The purpose of this study is to find out what factors influence the community to become workers in the cottage, and to find out the most influential factors to become workers. This research is a field research, using descriptive qualitative. The population was all 79 employees of PM Gontor Campus 6 Magelang, with a sample of 18 people. Purposive sampling method is used to get data from people who know best. The method of data collection uses the method of observation, interviews, documents, and triangulation. The results of this study show that there are 4 factors that influence the community to become workers in the cottage, namely: Religiosity, Security, Leisure, and social. And the most influential factor is the factor of religiosity. The people who have worked in the hut so that istiqomah works in order to get blessings. Because work does not only seek the life of the world, but also for the hereafter.

Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil (BMT) is a form of non-bank sharia financial institutions whose business activities are based on the sharia system and included in (KJKS), namely sharia financial services cooperatives in Indonesia. The development of BMT in Indonesia has increased from year to year, as stated by Joelarso, General Chair of the Indonesian BMT Association Leadership Council, "until the end of 2015 there were 4,500 BMTs established in Indonesia. Seeing that the majority of people in Indonesia are Muslim, the presence of BMTs is important for the community. One of the BMTs that provide or help the economy of the community is the BMT Beringharjo Ponorogo branch that provides various services to its consumers. This study aims to examine the effect of religiosity and trust in customer decisions using the Islamic branch of BMT Beringharjo Ponorogo financial services. The population in the study was the customers of the Ponorogo branch of BMT Beringharjo with a sample of 80 respondents. Sampling uses probability sampling with simple random sampling technique, data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results showed that simultaneous Religiosity and Trust had a positive effect on Decision Making of customers at BMT Beringharjo Ponorogo. And partially (X1) Religiosity has a positive and significant effect on Decision Making. Customers use Islamic financial services at the Ponorogo branch of BMT Beringharjo, (X2) Trust has a positive and significant effect on Decision Making customers use Islamic financial services at BMT Beringharjo Ponorogo branch.

As one of the strategic steps that can be taken is to empower fishermen to not only utilize marine and fishery products for consumption, but how these products can be of use value that is more competitive and contributes to the economy in a sustainable manner. One of them is the fish processing-based MSME program. At present, BMT as a form of microfinance institution has two advantages. First, BMT is a baitul maal which one of the activities is in the form of raising and utilizing Zakat, Infaq and Shadaqah (ZIS) funds. The results of this research are in the Prosperous Fishermen Village of Bai Island, Bengkulu City, where most of the livelihoods of the community are fishermen, there is no management of marine products that have added value, such as making fish crackers, making fish shredded, or processed fish food such as nuget, fish balls or fish. the like. Seafood is directly sold at fish auctions or in traditional markets. This potential is very large to be developed through the assistance program of BMT Al-Muawannah IAIN Bengkulu to establish MSME Fish Processing Units so that they can provide added economic value that can help improve community welfare and develop maritime potential in Bengkulu.

Market mechanism is the most important thing in determining the price level in the market. This research aims to see how the market mechanism relevance according to Abu Yusuf with modern market mechanisms. The research method used is a qualitative research methodology with a library research approach. The results showed that there is a relevance of Abu Yusuf's Islamic economic thought with modern economics. This means that there are similarities between the concept of the market mechanism according to Abu Yusuf and the modern market mechanism. Abu Yusuf opposes government intervention in setting prices. The government acts as a regulator / referee in the market mechanism. This means that the government has the duty to ensure that prices in effect in the market are fair prices, which are obtained from natural market mechanisms (based on levels of demand and supply), not monopoly or market engineering. However, the government may intervene in price when there is a monopoly or market distortion.

Distribution is an activity to accelerate the flow of goods or services from the manufacturer to the consumer, then an important factor that should not be ignored is selecting the appropriate distribution channel. Companies can develop several strategies to ensure that their products are well-distributed. Therefore, there needs to be certainty in determining the distribution strategy. This research aims to know the distribution management of products Waroeng Sambal Yogyakarta and its application in the Islamic business ethics perspective. This type of research is qualitative, as is the technique of collecting data in this study using interviews, observations, and doctoral methods. While the analysis method of using SWOT analyses (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Threat). The results of the research show that sambal specials implement the First in first out system and apply the POAC management pattern, which is Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling. As for the practice of the distribution of Warung special Sambal Yogyakarta has implemented Islamic business ethics based on the 5 basic principles of personality. The results of the SWOT analysis were obtained that : (1). Special Sambal Warung can open branches in the city of Yogyakarta and outside Yogyakarta. (2). Add a variety of Menu Sambal. (3). It Can add ease of food ordering mechanism that is based on digital. (4). It Can add a warehouse of raw materials in each branch of the company. (5). It Can add a cooperation network of Supplier raw materials in each branch of the company. (6). It Can increase the number of employees who served in warehousing. (7). It Can be promoted actively through social media. (8). It Can tighten the transmission control of raw materials. (9). It Can multiply the company's increase in HR activities. (10). It Can improve the quality and the mechanism of the provision of raw materials in each branch of the company. (11). It Can periodically contact the quality and quantity of raw materials. (12). Can conduct partners supply raw materials with farmers around the branch company to fulfill the shortage of raw materials due to weather changes.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran pemerintah daerah dalam meningkatkan kesehateraan masyarakat dibidang pertanian dan untuk mengetahui tingkat kesejahteraan petani desa Sambirejo perspektif maqhasid syari'ah pada tahun 2019. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif exploratif deskriptif dengan pemilihan subjek peneliti dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Agar pembahasan dalam penelitian ini lebih mendalam dan dapat mencapai tujuan yang dimaksud, penulis berusaha mengumpulkan data baik primer maupun sekunder. Dalam pengumpulan data, penulis menggunakan metode wawancara, forum group discussion dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran pemerintah daerah dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat di bidang pertanian di Desa Sambirejo diantaranya adalan memberikan contoh pengolahan sawah yang baik dengan adanya sekolah lapang melalui Badan Penyuluhan Pertanian Mantingan dan melakukan penyuluhan pertanian, memberikan bantuan berupa alat pertanian,dan membebaskan petani untuk menjual hasil panennya kepada siapapun. Adapun tingkat kesejahteraan dalam maqhasid syariah diantaranya bantuan pemerintah daerah dengan adanya ZISDES(Zakat Infaq Sedekah Desa Sambirejo) dan juga bantuan untuk yatim piatu yang salah satunya adalah tujuan dari lima maqhasid syari'ah yaitu hifdz mal, adanya penyuluhan dari petugas penyuluhan di mantingan adalah tujuan untuk menjaga akal para petani atau hifdz aql. Penulis menyadari bahwa pembahasan ini masih sangat jauh dari kesempurnaan dan membutuhkan kajian lebih mendalam. Besar harapan semoga penelitian ini bermanfaat bagi peneliti khususnya, para pembaca pada umumnya untuk menjadikan pertanian di Indonesia menjadi lebih baik, serta berguna bagi peneliti yang ingin mengembangkan penelitian ini.

