Various measures are being implemented in Azerbaijan for economic development, especially the development of the non-oil sector and regions. The government prioritizes the development of entrepreneurship and the private sector to create employment opportunities, produce competitive goods and services, and stimulate economic growth. In order to create a competitive environment that provides equal access to modern technologies and markets, programs such as the State Program for SocioEconomic Development and the Strategic Road Map were created. In this regard, the article dedicated to the analysis of the current state of public-private partnership in Azerbaijan first studies the historical development dynamics of public-private partnership in the Republic of Azerbaijan, and then touches on the modern era of public-private partnership in the country. In the conclusion part, the results of the research are summarized.

The article is devoted to the financial and legal aspects of the dividend policy of companies in modern business conditions. Dividends are one of the most important sources of income for shareholders of companies, and the dividend policy, which determines the distribution of profits between shareholders and the company, is of great importance for investors, analysts, managers and other financial market participants. Today's conditions in which companies operate are characterized by uncertainty and rapidly changing market conditions. In such circumstances, the effectiveness of the company's dividend policy can greatly affect its financial performance and market value. Therefore, understanding the current trends and opportunities of the dividend policy is a key factor in successful corporate financial management. This scientific article examines the relationship between corporate culture and innovation development of enterprises in regions of Russia. Based on empirical data, the author aims to identify key aspects of corporate culture that contribute to the growth of innovation activity of companies, as well as to provide practical recommendations for the formation and development of such culture in Russian enterprises. To obtain specific results, qualitative and quantitative research methods are used, including surveys, interviews, and analysis of statistical data.

The theoretical foundations of the introduction of electronic document management systems are considered. Electronic document management is understood as the infrastructural core of any enterprise. The democratic process, widely imposed by Western countries and international institutions on extroverted African states with weak institutional capacities, is an obstacle to the development of some of these countries. If paradigms come from international prescriptions, then the transfer of public policies goes through complex processes of rethinking and selective adoption.

The article considers the modern practice and experience of using the latest achievements in the field of artificial intelligence by foreign and domestic companies. The goal is to identify the key problem and formulate the fundamental prospects for the use of artificial intelligence in management, including to form a request for the creation of an AI management service as a hardware and software complex that increases the efficiency of solving management problems. The methodological basis of the study was: dialectical, systemic, complex, situational approaches; methods of comparative, expert analysis. The following main results of the study can be distinguished: current trends and trends in the use of artificial intelligence are considered and systematized; substantiates the importance and necessity of using artificial intelligence technologies in management; the main promising directions for the use of artificial intelligence technologies in modern companies are formulated.

The article deals with the problems of qualification of mediation in commercial bribery, its differentiation with related types of crimes, such as mediation in bribery, complicity. The purpose of the study is to analyze issues related to the qualification of mediation in commercial bribery. The objectives of this work are to identify criteria for delimiting mediation; determination of the boundaries of the insignificance of the crime; analysis of judicial practice. The methodological basis of the study was the comparative legal and formal legal approaches to the study of mediation in commercial bribery. The author analyzed legal acts, judicial practice, doctrinal sources, which helped to formulate criteria that distinguish mediation in commercial bribery from other types of crimes in this area.

The article analyzes the legal issues of determining the boundaries of real estate in common law countries and in the countries of the Romano-Germanic legal system. The conceptual model for determining the boundaries of real estate in various countries, as well as the structural elements of this model, has been studied. The conclusion is substantiated that the systematization of terms and methods used in the field of valuation and analysis of property, determining its boundaries, is of decisive importance for the legalization of the real estate market, streamlining relations in the field of state registration of real estate.
