Financial literacy is a very important element of knowledge for the economic progress of a country because it is closely related to public interest, the higher the level of public financial literacy, the easier it is for the financial system to be accepted in the community to be implemented and contribute to the economic growth of a region, because with The high level of financial literacy in the community, the easier it will be for financial institutions to provide financial access to the public. the enactment of qanun no 11 of 2018 regarding Islamic financial institutions in Aceh has begun since January 4, 2019, all financial institutions in Aceh. In this study, the data used is secondary data obtained from scientific references as quoted from journals, books texts, working papers, national and international scientific forums and other sources deemed relevant to this research. the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that nationally the financial literacy of the Indonesian people is still relatively low, but for the Aceh region itself it is higher than the level of public understanding of sharia finance in Aceh which is above the average public understanding of sharia banking nationally. The interest of the Acehnese people in transacting in Islamic banking is currently increasing, as can be seen from the increasing graph in terms of assets, financing, and third party funds, especially in 2021.

Brand image is one of the essential things that must be considered for maintaining the existence of a product. A positive brand image is expected to provide trust and satisfaction’s consumer for the product. It will undoubtedly have an impact on increasing the number of product uses by the customer. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of brand image on product sales volume. The sampling technique in this study was random cluster sampling. Meanwhile, the analysis method used is Analysis of Variance (ANOVA). The results of the research that have been done show that there is an effect of brand image on sales volume. It can be a material consideration for the company to continue building a brand image to optimize product sales volume.

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of macroeconomic, CAR, and NPF variables against ROA at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri in Indonesia. The data used in this study was Time Series data from 2008-2019. The sample in this study uses the saturated or census sampling method, where the entire population is sampled.The research method used in this study is a multiple regression with the smallest quadratic equation. The results showed that simultaneously inflation, GDP, price of gold, CAR and NPF had significant effect on ROA. In partial GDP, and NPF have negative and significant effect on ROA, while inflation, gold prices, and CAR have no significant effect on ROA. The fifth ability of the variable explains ROA by 67.6% while the remaining 32.4% is influenced or explained by other variables not included in the study. These results are expected to be beneficial to sharia banking, especially PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Syariah in order to better improve the future performance

This study aims to determine the effect of the brand image variable (X1) and online consumer review on consumer loyalty (Y). The method used in this research is descriptive and associative methods using a quantitative approach, the sample used is 150 respondents to consumers of Nature Republic Aloe Vera 92% Soothing Gel in Sukabumi City which are distributed using googlefrom, and using probability sampling techniques using probability sampling. random sampling. The data analysis technique used is the multiple linear analysis technique, the T test and the F test. The results of this study indicate that the brand image variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the consumer loyalty variable (Y) and the online consumer review variable (X2) also has a positive and significant effect on the consumer loyalty variable (Y). The coefficient of determination test results showed a value of 0.516 which can be interpreted as the percentage of variables X1 and X2 which have a value of 51.6% and the remaining 48.4% which is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

This reasearch purpose to examine the Good Corporate Governance and Corporate Social Responsibility both simultaneously and partially to Firm Value on Indonesian Banks in the period of 2011-2015. The methode of analysis used in this reasearch is path analysis for hypotesting test and SPSS for classic assumption test. The type used in this reasearch is study are causality, using purposive sampling method and unbalanced panel data. The object of this reasearch consists of 11 banks with 38 observational data. The results show that (1) Good Corporate Governance and Corporate Social Responsibility simultaneously no influence to firm value; (2) Good Corporate Governance has no influence to firm value; (3) Corporate Social Responsibility has no influence to firm value.

This research aims to determine the contribution of youth in regional development through the management of special autonomy funds in Langsa City, then to find out the factors that encourage and hinder youth in the development of the region through the management of special autonomy funds in Langsa City. The method used in this research is quantitative method by looking at the influence of youth in regional development through the management of special autonomy funds in Langsa City, this research was conducted in Langsa City by testing hypotheses and explaining and identifying causal relationships between various variables. The population in this study was 22,916 youth people age range from 16 - 30 years, so the percentage of leeway used is 10 % and the calculation results using slovin formula can be rounded to 100 people as a sample. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of success of the political marketing of the victory of the national party with its affiliated local party in Aceh. The political marketing concept of product, promotion, price and place is used in this study. Primary data was obtained by using a questionnaire. The research locations are two districts in the province of Aceh, namely Bireuen Regency and Pidie Jaya Regency, while sampling using Maximum Likelihood (ML) in the estimation model requires the use of a minimum sample size of 100. By setting the number of samples for each voter national parties and local party voters. The sample will be taken at convenience from each research location. The result of the study of the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.269. This means that 26.9% changes in the dependent variable, namely the Decision to Choose a National Party, can be explained in the independent variables, namely Product, Promotion, Price, and Place. While the remaining 73.1% is explained by other variables outside the variables studied. This shows that the contribution of the independent variable has little impact on the dependent variable. While the results of the coefficient of determination of the Decision to Choose a Local Party is 0.672. This means that 67.2% changes in the dependent variable, namely the Decision to Choose a Local Party, can be explained in the independent variables, namely Product, Promotion, Price, and Place. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of human capital, compensation and work discipline on the performance of the employees for the Central Statistics Agency in Aceh Province and to determine whether the job satisfaction mediates relationships. The data used are primary data by distributing questionnaires to 200 employees for the Central Statistics Agency for Regencies in Aceh Province. The data analysis technique in this study used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which was operated through the Amos software. The results showed that human capital, compensation and work discipline can increase job satisfaction and employee performance. Likewise, job satisfaction is direct and significant on employee performance. In addition, the job satisfaction variable also partially mediates the effect of human capital and compensation on performance and the influence of work discipline on the performance of the employees for the Aceh Province Central Statistics Agency. This study examines the influence of organizational culture on employee performance and examines the mediating effect of work motivation and job satisfaction variables. The research sample was 114 employees at the Aceh Sharia Bank Bireuen Branch. The analytical tool used is path analysis using the SEM method (structural equation modeling) using Amos. The results showed that each variable of organizational culture, work motivation and job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on performance, and work motivation mediates exogenous variables with endogenous variables partially mediating. Job satisfaction variable, on the other hand, becomes a very good intermediary (full mediation) between exogenous and endogenous variables

The research sample was 114 employees at the Aceh Sharia Bank Bireuen Branch. The analytical tool used is path analysis using the SEM method (structural equation modeling) using Amos. The results showed that each variable of organizational culture, work motivation and job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on performance, and work motivation mediates exogenous variables with endogenous variables partially mediating. This study aims to determine the effect of Current Ratio, Roa, and Roe on Working capital at PT. Unilever Indonesia, Tbk. The study population was the quarterly financial reports, 2008-2018 using by totalling sampling in sampling so that 4x11=44 data units were obtained as the sample. Data analysis used multiple linear regression through the use of SPSS Ver.25. The analysis shows that the current ratio and return on assets have a significant positive effect and the other causality showing return on equity has a significant negative effect on working capital.
本研究旨在确定流动比率,Roa和Roe对PT. Unilever Indonesia, Tbk的营运资本的影响。研究对象为2008-2018年季度财务报告,采用抽样总抽样法,得到4x11=44个数据单位作为样本。数据分析采用多元线性回归,通过使用SPSS Ver.25。分析表明,流动比率和资产收益率具有显著的正向影响,而其他因果关系表明净资产收益率对营运资金具有显著的负向影响。
