Akibat dari kebijakan merdeka belajar, maka kebutuhan sumber daya manusia perguruan tinggi semakin meningkat karena harus lebih inovatif dalam mengembangkan kurikulum yang lebih sesuai dengan kebutuhan dunia usaha dan dunia industri serta mampu menjalin jaringan yang lebih luas dengan dunia usaha dan industri serta organisasi lainnya. Namun fakta di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa beberapa kualitas dosen masih terpaku pada teori-teori sesuai peminatan dengan konsep lama yang belum disesuaikan dengan perkembangan teknologi, sehingga mahasiswa tidak siap bekerja pada bidang tertentu pada saat melaksanakan praktek lapangan karena apa yang diajarkan sangat berbeda dengan apa yang terjadi di lapangan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan upaya yang sungguh-sungguh, salah satunya adalah dibuatnya program yang menghubungkan langsung dosen dengan dunia industri, sehingga mereka dapat langsung mengetahui perubahan di lapangan saat ini. Based on the internship results, it is possible to conclude that implementing the lecturer internship program in the hospitality industry can provide opportunities for knowledge enrichment as well as input for improving teaching materials for courses taught by lecturers participating in industrial internships that are equipped with examples of lecture applications in the industry.

Pengabdian ini untuk membantu kelompok truna truni pedagang di pasar Sidakarya Denpasar dalam mengatasi 1) Keluahan tamu berkaitan dengan faktor fisik yaitu ruangan yang kurang mendapat pertukaran udara yang lancar, suhu panas atau lembab, pencahayaan yang buruk, dan lantai tidak mudah dibersihkan bahkan licin, 2) Keluahan tamu berkaitan dengan SDM/ anggota kelompok belum memiliki pengetahuan standar dalam penyediaan makanan dan minuman, 3) Belum adanya standar keamanan, kebersihan dan keselamatan dalam bekerja pada kelompok pedagang di pasar Kereneng, 4) Kualitas pelayanan tamu masih rendah. Berkaitan dengan masalah tersebut kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini memberikan solusi untuk menyelesaikan persoalan tersebut dengan memberikan bantuan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kepada peserta pelatihan standar penyajian makan dan minum serta mendesain tempat pedagang yang ramah lingkungan dan estetika. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan metode survey, metode partisipatory rural apprasial (PRA), pemberian Pelatihan, Pendampingan, dan Monitoring. In connection with this problem, this community service activity provides a solution to resolve this problem by providing knowledge and skills assistance to training participants in serving food and drink as well as designing environmentally friendly and aesthetically pleasing merchant premises. The methods used are surveys, participatory rural appraisal (PRA), as well as providing training, mentoring, and monitoring. The aim is to improve the quality of service for the first-line group of traders at the Sidakarya Market.

Green Movement telah menjadi landasan penting dalam upaya global untuk melestarikan lingkungan dan mendorong praktik berkelanjutan. Dalam konteks ekowisata, Green Movement berperan krusial dalam mengajak masyarakat untuk terlibat aktif dalam pelestarian alam dan budaya melalui praktik yang ramah lingkungan. Artikel ini mengkaji implementasi Green Movement dalam ekowisata Subak Sembung, sebuah destinasi yang menggabungkan keanekaragaman hayati, keindahan alam, dan warisan budaya di Desa Peguyangan, Denpasar. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini mendokumentasikan upaya konkret yang telah diambil untuk mengedukasi dan melibatkan masyarakat dalam praktik berkelanjutan. Dengan menganalisis partisipasi masyarakat, strategi pendidikan, serta dampak yang terlihat, artikel ini memberikan wawasan tentang bagaimana Green Movement menjadi pendorong utama di balik pengembangan ekowisata Subak Sembung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa melalui pendidikan dan kampanye kesadaran, masyarakat setempat semakin memahami pentingnya pelestarian lingkungan dan keterlibatan dalam upaya ini. Didalam keluarga, yang memiliki kewajiban untuk mengolah makanan sehari-hari biasanya adalah wanita. Wanita memiliki peran penting juga dalam kesejahteraan keluarga. Dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini kami memberdayakan kelompok wanita di Desa Kenderan atau sering disebut PKK sebagai peserta pelatihan pembuatan saur atau serundeng dan inovasi makanan berbahan dasar komoditi lokal masyarakat. Pelatihan ini bertujuan agar ibu-ibu PKK dapat membuat sendiri saur atau serundeng yang sehari-harinya pasti selalu digunakan untuk pelengkap upakara keagamaan dan mengembangkan lebih banyak variasi inovasi makanan yang berbahan hasil dari kebun atau pertanian mereka sendiri untuk makanan keluarga ataupun ide berjualan. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah demonstrasi. Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini meliputi pelatihan pembuatan saur atau serundeng dan pembuatan inovasi makanan. Dengan begitu ibu-ibu PKK dapat melihat secara langsung proses pembuatan saur atau serundeng dan makanan inovasi serta dapat bertanya secara langsung kepada instrukturnya. Dan hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah produk saur dan bola-bola ubi dari bahan komoditi lokal yang bisa memberikan peluang ekonomi bagi ibu-ibu PKK Desa Kenderan. Within the family, it is usually women who have the obligation to process daily food. Women also have an important role in family welfare. In this service activity we empower women's groups in Kenderan Village or often called PKK or Family Welfare Movementas as training participants in making saur or serundeng and food innovations made from local community commodities. This training aims to enable PKK woman to be able to make their own saur or serundeng which are always used daily to complement religious ceremonies and to develop a wider variety of food innovations made from products from their own garden or farm for family food or selling ideas. The method used in this service activity is demonstration. This community service activity includes training in making saur or serundeng and making food innovations. That way PKK woman can see firsthand the process of making saur or serundeng and innovative food and can ask questions directly to the instructor. And the results of this service are saur products and sweet potato balls made from local commodity materials which can provide economic opportunities for PKK woman.

