In the presented work, the issues of knowledge management in organizations united in a network structure are considered. The modern market requires flexibility from organizations. Networking provides a synergistic effect from the possibility of pooling the resources of participating organizations, including through the use of knowledge. The article provides an overview of theoretical scientific ideas about the essence of the knowledge management process and its features in relation to network organizations. Network organizations are structures that carry out complex projects that often go beyond the boundaries of one industry. Therefore, they are aware of the need for dynamic knowledge acquisition through the creation of alliances and networks of cooperation. High-quality management of business processes affects the efficiency of network organizations.

The article, devoted to topical issues not only from a spiritual and moral point of view, but also acquiring special significance in modern geopolitical coordinates, presents an analysis of a process that has very deep historical roots. They show that the practice of denying ideas objectionable to a certain circle of people and persons producing these ideas leads back to the time of the history of the Ancient World, where it was embodied in actions of ostracism and proscriptions. More recent history has added to this series. This practice has acquired new characteristics in the digital context, when thanks to the Internet, the condemners have both new means of condemnation and the opportunity to go unpunished for a long time for often unsubstantiated accusations of objectionable people. The article examines in detail the reasons for the "cancellation culture" as a reflection of "neomoral", also shows the circumstances that contribute to its own "cancellation".

The subject of the study is accounts receivable and accounts payable. The purpose of the study is to consider the state of receivables and payables in modern economic conditions, problems and methods of its management. The objectives of the study are to study the dynamics of the debt of economic entities, methods and methods of managing it, identifying problems of non-repayment in a timely manner and in full. The novelty of the study: the theoretical foundations of the management of receivables and payables, the problems of its occurrence are disclosed, and the dynamics and structure of debt are reflected on the basis of statistical information. Conclusions: the excess of accounts payable over accounts receivable, formed by enterprises operating in the country, was revealed; the problems of debt management and the need to improve methods of monitoring the fulfillment of obligations by counterparties are disclosed.

The article deals with the issues of cooperation between Tajikistan and Russia in the field of migration policy. The increased scale of labor migration, as well as the problems it caused in terms of ensuring living and working conditions, as well as protecting the rights of citizens in countries that have received migrant workers, have necessitated the development and adoption of measures that would create an effective system of state regulation of migration processes. Reflected measures aimed at strengthening the legal framework for the stay of migrant workers in the Russian Federation. The necessity of improving the legislation regulating migration, changing the public consciousness of Russian citizens regarding the problems of migration, as well as making adjustments to the orientation and psychology of the migrants themselves is noted.

The article examines the impact of the food balance of the regions of the Russian Federation on the norms of food consumption recommended by the Ministry of Health of Russia. As a result of the clustering of regions according to the type of food balance, four types of regions were identified: a donor region with export-oriented production, a donor region with a focus on domestic demand, a recipient region with advanced import substitution, a recipient region with a focus on domestic demand. As a result of the study, a close relationship was confirmed between the recipient regions with a focus on domestic demand and the regions with the greatest deviation from the norms of food consumption.

The article examines the ideological, geopolitical and international legal factors of Eurasian cooperation and reasons for the low pace of its development. As a leading barrier to the deepening of trade and economic integration of the post-Soviet countries, the desire of the post-Soviet states to prevent the restriction of national sovereignty and infringement of national economic interests is highlighted. The purpose of the study is to identify political and legal problems of deepening Eurasian cooperation and ways to eliminate them. The history of relations between Russia and Kazakhstan through the creation of a single trade and economic space is used as an empirical base that allows us to fully reveal the content of interaction between the leaders of Eurasian integration and barriers to its development.
