Study on Information Management System of Rapier Loom 剑杆织机信息管理系统的研究

In order to guarantee the quality of textile fabric and to improve the efficiency of loom, single-chip microcomputer MC68336, sensors and display are utilized to form a comprehensive information management system (IMS) of rapier loom. In this system, the main operating parameters of the loom such as tension of warp and weft yarns and weft density, etc. may be adjusted conveniently according to the requirement of variety of textile fabric, and real-time detection and display of these parameters are available. Besides, the system also provides storage, transmission and printing of test data, images and tables, monitors dynamic parameters and controls main parameters, and manages information resource in a unified way. Therefore, high-efficiency, flexible and comfortable operation of rapier loom may be realized.

A New Compatible Parallelogram Thin Plate Element 一种新型兼容平行四边形薄板元件

By theoretical analysis and iterative trialing, based on routine isoparametric coordinate transformation method, through a compatible revision to the incompatible element boundary displacement which doesn’t affect the completeness of the incompatible element, a new compatible parallelogram thin plate element is developed in the paper. At the same time, compatibility and completeness of the element are proved theoretically. The common finite element analysis can be conducted only by modifying the interpolating function of element displacement rather than the thin plate finite element program, and thus the compatible problem of thin plate element can be solved preferably. Numerical analysis results show that the compatible element is higher accuracy and better convergence than the incompatible element; as well as it is a thin plate element of fine performance.

The Design of a Versatile CLI that Supports Command Set Dynamically Loading 支持命令集动态加载的通用CLI设计

This paper mainly describes the design of a versatile CLI that supports command set dynamically loading. It not only explains the overall architecture and operation flow in detail, but also the implementation methods of every module and the important data structures. This CLI has the open architecture, not only the user can enjoy the advantages of unified management, but also can install new command sets dynamically for different applications. The design principles of this system are scalability, expandability and portability, which providing a reference direction for versatility of CLI on embedded system.

Unit Model of Binary SVM with DS Output and its Application in Multi-class SVM 具有DS输出的二元支持向量机单元模型及其在多类支持向量机中的应用

A unit model of binary SVM with DS output is set up by using sigmoid function which maps the relative algebraic distance between the sample and the bound of each class into the BPA of DS evidence theory. As its application, a new multi-class SVM is designed, which is named mini-structure multi-class SVM because it is simpler than other multi-class SVM based on binary SVM. The discernment frame of the mini-structure model is partitioned according to the algorithm of modifying evidence sources, one of solutions to the combination of conflict evidences. Thus, the problem of the combination of conflict evidences is avoided. The simulation results show the excellent effect of the ways in this paper.

Optimization of Blastability Parameters of Ore Rock Based on Multi-source Information Fusion Theory 基于多源信息融合理论的矿岩可爆性参数优化

In this paper, the Rough Set (RS) theory is adopted to reduce the rock blasting parameters and the RS-BPNN and the RS-SVM rock blastability prediction models are established respectively. The factors, such as the volume of the blasting crater, the density of the ore rock, the elastic wave impedance of the ore rock, the boulder yield, the small yield, the average pass rate and the elastic wave velocity of the ore are obtained. Those 56 sets of data are normalized. The six attributes are reduced by the Rough Set theory, indicating that the average pass rate is a redundant factor, and it was removed. In terms of rock blastability index prediction, the average relative error of BPNN, RS-BPNN, SVM and RS-SVM is 9.68%, 7.29%, 1.84% and 1.71%. The study results show that the average pass rate is a redundant factor and the reduced model has a more obvious improvement on the prediction accuracy.

A Fuzzy Immune PID Controller for Electronic Throttle 电子节气门模糊免疫PID控制器

Due to the influence of nonlinear dynamic characteristic of electronic throttle, time delay, external disturbance and parameter variation, the opening of electronic throttle is hard to control precisely. A fuzzy immune adaptive PID control is presented based on the immune feedback regulating law and the adaptive ability of fuzzy logic ratiocination. The model of the electronic throttle system is built and the controller model is designed based on Matlab/Simulink. Simulation research and practical results show that control effect of the method is superior to general PID control, and it is provided with better robustness and adaptive ability even if parameters are changed and disturbs are happened.

