Abstract: The educational process that was formerly carried out in a conventional or face-to-face way, during the pandemic the process has to be transferred online. Changes made in a short time and on a global scale without careful preparation can create deep feelings of rejection in the individual. The study was designed with a descriptive design of the phenomenon and was performed at the man 2 ponorogo to be precise in the xi class. 13 uambn and unbn teachers became informers in the study, along with 15 sophomores of both the science, ips, and religion were among the informants in the study. Studies show that performing online learning increases learners' stress. Online learning contributes significantly to the increased fear of teachers for the effectiveness of learning and the role conflict teachers should feel especially for teachers with school-age children. Starting in early 2020, Indonesia has been living life with the impact of the disaster, namely of the corona virus or also called as covid-19. Activities in various fields, especially education, face various problems in the process, which were initially carried out face-to-face/offline to online and of course this all affects the system and quality of education. Islamic education which has taken place as an inseparable part of the national education system has also experienced this impact. The writing of this article is to identify the difficulty of Islamic education in national education during the covid-19 pandemic, whose goal is to provide knowledge of the efforts made by Islamic education during the covid-19 pandemic. The results of the discussion show that Islamic education in national education during the covid-19 pandemic develops potential or provides creativity to students, teaches to always try in any activity, strives and prays to God Almighty, is responsible for all activities that should still be carried out. while online, maintain morals, manners, be independent, knowledgeable, and of course must keep the spirit. This research is a classroom action research that aims to find out the improvement of the results of learning Arabic through the video base learning method of grade X IPS SMAIT Baitussalam prambanan. The subject of this study was grade X students of SMAIT Baitussalam school year 2020/2021 a total of 20 students. Research is carried out with 2 cycles namely cycle I and cycle II. The research stage conducted in cycles I and II includes 4 stages, namely: planning stage, implementation stage, observation and reflection stage. In the implementation stage the researcher is slightly different because the learning is not done in the classroom but the students and teachers are in different places. Based on the results of the study in cycle I obtained the average grade value is 60.25 included in less predicate. While the result in cycle II is obtained the average grade value is 90.25 included in the high predicate. Thus, from the results of cycle I research and cycle II student learning results increased by 30%.Keywords : Learning Results; Arabi; Video Base Learning.

Alumni have a strategic role including improving the quality of education and developing various extracurricular activities in schools and alumni who have competence can play an important function in building public opinion to attract new students and public. This article discusses the role of alumni according to the Total Quality Management (TQM) perspective to find out related matters, namely the understanding and role of alumni, how the characteristics of integrated quality schools and how alumni management is according to the TQM perspective. The results of the analysis show the characteristics of quality schools have 5 quality pillars which include a focus on customers, total involvement, measurement, commitment and continuous improvement. The pillars are based on school beliefs. Alumni are able to make many contributions in improving the quality of education, therefore there is a need for alumni management. Alumni management includes the development of alumni networks, alumni construction of educational institutions, institutional governance of alumni management and methods for tracing alumni data through electronic and social media.Keywords: Alumni, educational institutions, schools, total quality management.

Education has a very important role to prepare the nation's and religion’s generation. Quality of education today is a very important for human life. The progress of a nation or state is depende on the education of a nation. Madrasah as educational institutions in Indonesia are educational institutions under the auspices of the Indonesian Ministry of Religion. Currently, madrasah are able to show that they are modern Islamic educational institutions that can be seen from their physical and academic appearance, madrasah already have complete infrastructure facilities to support scientific development (learning process), qualified educators according to their knowledge, good educational staff and other supporters. Madrasah also have the vision, mission and goals of the institution that must be considered in curriculum development. Each educational institution has varied differences, which show the strengths and opportunities of each educational institution. The facilities and facilities owned by the madrasah are the teacher's consideration in developing the curriculum. This requires madrasah as schools with Islamic characteristics in developing their curriculum to have scientific programs related to religion and science technology as well as soft skills, independence and leadership.Key words: educational history, education system, Islamic educational institutions, madrasah.

