We proposed a genetic programming (GP) based method for automated optimization design of base station configuration plans of 3G wireless networks. This method aims to address the disadvantages of the current methods on wireless network optimization and to satisfy new requirements for network design. Evolutional topological operators and terminal set are designed for GP the Prim is used to guide the evolutionary design. The result of topological graph shows that the algorithm can balance topology and parameter search, and it works well for 3G network optimization.

Image colorization technology has been widely studied because of its strong practicability. In this paper, an image colorization method of strong robustness is proposed which is based on the self-adaptive mutation particle swarm optimization and support vector machine. Firstly, the parameters of support vector machine are optimized by self-adaptive mutation particle swarm optimization. And then, the image is edited by the optimized support vector machine to separate the foreground and background. Finally, the local features of the image are reconstructed according to the based-graph theory. The experimental results show that the method in this paper can realize colorization at high fidelity. The clutter generated by wind turbine rotation is difficult to be suppressed by conventional radar clutter suppression methods, which seriously affects the detection performance of radar. Wind turbine clutter modeling is the vital basis of clutter analysis and suppression. Aiming at the metric-band bistatic radar system, the azimuth and pitch angles between the transmitter, receiver and the wind turbine are considered in this paper. The scattering point integral algorithm is used to model the wind turbine clutter. The clutter characteristics are studied through simulation from three aspects: time domain, frequency domain and time-frequency domain. The clutter distribution at different speeds of wind turbine and different wavelengths of radar is also analyzed, which provides a theoretical basis for clutter suppression.

Considering the problem of class imbalance, the method of feature identification for disease diagnosis based on equalization methods and elastic net is proposed. First, the cardiac arrhythmia dataset from UCI machine learning repository is dealt with by random under-sampling method and synthetic minority over-sampling technique (SMOTE). Then, the feature sequence of the dataset is identified by elastic net. Finally, “one-against-one” classification strategy of multi-classes SVM classifier is employed to test the classification accuracies of different diagnosis rules. Experiments show that the average accuracy achieves 77.36%, when the first nine attributes in the feature sequence are used as diagnostic rules. Compared with other approaches in the literatures, the presented algorithm is more effective in removing redundant features and can better identify the type of arrhythmia.

In this paper, we focus on research and analysis of the energy consumption model of main components which constitute a mobile application, in particular, mobile time-based energy consumption model. Advancing on previous work, a framework and the method for mobile cloud computation offloading based on energy consumption are proposed. Finally, we design and implement the proposal framework based on the Docker container, and evaluate it with a range of experiments. It can be expected that the computation and energy consumption are effectively reduced and saved.

The technology level of solid rocket motor as the heart of missile directly affects the development level of missile weapon equipment in China. For a long time, the design of solid rocket motor is mainly based on experience and semi-experience, there are problems such as simulation and test separation, and design data can not be fully applied, which seriously restricts the improvement of design level of solid rocket motor. Therefore, in recent years, domestic and foreign researchers have been committed to introducing advanced information technology into the field of solid rocket motor design, thus breaking through the design bottleneck of solid rocket motor. Through the close combination and mutual mapping of physical space and virtual space, Digital Twins can solve the above problems. Based on the conceptual connotation of digital twins, this paper studies the application of digital twins in the life cycle of solid engine design, and focuses on the analysis of the top-level architecture of digital twins and the method of data transfer in digital twins. The key problems and possible solutions are discussed. The conclusion is helpful to promote the transformation of solid rocket engine design mode and improve the intelligence and informatization of solid rocket engine design.

The four dimension virtual reality modeling method is a tool for large and complicated project which need 3d detailed activity control. It has been originally developed as a component of an application that uses Four Dimension Virtual Reality modeling models of buildings (with time as 4th dimension showing the building process progression) for the interactive visualization of construction processes. We describe the theoretical and practical visualization issues solved in the implementation of an interactive real-time four-dimensional. We think that the Four Dimension Virtual Reality system can enhance the communication ability between managers and workers. We hope novice users become familiar with 4Record and to achieve a high ease of use of the whole interface. This paper will show the status of 4D- VR technology in China.

Representation based classifications are extensively used in many applications and have achieved remarkable successes. However, they still suffer from some problems. In one respect, the coefficients obtained are not competitive, which is not beneficial for classification. Also, the intrinsic manifold structure is not taken into consideration. It has been shown that the manifold smoothness is important for classification. To this end, based on collaborative representation, a new algorithm coined Manifold Smoothed Class-specific Discriminant Collaborative Representation, MSCDCR, for short, is proposed. Besides manifold structure, MSCDCR employs the whole training samples to code the test sample in a linear way, so that it can tell which class has the most similarity. The method proposed can reduced to a closed-form solution, which is time-efficient, and it also can exploit the intrinsic manifold geometric structure and discriminant information. Consequently, it bears more discriminant ability. Experiments are carried out on face recognition, and they show the relatively promising performance of the proposed algorithm.

Forecasting the passenger flow of high speed railway is a hot but difficult research topic in the field of railway transportation for a long time. It is the basis of the revenue management and the rapid response mechanism for the railway sector. With the increasingly fierce competition of aviation and railway, it brings forward new challenges to the forecasting. This paper proposes a new method of passenger flow forecasting of the high speed railway in competitive market based on XGBoost model. The ticket price of the train is also taken into account in the method. First, the flight booking info data is preprocessed and statistics features are calculated to complement the missing data. Then, the railway booking info and flight booking info merge into a large training data and prediction model is constructed by using XGBoost algorithm. Applying this model for prediction, the passenger flow in competitive market can be obtained. Experimental results show that the proposed model has higher prediction accuracy than traditional models.

A new set of immune genetic algorithm is designed to solve express delivery path optimization problem, which introduces static propagation principle and machine learning theory to the immune genetic algorithm. Using adaptive vaccines, enhance individual immunity, and increase the average fitness value of stocks, so as to effectively prevent the loss of the optimal solution to narrow the search space, making the speed of evolution speeded up, enabling the system to get the optimal solution in a very short time. After verification, the algorithm is much higher accuracy than the simple genetic algorithm, and the number of iterations to get a stable solution is significantly reduced.