Image Deblurring with Impulse Noise Using Split Bregman Algorithm 基于分裂Bregman算法的脉冲噪声图像去模糊

We propose an effective method to resolve blurred images with impulse noise. Our method has two steps. First, an improved adaptive median filter is proposed for image denoising; And second, the problem of deblurring the denoised image is formulated as to minimize the object function which consists of L1 data-fedility term and double regularization term. The minimization problem is solved by split Bregman algorithm. Numerical results using image with different blurs and impulse noise show that the proposed method gives better performance than the variable splitting alternative minimization algorithm in [10] by objective peak signal to noise ratio and subjective vision quality, which demonstrates the efficiency of our proposed algorithms.

An Image Enhancement Method Based on Gamma Correction 一种基于伽马校正的图像增强方法

The research of the wheel alignment system based on computer vision is a popular field for automobile safety. For realizing the effective and accurate feature recognition for the chessboard calibration target of the system, the enhancement algorithms based on Gamma correction are indicated. According to the research object, identification requires decreasing the pixel values in low grayscale and increasing the pixel values in high grayscale while keeping the pixels values in the middle grayscale. For this purpose, the novel Gamma correction curve is presented to enhance the target image. Experimental result shows that the enhancement method increases the contrast ratio of the chessboard target image which is benefit for feature extraction, points matching and vision measurement. Its effect and reliability meet the requirements of the detecting system for vehicle wheel alignment based on computer vision.

Study on the Fluorescence Characteristic of Phenanthrenes and Anthracenes in Soil Based on Two-Dimensional Correlation Fluorescence Spectroscopy 基于二维相关荧光光谱的土壤中菲、蒽类的荧光特性研究

Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) are a kind of persistent organic pollutants in soil. Due to the low content of PAHs and the fluorescence peaks of PAHs overlapped with each other, the characteristic bands of PAHs in complex soil cannot be resolved effectively by conventional fluorescence spectrometry. In this paper, two-dimensional (2D) correlation fluorescence spectroscopy was applied to resolve the heavily overlapped fluorescence information of phenanthrenes and anthracenes in soil. According to research objectives, 9 mixed soil samples of phenanthrenes and anthracenes were prepared. And the one-dimensional (1D) fluorescence spectra of all samples were collected using LS-55 fluorescence spectrometer. Then, 2D correlation fluorescence spectra were calculated under the perturbation of the concentration of PAHs in soil. There are six auto-peaks at 367 nm, 389 nm, 409 nm, 419 nm, 434 nm, and 463 nm in synchronous 2D correlation fluorescence spectrum. The un-covered peak of 389 nm can be assigned to phenanthrene in soil. The peaks at 367 nm, 409 nm, 434 nm, and 463 nm have positive correlation with 389 nm, and thus are assigned to phenanthrene in soil. On the other hand, the peaks at 419 nm have negative correlation with 389 nm, and thus are assigned to anthracene in soil. Meanwhile, the origin of fluorescence peaks of phenanthrenes and anthracenes in soil were further verified by asynchronous 2D correlation fluorescence spectrum.

Study on Construction Method of Irregular Wake Flow Field Based on Grid Adsorption Interpolation 基于网格吸附插值的不规则尾流场构建方法研究

The construction of the wake model is of great significance for the study of flight dynamics in the case of wake. Considering the oscillatory divergence characteristics of the long-distance wake, the long-wave oscillation model of the wake is constructed by combining the sinusoidal perturbation characteristics. The velocity parameters of the wake flow are analyzed. A method of grid adsorption interpolation algorithm is proposed to solve the irregular problem of coordinate transformation. Compared with other three-dimensional interpolation algorithms, the results show that the grid adsorption method is not ideal when the data volume is small, but it is faster in the case of large data volume, and the precision can meet the requirements. Using grid adsorption interpolation algorithm, the irregular flow field under the condition of a certain roll angle is constructed.

Considering the oscillatory divergence characteristics of the long-distance wake, the long-wave oscillation model of the wake is constructed by combining the sinusoidal perturbation characteristics. The velocity parameters of the wake flow are analyzed. A method of grid adsorption interpolation algorithm is proposed to solve the irregular problem of coordinate transformation. Compared with other three-dimensional interpolation algorithms, the results show that the grid adsorption method is not ideal when the data volume is small, but it is faster in the case of large data volume, and the precision can meet the requirements.