A strategy is needed by an institution to achieve the expected goals. With strategy management, a decision making process is created that leads to the development of an effective strategy. Micro Wakaf Bank is a new Islamic microfinance institution established by the President through the Financial Services Authority (OJK) as a community empowerment program around Islamic Boarding School. The name of the Micro Waqf Bank is only a branding to attract the interest of the community. But in accordance with the law, Micro Waqf Bank is a service cooperative. To run its programs, the Micro Waqf Bank needs a strategy, especially in the management and distribution of funds. By using qualitative methods presented in descriptive analytic supported by taking data sources with documentation, observation and interviews. Data analysis uses Miles and Huberman data analysis and SWOT analysis. This study aims to determine the management strategy and distribution of funds in the Micro Bank Almuna Berkah Mandiri Yogyakarta in 2019. The results of this study indicate that the Micro Wakaf Bank manages funds by providing microfinance without collateral to the community through the Community Groups Around the Indonesian Islamic Boarding School (Kumpi) and the joint responsibility system as a pattern in financing and business assistance through the establishment of Weekly Halaqah (Halmi). The name of the Micro Waqf Bank is only a branding to attract the interest of the community. But in accordance with the law, Micro Waqf Bank is a service cooperative. To run its programs, the Micro Waqf Bank needs a strategy, especially in the management and distribution of funds. By using qualitative methods presented in descriptive analytic supported by taking data sources with documentation, observation and interviews. Data analysis uses Miles and Huberman data analysis and SWOT analysis. This study aims to determine the management strategy and distribution of funds in the Micro Bank Almuna Berkah Mandiri Yogyakarta in 2019. The results of this study indicate that the Micro Wakaf Bank manages funds by providing microfinance without collateral to the community through the Community Groups Around the Indonesian Islamic Boarding School (Kumpi) and the joint responsibility system as a pattern in financing and business assistance through the establishment of Weekly Halaqah (Halmi). This research aims to examine the effect of Audit Committee Effectiveness on corporate performance of sharia-compliant companies. We score this effectiveness using the activity, competency, size and independence of the Audit Committee, while Tobin’s Q is used to measure corporate performance of sharia-compliant companies. The sample for this study is 63 Sharia manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and on the Sharia Stock List released by the Indonesia Financial Services Authority from 2014 to 2015. Using multiple regression, the results show that Audit Committee effectiveness has positive effect on corporate performance of sharia-compliant companies. Based on this result, Sharia companies should increase the effectiveness of their Audit committee, as it is used by investors to make investment decisions.

Dalam penelitian ini pen eliti membahas Analisis penerapan Marketing Syariah dalam meningkatkan kinerja pemasaran produk di Swalayan Ismart. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui proses marketing syariah yang berada di S walayan Ismart. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan . P engambilan data dengan triangulasi yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Swalayan Ismart dalam pengelolaan dan manajemen nya adalah menjadikan marketing syariah sebagai acuan dan pedoman yang dijalankannya. Hal itu diwujudkan dari seluruh kegiatan yang dijalankan didalamnya dan dari beberapa kegiatan kemasyarakatan yang digalang langsung oleh Swalayan Ismart seperti Jum’at berkah, kajian agama dan santunan anak yatim dan lainnya. S etelah dikaji kesesuaiannya dengan marketing syariah, hasilnya sesuai dengan konsep tersebut yang meliputi bauran marketing dan beberapa strategi marketing yang dicontohkan oleh R asul ullah sesuai dengan karakteristik yang ada dalam marteting syariah yang meliputi 4 unsur utama yaitu, Rabbaniyah, Akhlaqiyah, waqi’iyah, dan Insaniyah. This study aims to examine the influence of Non Performing Financing (NPF), Profit Sharing Financing (PSF), Buying and Selling Financing (BSF) and Leasing Financing (LF) on Return On Assets at PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia for the period of 2012-2019. The research method used is quantitative approach. The data in this study were obtained from PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Quarterly Financial Statement between 2012 quarter I and2019 quarter III, retrieved from Financial Service Authority or Otoritas Jasa Keuangan(OJK) website. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis which aims to determine the influence of independent variables on dependent variable employed in this study. The result shows that NPF and BSF have negatively influence on ROA, while PSF has positively influence. However, LF has no influence on ROA statistically.
