With the increasing importance of the service sector to both developed and developing countries, the evaluation of services has been considered as one of critical themes of study. Accordingly, a number of studies for evaluating services have been carried out. However, most of them have been performed in qualitative way due to the paucity of quantitative service data. As a remedy, this study proposes a quantitative and systematic approach for evaluating services using information visualization technique and the concept of service value that calculated by fuzzy AHP and similarity index. This study can contribute to the research themes for service engineering in terms of employing and utilizing the service information data to evaluate services.

A significant amount of money is spent on programs to stimulate innovative activities. In this analysis, we review the effects of a specific government-sponsored R&D program from various angles. We start by evaluating whether we find positive effects of subsidies on R&D investment and (R&D) employment. Then, we analyze how the observed effects of subsidies on R&D intensity and employment vary over time, vary depending on how many supported projects a single firm has at the same time or vary if a same firm gets support consecutively. Finally, we estimate the macroeconomic impact these grants have on the local economy in terms of (R&D) employment.

Previous studies explained the adoption process of e-commerce was influenced by individual acceptance and used theories such as Theory of Acceptance Model (TAM), Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) and others. Then, a new idea emerged; if a company wants to achieve a goal, common interests are needed. The idea is known as Stakeholder Theory. This study is based on Stakeholder Theory and performed on small and medium companies that are considered by Indonesian government as pillars of the national's economy. The stakeholders that are considered to be influential in this study are the Government, Employees, Owners, Competitors, Customers and Managers. The data analysis using Partial Least Square method showed that Competitors, Owners and Employees influence the level of e-commerce adoption in small and medium enterprises.

In the knowledge economy, a firm's longevity and sustainability does not necessarily have to be always supported by a great financial performance. The intellectual capital has become a major corporate strategic asset to generate sustainable competitive advantage and superior financial performance. Mutual trust, in internal and external relationships, makes a positive contribution to the company's outcome. Family-owned businesses have the capacity to blend economic consideration with traditional role of the family social unit. This allows for constituent stakeholders to build shared value between the company and society through CSR initiatives. Hence, this research aims to understand the implementation of CSR initiatives in family businesses, by examining two cases of Asian family business across emerging economies - Indonesia (Sampoerna) and India (Tata).

Social entrepreneurship has attracted attention of many scholars from the novel concurrent combination of nonprofit and for-profit organizational activity. Traditionally, institutional environment is thought to constrain managerial choices and thus to reduce organizational uncertainty. However, this concurrent mission instead creates institutional ambiguity in the choice of organizational form as a result of competing perceived isomorphic pressures. Through cases of Cherished Dream China Education Foundation and Grameen Bank, this paper derives propositions as to how the social entrepreneur's internal motivation and perceived institutions with respect to sources of funding, stakeholder alignment, and government policy shape the organizational form of social entrepreneurial enterprises.

The study suggests an algorithm, which forecasts cash flow in a planning stage to manage a liquidity crisis effectively. The algorithm involves calculation of optimal cash level considering time lag, item costs, and weight of items for construction projects. It also suggests a forecast of cash flow after a comparison of cash-in and cash-out with the simulation of billing time lag according to the earned value and time lag of each item. Forecasts on cash flow, moreover, are made using various simulations on the component ratio of each item according to the budget. Therefore, this study aims to provide a solution to liquidity problems from insufficient cash and a good measure to forecast a proper level of cash flow.

This study was conducted to measure the readiness of PT Pertamina in implementing e-learning, where the study refers to the theories and methods of measurement have been developed by Aydin & Tasci. The results showed that PT Pertamina as a whole is ready for e-learning, but still need some improvement especially in the field of human resources. In addition, this study confirms that personal characteristics of respondents (gender, age and educational level) did not differentiate their overall perceptions of readiness of PT Pertamina in implementing e-learning.

This study aims to analyze the influence of trust, concern and risks perception toward the intentions of customers to conduct e-commerce transaction. In order to see the influence of these factors, we construct an online questionnaire and distribute it to various sites and forums using quota sampling methods. We obtained 101 valid data and analyzed them by using Spearman's rho correlation analysis to determine the relationship between each variable and path coefficient analysis to prove the hypothesis. Interestingly, online customers in Indonesia tend not to think risk as something that affects their intentions when performing online transaction. Attitude and perceived behavioral control had more influence on the online customer in Indonesia to conduct online transactions.

E-Banking is an online financial service that provides several benefits either to the provider or to their users. However, results from survey and research show that the number of e-banking users is still low in Indonesia. Because of this reason, this research was done to find out prospect perception about kinds of relational benefits in e-banking. The findings of this research, that was analyzed using descriptive statistics method, showed that e-banking prospects have good perception about confidence benefits and special treatment benefits in e-banking. However, they had neutral opinion about social benefits in e-banking transaction. Based on the findings, a set of propositions forming a model is proposed for further research.
