The subject of the article is the analysis of the views and views of students in the multi-ethnic region of Russia, which is the Republic of Bashkortostan, on modern socio-political processes and interethnic relations in the country, identifying the features and factors influencing them. The work is based on data from an ethno-sociological survey conducted at the end of 2021 with the direct participation of the authors of this article. The object of the study is the modern student youth of Bashkortostan. The purpose of the article is to study the views of modern student youth on socio-political processes and interethnic relations, as well as to identify common and specific factors influencing them. In the article, based on specific data of a mass survey using methods adopted in political and sociological sciences, the state of the views and views of student youth is shown, the factors on which their behavior depends to one degree or another are determined. In general, our study showed that today student youth are concerned about approximately the same problems as the entire Russian society and state. Most of all, this concerned problems associated with financial situation, weak social insecurity, financial difficulties that youth face in everyday life, and the safety of citizens.

The main trends and stages of the development of religiosity in one of the most multiethnic Russian regions — the Republic of Bashkortostan in the late Soviet and post-Soviet period of modern history are analyzed. The article examines ethnic and confessional components of the religiosity of the peoples living in the republic in a comparative sense. The main conclusions are drawn on the results of repeated and synchronous analysis of state statistics materials, as well as the results of several large–scale and expert surveys conducted under the guidance and with the direct participation of the authors. The features and directions of religious identity are considered from the point of view of the formation of the modern "confessional renaissance" and the identification foundations of interfaith relations.

Considering the process of population resettlement within a certain historical period, the author divides the waves of migration in the country into three stages. This division is based on causes and nature of migration waves after the independence of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The author examines the institutional framework for the formation of migration policy in the Republic and considers the administrative apparatus of migration processes.

The article analyzes the features of the legal status of geoparks in the Republic of Bashkortostan. Some issues of the legal regime of geoparks, the role of the business community in the development of rural areas and agro-tourism facilities located on the territory of geoparks are investigated. The idea is substantiated that an integrated approach to the use of natural resources located on the territory of geoparks, to their rational use, an exhaustive presentation of the archaeological wealth of the Republic of Bashkortostan at the international level will help make the region recognizable and comfortable to visit.

The subject of the study is public-private partnership. The purpose of the study is to analyze the dynamics of the development of the mechanism of public-private partnership in the Republic of Bashkortostan. The objectives of the study are to identify the essence and significance of public-private partnership in the development of the economy of the regions and the country as a whole. The novelty of the research: the essence of the mechanism of public-private partnership, the features of its application in the Republic of Bashkortostan are revealed. Conclusions: representatives of the business community and authorities at various levels are interested in the effectiveness of the functioning of the public-private partnership mechanism. Private investments contribute to stimulating the development of territories and economic entities based on innovations.

The article is devoted to the study of the regulatory regulation of social support in the Russian Federation in one of the problematic periods of social protection — in the 90s of the ХХ century. In the context of a crisis in the financing of social payments the most important task is to develop an effective concept of social protection for vulnerable segments of the population. The analysis of statistical data confirming the relevance of the demographic crisis in Russian society is presented. In particular, the data of the State Statistics Committee of Russia are considered. The basic normative acts adopted in the 1990s regulating the mechanisms of social security for those in need in our country are characterized. The logical result of the study was the conclusion that it is mandatory to develop mini-institutions for 30–40 beds, funded by mixed funds from federal and local budgets; expanding the network of veterans' homes for single pensioners with a complex of household services; opening medical service centers; increasing the material interest of employees of social institutions, etc. Overcoming the crisis phenomena is seen in attempts to balance the social system of the Russian Federation relative to the real socioeconomic level of the country.

The features of the ethno-linguistic behavior of non-Russian peoples in one of the most multi-ethnic regions of Russia — the Republic of Bashkortostan — are analyzed in a diachronic sense (throughout the 20th century). Urbanization is considered as one of the most important factors in this process. The specificity of the ethno-linguistic behavior of non-Russian peoples is revealed in relation to various language groups, including Turkic and Finno-Ugric.

A refinement of the essence of the category of efficiency in modern conditions is presented. It is emphasized that the development of the concept remains evolutionary, which in the modern interpretation requires taking into account the balance of interests of all participants, the rational interaction of the organization with the external environment, and the development of business socialization. A correction of managerial decisions on business development under the influence of increased pressure of external factors on efficiency is proposed. The social significance of the category is stated, which determines the priority of the social content of efficiency, the most important for the activities of oil and gas producing enterprises. Classification of types of efficiency is systematized. The importance of external and internal efficiency for social efficiency is emphasized.

The article analyzes the theoretical and applied aspects of the application of the concept of "state-forming people" in modern Russian political science from the point of view of its implementation in the system of constitutional law. The analysis is carried out on the basis of a study of the latest documents discussed in connection with the adoption of amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Federation initiated by the President of the Russian Federation during its nationwide discussion in 2020. Particular attention is paid to a comparative study of the positions of various authors and legal institutions, the points of view of which were formulated in the course of the discussion that unfolded in the scientific community. The emphasis is on the characterization of the ambiguous understanding of one of the most important political categories adopted and included in the text of the current Constitution of the Russian Federation. It is shown that at present in domestic political science and political practice there has not yet been a final interpretation of this most important definition.
