithm for dimension reduction 正交张量稀疏邻域保持嵌入降维算法研究

This paper proposes the orthogonal tensor sparse neighborhood preserving embedding algorithm (OTSNPE) for dimension reduction of the high-dimensional matrix data based on the bag of visual word and in combination with the sparse representation. OTSNPE applies sparse coding to local characteristic quantification of data through completion of within-class sparse representation and preserves the supervised local geometrical information effectively. Finally, the experimental result of the real high-dimensional matrix data set verifies the effectiveness of the algorithm.
针对高维矩阵数据的降维问题,提出了基于视觉词包并结合稀疏表示的正交张量稀疏邻域保持嵌入算法(OTSNPE)。OTSNPE通过完成类内稀疏表示,将稀疏编码应用于数据的局部特征量化,有效地保留了有监督的局部几何信息。最后,通过实际高维矩阵数据集的实验结果验证了算法的有效性。

Role and practice of competition, platform and base in mechanical major 机械专业竞赛、平台、基地的作用与实践

Subject contest is one of the important means to cultivate the ability of “creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurship”, the engineering practice ability and the comprehensive quality for students. At the same time, it plays an important role in cultivating the students' comprehensive quality of learning awareness, autonomous learning ability, scientific spirit, cooperation consciousness, team spirit, organizational ability, and competitive strength. The platforms and the off-campus bases are an important condition for implementing subject competitions. This paper analyzes the relationship between the competition and the ability and quality. It summarizes the content, organization and implementation effect of the mechanical discipline comprehensive competition run jointly by university, society and industry and involved in by everyone. This form of the competition changes the past situation that a few of students participated in the competition, and makes that the student participation has reached nearly 80%. A strong academic atmosphere and plenty of practice opportunities can train the comprehensive ability of students.

Application of analytic hierarchy process in the wetland ecotourism evaluation 层次分析法在湿地生态旅游评价中的应用

Wetland as well as the forests and oceans are listed as the world's three ecosystem type. Wetland is a unique ecosystem formed by the interaction between water and land resources, is rich in wildlife resources. At the same time, the wetlands have the production function and environment purification function, and it can provide food, meat, energy, tourism resources and improve the environment pollution, regulating climate. But, with the growing human production activities and complicated affects, the wetland resources face the problem of area reducing, functional degradation, biodiversity decrease, declining water quality and other problems. Therefore, analysis and evaluation of the current situation of wetland tourism resources is the basis and key factor of the development and utilization, management and protection of the wetland.

Distributed finite-time tracking control of high-order multi-agent systems with delay-dependent communications 时延依赖通信高阶多智能体系统的分布式有限时间跟踪控制

In light of the stability theory for functional differential equations, the leader-following exponential consensus problem of multi-agent systems with communication delays is investigated. All the follower agents have identical MIMO linear dynamics which can be expressed in any order, and only the delayed state information of each agent is delivered through local communications. By combining the tools of algebraic graph theory, matrix theory and Riccati equation, it is analytically proved that the active leader will be followed by all the follower agents in finite time. Furthermore, a upper bound on the communication time-delay that can be tolerated for the high-order multi-agent systems is obtained. Finally, a numerical example with simulations is presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of the theoretical result.

The polution of heavy metals in sediments from Beng river 蚌埠河沉积物中重金属的污染

Regard the section of Beng River Bridge to E-Hunag road as the main research object, survey the three metals (Cd,Hg, Pb) in the river sediments.Potential ecological risk index and the geoaccumulation index (Igeo) were used to evaluate the ecological harm. The results showed that:The average content of heavy metals in sediments in the order of : Pb(21.06 mg·kg-1)>Hg(18.64 mg·kg-1)>Cr(2.51 mg·kg-1), which were both higher than the level of natural background values;the potential ecological risk index evaluation showed that the value of Eir for Hg of 3867.33 was the highest, and followed by Cd of 376.80 for the strongest pollution, and the average of Pb is 10.54 for minor ecological harm; the average of potential ecological risk pollution index was 4254.67, for the strongest ecological risk status; the geoaccumulation index (Igeo) showed that the heavy metals on the Beng River river pollution degree order as Hg (6.26)> Cd(2.73)> Pb (0.19).

