Since the cloud services are increasing exponentially, discover, filter, select and eventually migrate to the appropriate service is becoming a challenging mission. In the literature, several Service Template initiatives are proposed to deal with service description, topology and even portability, but they fail to emphasis the integration of consumer concerns and the migration feasibility checking before decision making. To fill the gap, the paper introduce a cloud service template that structured in three parts with a dedicated migration one. Also, a weight concept is added to service parameters in order to enforce importance and priority. Additionally, a context awareness mechanism is introduced for enabling automated service template adaptation.

Automated negotiation is a compelling way to reach a satisfactory agreement between two or more parties with conflicting needs. It is generally adopted in the Cloud in order to enable negotiators to establish a common agreement, written as a Service Level agreement (SLA) contract. After studying the existing cloud negotiation frameworks on the one hand and cloud-specific properties on the other hand, we select the most important modules to use in a cloud negotiation framework. Then we design new modules overcoming existing limitations in cloud negotiation. Finally, we integrate these modules in order to build a generic, multi-level and dynamic negotiation framework adapted to the Cloud, called NEGOCLOUD.

Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), applications were first deployed in Vehicular Ad-Hoc Network VANET. The main goal of these applications is to provide vehicles in the network, and they are useful information about the state of road traffic. Moreover, they are numerous articles have been published with improvements ITS. VANET must be capable to communicate in any environment irrespective of traffic densities and vehicle locations. The application of clustering algorithm is effective in VANET because algorithm makes it more robust and scalable network. However, due to the high mobility of nodes, it is difficult to obtain stable clusters. Consequently, many packets are dropped and the overhead due to route repairs or failure notifications increases significantly, leading to low delivery ratios and high transmission delays. In this work, we propose a model that calculates the value of stable nodes, we use YATES algorithm. This mechanism is designed to overcome the stability of cluster.

This paper presents a novel system that allows mobile users to have access to healthcare services in the case of emergencies. The cloud hosts a directory service containing a list of pre-registered professionals, such as doctors and nurses. Once a registered user sends a help message to the first responder cloud service, a look-up operation is started to search for the most suitable medical professional, taking into account the location of both users. Then, the cloud service will establish/monitor a communication link between the person requesting aid and the selected professional whereby these two users can start a chat session to exchange messages. For the purpose of enhancing system availability and dealing with connection issues, SMS is provided as an alternative communication method. The paper includes screenshots of the application and experimental data regarding setting up the connection between someone in an emergency situation and the first responder. The experimental results show that the amount of time needed to set up communication between users and medical professionals is around five seconds, which means no extra time will be added to the total medical response time. This will increase the chance of a better outcome.

Cloud computing is the promising technology that provides computational, storage, network and database resources by employing the virtualization technology in the infrastructure layer. Nowadays, most of the applications are hosted in the multi-tenant based virtualized cloud environment. Scalability is the challenging task in this environment for effective utilization of the resources and to improve the profit of the cloud service providers. Recently, the companies and enterprises are tried to realize the scalability in terms of application, platform, database and infrastructure level. Thus, to solve the scalability issue, we propose an approach for improving the process of resource monitoring and management in large cloud datacenters by applying a quantitative methodology based on clustering techniques that measure the similarity between virtual machines (VMs) behaviors in terms of resource utilization. This model will help administrators to make decision about the management of resources in IaaS cloud systems.

The Mobile Cloud Computing offers more and more services for data storage and sharing. It offers to users enormous storage space and allows them to recover their data anywhere and anytime. But the evolution of these services in the MCC remains slow, in front of the many constraints it faces such as processing power limitation, high energy consumption and, problems related to data security and confidentiality. We, propose an efficient structure for storing and sharing data that ensures security and user privacy without overloading the mobile device. Our structure enables quick and easy access to a Cloud server for uploading and downloading data safely. Our platform uses a system of files classification and a homomorphic keyword research for more fluent and easy access.

Cloud computing is emerging as a promising IT paradigm. Many challenges are still hanging ahead for the Cloud to jump into the maturity stage. Thus, security is deemed as a main challenge. In this paper, we develop the performance of intrusion detection solutions (IDS) by analyzing their performance in terms of recognition, security and capacity. The main aim of our work is to help engineers to implement adequate solution (IDS) depending on the security levels of cloud computing. Our proposed method is based on two-stage. The first stage consists on studying the needed requirements of IDS solution in cloud computing. The second stage classifies security attacks based on four levels. The classification identifies attacks that we should treated with the fitting solution.

The adoption of cloud computing is still limited by several legal concerns from companies. One of those reasons is the data sovereignty, as data can be physically host in sensible locations, resulting in a lack of control for companies., In this paper, we present the Nu@ge project aimed at building a federation of container-sized datacenter on the French territory. Nu@ge provides a software stack that enables companies to put independent datacenters in cooperation in a national mesh. Additionally, a prototype of a container-sized datacenter has been validated and patented.

Thanks to the improvement of the wireless communication technology, mobile devices have played a crucial role in the people's lives. Mobile Cloud Computing refers to an infrastructure where data processing and storage happen outside the mobile device. Despite this, data storage and data sharing are not fully supported by the mobile devices because of their limitations like the limited storage capacity, and the processing ability in addition to the huge amount of available data. In this paper, we present a new mobile cloud middleware, which aims to provide the mobile clients with an extendible storage area and data integrity service. The evaluation of the system shows that it is able to serve a large number of simultaneous users along with the ability of providing the mobile users with correct data.