A political policy that is carried out within a certain period of time seems to encourage the development of a social system as an effort to maintain the security of the system and political policies. As the government policy given to pesantren as Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia, has had an impact on the development of Islamic education institutions in Indonesia from basic education institutions and even to the formation of higher education institutions that are able to compete with general education institutions. There are 5 characteristics inherent in Islamic boarding schools, namely: pondok, mosque, teaching of classical Islamic books, santri, and kyai. Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia have a very big role, both for the progress of Islam itself and for the Indonesian nation as a whole. Based on existing records, religious education activities in the archipelago have been started since 1596. These religious activities are later known as Islamic boarding schools. Ulama began to realize that the traditional Islamic boarding schools and education systems were no longer suited to the Indonesian climate at that time. Therefore, an idea emerged about the need to develop and renew Islamic education in Indonesia.

This study aimed to determine the efforts to cultivate an intrapreneur spirit, the school's efforts to foster an intrapreneur spirit and the school's obstacles in cultivating an intrapreneur spirit. This type of research is a case study and the approach used by researchers is a qualitative approach. This research uses the research subjects of principals, teachers, students. Data collection techniques used in this study were: participatory observation, structured interviews and documentation. The analysis technique in this study uses data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions or verification. The results of this study there are still obstacles and obstacles in cultivating an intrapreneur spirit. Constraints that occur in the media and distribution of products that will be developed in entrepreneurial practice. so that it is still in the practice room and at the development stage. This discussion discusses the efforts of the teacher in processing the material, the efforts of the teacher. Muslim scholars or scientists are currently faced with a dilemma of thought and actions in responding to the challenges of the globalization. On the one hand, the onslaught of western thought such as secularism and liberalism is very strong, while on the other hand they must maintain the principles of Islamic law. So that their actions do not come out of Islamic law, it is very important for Muslim scientists to understand the concept of Islamization of Science. The figure who initiated this thought was Prof. Syed Muhammad Naquib al-Attas who then continues until now, one of them is Muhammad Mumtaz Ali. Muhammad Mumtaz Ali's works related to the Islamization of Science emphasize the importance of prioritizing the Islamization of science for Muslim scientists. The spirit of Islamization must continue to be strengthened for the advancement of Muslims. The vision and mission of the Islamization of Science will be difficult to achieve if Muslims are not united to achieve it. All Muslim scientists in various fields of knowledge are expected to understand Islamic law well, so that the knowledge they spread will not conflict with the rules of Allah SWT.

The process of collecting data is done through a library research, interviews, and the results of interviews that have been analyzed. Contraception is defined as a tool used in preventing pregnancy. There are two types of contraceptives commonly used to regulate, limit and even stop pregnancy, namely traditional methods of contraception such as the azal system, calendar, thermal, and so on. While modern methods of contraception such as hormonal contraception, Pills, Injections, Implantation KB, IUD, condoms and mantab contraception or vasectomy / tubectomy. Based on an analysis of Islamic law the use of contraceptives was disputed by jurists. Regarding the use of contraceptives, the majority of scholars allow as long as the use of contraceptives is not permanent. While contraception is permanent (vasectomy / tubectomy), the majority of scholars forbid it. Thus it is clear that the essence of the KB program's task is to significantly reduce birth rates.

This article discusses Abdullah Nashih Ulwan's ideas about planting the values of Islamic teachings in children using the Uswatun Khasanah method in his book entitled Tarbiyatul Aulad fil Islam with literary study techniques as primary data, and literature related to the object of this research as secondary data. The method used is the Content Analysis approach, so that the research results are not in the form of numbers but in the form of interpretations and words. The purpose of this research is to find out how to instill the values of Islamic teachings in children in the book tarbiyatul aulad fil Islam by Abdullah Nashih Ulwan and how the uswatun khasanah method in the book tarbiyatul aulad fil Islam by Abdullah Nashih Ulwan is the value of Islamic teachings and its cultivation. It is hoped that educators will not only teach without good practice, but educators must also be good role models in all things. So that students can grow in kindness, since childhood they are familiar with noble morals. The results of this study are as follows. First, through the principle of piety, it means to fear Allah from doing what is wrong. Second, brotherhood. Third, compassion. Fourth, put others first. Fifth, the apologizer. Sixth, courage in upholding the truth in Islam. Researchers hope that the inculcation of Islamic teaching values is not only always through theory but rather to realize or practice such as the application of the uswatun khasanah method to children from the beginning of their growth until the children grow up.