A fuzzy random bi-level programming model for three-stage supply chain with dual coordination mechanism 具有双重协调机制的三级供应链模糊随机双层规划模型

Based on part of the research results of uncertainty theory, this paper, under two conditions of fuzzy random demand and random rate, respectively in-depth investigated the coordination model of three-stage supply chain which dominated by manufacturer and consisted by supplier, manufacturer and retailer. In this paper, we established the optimal strategy model and compiled the hybrid intelligent algorithm to solve this model, using the fuzzy random simulation and enumeration method to find out manufacturer's optimal order quantity, optimal production and optimal R&D investment; supplier's optimal production, optimal participation rates as well as the corresponding profits; retailer's optimal order quantity and the corresponding profit. We get conclusions that when manufacturer and supplier collaboratively research and develop as well as give quantity discounts for retailer, the production volume of supplier and manufacturer has basically reached the upper limit, indicating that production resources are rationally utilized, the optimal value of R&D investment also decline and the participation of supplier plays a role in the promotion of R&D efficiency. This research provides a more scientific decision-making tool for export-oriented enterprises to develop optimal strategies of procurement, production and marketing under the uncertain environment.

A study of camera calibration in the vision system of soccer robots 足球机器人视觉系统中摄像机标定的研究

The vision system is the key to the process of soccer robot competitions. While the key to the vision system is the camera which offers all the information related to the environment in the competition process. Therefore how to ensure the truth and accuracy of the pictures taken in by the camera is essential to the vision system of soccer robots. Based on the competition rules of RoboCup Small Size League, we corrected the errors caused by the camera's not being perpendicular to the ground or by the camera's not being right above the ground, as well as the serious barrel-shaped distortion because of the enlargement of the angle of view of the video camera. It turned out that the vision system corrected had been improved greatly in terms of recognition accuracy and stability.

The application-orientated measurement performance evaluation of the end-to-end available bandwidth 面向应用的端到端可用带宽测量性能评估

As an important indicator for network performance, end-to-end available bandwidth is of great significance for network congestion control, QoS, traffic engineering, and network planning etc.. However, the measurement on the available bandwidth is subjected to the influences of measuring tools and the actually tested network environment. This study concluded the main factors influencing the measurement accuracy of available bandwidth and constructed a cheap and scalable measurement platform that can effectively simulate most of network environment. Through this platform, it comprehensively evaluated the measurement performance of available bandwidth in case of different influencing factors and performance indexes.

Research on the application of innovative “order-oriented” talent cultivation mode in the cultivation of talents for tropical marine sports tourism of China 创新型“订单导向”人才培养模式在中国热带海洋体育旅游人才培养中的应用研究

As the product of enterprise human resource development in market economy, “order-oriented” talent cultivation mode is a cultivation mode of certain effects and practice accumulation in modern talent cultivation by taking the educational idea of “industry-academy combination” which has achieved certain success. In this paper, the innovative “order-oriented” talent cultivation mode is used for cultivating talents of marine sports tourism in Hainan, trying to break through the tradition, open up and find a new direction for cultivating talents of sports tourism and provide guidance for the benign development of tropical marine sports tourism in China.
“订单式”人才培养模式是市场经济条件下企业人力资源开发的产物,是采用“产学结合”的教育理念,在现代人才培养中具有一定效果和实践积累的人才培养模式,并取得了一定的成功。本文将创新的“订单导向”人才培养模式用于海南海洋体育旅游人才的培养,试图突破传统,开辟和寻找体育旅游人才培养的新方向,为中国热带海洋体育旅游的良性发展提供指导。

Sintering behavior of ceramic bodies from electric arc furnace slag 电弧炉炉渣陶瓷体的烧结行为

The effect of the sintering system on the properties of sintered ceramics bodies from electric arc furnace slag (EAFS) was investigated. The sintering behavior was evaluated by means of the flexural strength and water absorption, while the microstructures of samples were investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results indicate that the major impacts on performance of ceramics during the heating stage are heating rate and holding time. When holding time is constant, the samples heating rate of 4°C / min perform poor than 10°C / min. Keeping holding time of 40 minutes, the ceramics bodies properties and structure stabilized. The optimum sintering system should keep heating rate at nearby 10°C / min when sintering temperature is 1170°C, and the holding time should be 40 minutes.
