The rapidly developing multi-cores integration on a chip requires efficient networking. To catch up the evolvement of on-chip network technologies and reduce the cost of redesign and redeployment, the software-defined solution is required on chip instead of proprietary design and straightforward replacement of hardware. In this paper, we propose the software defined on-chip network (SDNoC), which is a configurable and programmable network on chip with the idea of software defined networking. SDNoC separates on-chip network into the control plane and data forwarding plane, so that control logic is decoupled from the underlying chip hardware, and applications are able to configure the network according to their requirements. The simulation evaluates the SDNoC compared with the static and dynamic routing schemes in the traditional on-chip network, and shows SDNoC is able to improve the network performance and reduce power consumption with the programmable control logic and application-specific configuration.

Primary mission and basic principle of power network planning is introduced in detail. Mathematical model of power network planning and related constraints are summarized. Several methods based on mathematical optimization, heuristic algorithm, as well as the intelligent optimization algorithms, such as genetic algorithm are illustrated separately, the characteristics and problems of algorithms are analyzed. The defects, which appear while the above heuristic algorithms are applied to nonlinear combination optimization problem, e.g., power network planning, are analyzed. Finally, the problems to be deeply studied are pointed out.

This paper firstly examines the impact of structural change on productivity through a decomposition of aggregate manufacturing productivity growth in China over the period 1978-2009. Especially the shift-share analysis is utilized to measure the impact of the allocation of labor and capital on total factor productivity (TFP) growth in manufacturing.

This paper proposes a working framework for SAR data parallel processing using computing cluster, which includes a master node and a number of computing nodes. This framework supports coarse-grained data processing and the master node controls the whole workflow and the data distribution strategy, by which the coarse-grained data are distributed to the computing nodes in order and the computing nodes are responsible for data processing. The experiment of the real data processing demonstrates that the efficiency of the computing cluster can be improved significantly under this framework.

A new fuzzy clustering algorithm (PPC) based on project pursuit model is presented in the paper. The main defect of the traditional clustering algorithm is to reduce dimension, while PPC don't need reduce dimension. Firstly, the text vector is normalized; Secondly, the project index function is constructed; Thirdly, the project function is optimized; Finally, the clustering result is acquired according to classification threshold. PPC algorithm improves the efficiency and precision of clustering.

Due to the traffic congestion caused by increasing traffic flow at airport, a strategy to schedule arrival flights at airport with one runway is studied by utilizing collaborative decision making and law of economics. First, taking into account factors including airline's gross income, operation cost and delay cost, a scheduling optimization model to maximize total airline's profit is established, and constraints such as separation between consecutive arrival flights are imposed too. Then, to obtain optimal solutions to the optimization model, a modified genetic algorithm is developed. By using the proposed strategy, arrival flights can be better scheduled at airport, while airline's profit is increased at the same time.

This paper aims at the selection of optimal location of the terminal voltage nonlinear excitation controller to mitigate small signal stability problem. The controller consists of inverse compensator and proportional controller. One is designed to cancel nonlinear characteristics of the controlled object, the other is used to formulate the closed loop. Based on the simplified model of the generator with terminal voltage nonlinear excitation controller, the linear model of a multi-machine power system is derived. The objective of the optimization is to maximize the sum of damping ratios as much as possible, and the Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) algorithm is used to investigate this problem in order to optimize the location and parameter of nonlinear controller. To show the validity of the proposed method, simulation results are presented and discussed for IEEE 9-bus system.

Under the background of economic globalization, the demand of the excellent bilinguals is growing rapidly in the whole world. The Chinese-Foreign Cooperation in Running Schools (CFCRS) came into being and is moving forward through twists and turns. It is necessary to find a suitable bilingual teaching model. This paper is mainly based on the status of bilingual teaching in the Chinese-Foreign Cooperation in Running Schools. Combining with the comparative analysis of the international typical bilingual teaching model, it put forward some existing problems of bilingual teaching model: legislation lags, the lack of support from parents and the society. Finally, it gives some constructive suggestions: enhancing the support for strategic resources, encouraging parents to establish parents committee to solve the problems and the society should supervise the implementation as well as protect the rights and interests of students and parents and schools.

The echoed signal model of the moving target for the stepped frequency radar is analyzed, and that translation and aberrance of high resolution range profiles and blurring of ISAR images are resulted in moving targets is pointed out. A new automatic motion estimation and motion compensation approach is proposed. This approach obtains the time-frequency chirprate used short time adaptive gaussian chirplet decomposition (ST-AGCD). It can automatically estimate the rough acceleration and velocity of targets. Then the estimated motion parameters are used to compensate the echoes. Simulation results prove that this method has good efficiency.