Dengan begitu ibu-ibu PKK dapat melihat secara langsung proses pembuatan saur atau serundeng dan makanan inovasi serta dapat bertanya secara langsung kepada instrukturnya. Dan hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah produk saur dan bola-bola ubi dari bahan komoditi lokal yang bisa memberikan peluang ekonomi bagi ibu-ibu PKK Desa Kenderan. Salah satu desa di Kabupaten Tabanan, Bali yang memiliki keunggulan di bidang holtikultura berupa tanaman hias adalah Desa Petiga, Kecamatan Marga. Sejak tahun 2016 Desa Petiga ditetapkan sebagai lokasi pembangunan kawasan pedesaan yang merupakan kawasan pedesaan prioritas nasional (KPPN) melalui Keputusan Bupati Tabanan Nomor :80/373/02/HK&HAM/ 2016. Desa ini dikenal dengan desa agropolitan tanaman hias karena hampir 90% penduduknya bermata pencaharian utama menjadi petani tanaman hias. Desa Petiga memiliki luas wilayah 281 hektar, dengan 89% (250 hektar) merupakan lahan pertanian dan sisanya 11% (31 hektar) ladang. Jumlah penduduk 1.801 orang (923 laki-laki dan 878 perempuan) yang terbagi menjadi 573 KK. Tersebar ke dalam tiga dusun, yaitu: Semingan, Petiga Kangin, dan Belanban. Program PIPK ini berusaha memberikan solusi terhadap permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra, yaitu: Mitra 1 kelompok tani Tanaman Hias Guna Sari, Mitra 2 KWT Mekar Sari, Mitra 3 Kelompok Simatri Sekar Pasti Wangi, dan Mitra 4 Koperasi Guna Sari. Permasalahanya adalah Produksi, penataan stok pembibitan dan media tanam, dan Pemasaran. Metode pelaksanaan yang dilakukan meliputi: PALS (participatory action learning system), Enthrepreneurship Capasity Building (ECB), Technology Transfer (TT), serta menerapkan Teknologi Tepat Guna (TTG), persuasif, dan edukatif. Evaluasi pelaksanaan program dengan target terjadi peningkatan level keberdayaan mitra, produktivitas usaha tanaman hias meningkat, dan pendapatan petani meningkat melaui penjualan tanaman hias, kompos, maupun sayur mayur, dan bio urine. Luaran akademik tahun-2 adalah: publikasi pada jurnal nasional terakreditasi Sinta 4, berita di media massa online nasional, dan video kegiatan pengabdian yang ditayangkan di Youtube. Bali merupakan salah satu destinasi pariwisata di Indonesia yang menawarkan beragam daya tarik wisata yang sangat mengagumkan. Namun, fakta di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa dari segi kuliner, makanan khas daerah bali masih belum banyak dikenal dan kurang dapat menarik wisatawan untuk berkunjung untuk sekedar menikmati masakan khas bali. Oleh karena itu, dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini, pelaksana pengabdian melakukan sosialisasi dan pembinaan tentang pemahaman “food symbolism” untuk meningkatkan daya tarik wisata kuliner khas bali. Kegiatan yang dilakukan meliputi: 1) Pemberian materi tentang peningkatan daya tarik wisata kuliner, 2) Pemberian materi tentang pentingnya “Food Symbolism” dan cara mempromosikan masakan khas bali, 3) Pemberian materi tentang cara-cara untuk memperoleh sertifikasi usaha kuliner pariwisata, 4) Diskusi. Literasi dan numerasi merupakan sarana bagi anak-anak dalam mengenal, memahami, dan menerapkan ilmu yang mereka dapatkan di bangku sekolah dalam kehidupan nyata, baik di dalam lingkungan sekolah maupun luar sekolah. Selain literasi dan numerasi, pemahaman mengenai penggunaan teknologi informasi dikalangan pelajar Indonesia belum merata, dalam konteks pengabdian ini terfokus pada pelajar di panti asuhan. Adapun solusi yang diberikan untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh Panti Asuhan Salam adalah dengan peningkatan minat baca literasi dan numerik anak yang dapat dilakukan dengan memberikan pembelajaran secara manual serta memberikan pengajaran tentang perilaku dan sikap. Selain itu diberikan pula pembelajaran menggunakan teknologi komputer yaitu media pembelajaran Canva untuk mengoptimalkan kreativitas anak dan meningkatkan mutu soft skill SDM Pada Panti Asuhan Salam Kecamatan Tabanan. Dihasilkannya lulusan yang kompeten dan berdaya saing unggul dari Sekolah Menegah Kejuruan (SMK) masih menjadi tantangan bagi sebagian lembaga pendidikan kejuruan yanga ada. Lulusan yang berkualitas akan lahir dari lembaga pendidikan yang memiliki kurikulum pendidikan yang berkualitas. Penerapan kurikulum merdeka merupakan salah satu upaya pemerintah untuk dapat menyediakan tenaga kerja terampil sesuai degan kebutuhan dunia nyata. Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka memerlukan perencanaan yang sistematis, termasuk dibutuhkannya kegiatan pelatihan atau workshop yang membahas implemetasi Kurikulum Merdeka. Kolaborasi Universitas Primakara dengan Institut Pariwisata dan Bisnis Internasional dalam kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) dalam bentuk worshop review kurikulum ini menjadi kubutuhan bagi SMK Singamandawa. Melelaui penyelenggaraan workshop dengan metode ceramah, tanya jawab, dan diskusi ini, seluruh materi yang terkait Kurikulum Merdeka dapat diterima dengan baik oleh para peserta, dalam hal ini para guru. Workshop yang dalam pelaksanaannya melibatkan tiga narasumber ini berhasil memberikan pengetahuan dan wawasan baru terkait implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di SMK Singamandawa. Hasil baik ini dibuktikan melalui hasil penyebaran kuesioner yang dilakukan pada akhir sesi workshop. Hasil dari penyebaran kuesioner menunjukan materi yang disajikan para narasumber sesuai dengan kebutuhan para guru. Para guru juga merasa puas dan mengapresiasi cara penyajian materi dari para narasumber. Primakara University's collaboration with the Institute of Tourism and International Business in Community Service (PkM) activities in the form of a curriculum review workshop is a necessity for Singamandawa Vocational School. By holding workshops using lecture, question and answer and discussion methods, all material related to Kurikulum Merdeka was well received by the participants, in this case the teachers. The workshop, which involved three resource persons, succeeded in providing new knowledge and insight regarding the implementation of Kurikulum Merdeka at Singamandawa Vocational School. This good result was proven through the results of distributing questionnaires at the end of the workshop session. Karya tulis ilmiah ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas pelatihan teknik dongeng sebagai metode pengajaran orang tua kepada anak di TK RA Mentari. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan campuran (mixed-methods) dengan menggabungkan data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam kegiatan ini adalah seluruh orang tua dari anak-anak yang bersekolah di TK RA Mentari, dengan sampel penelitian dipilih secara purposif. Pelatihan teknik dongeng dilaksanakan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan pengetahuan orang tua dalam menggunakan dongeng sebagai alat pengajaran kepada anak-anak. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan pada keterampilan orang tua setelah mengikuti pelatihan. Orang tua mampu mengintegrasikan teknik dongeng dengan kreativitas dan efektivitas dalam aktivitas pembelajaran bersama anak di rumah dan di sekolah. Dampak implementasi teknik dongeng oleh orang tua pada perkembangan anak juga diamati melalui observasi perilaku anak di kelas dan wawancara dengan guru atau pengasuh. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa anak-anak yang memiliki orang tua yang aktif dalam menggunakan teknik dongeng menunjukkan peningkatan dalam perkembangan bahasa, moral, dan imajinasi. This scientific paper aims to evaluate the effectiveness of storytelling technique training as a method of teaching for parents to their children at TK RA Mentari (Mentari Kindergarten). The method used is a mixed-methods approach, combining qualitative and quantitative data. The population of this study consists of all parents of children attending TK RA Mentari, with the research sample chosen purposively. The storytelling technique training was conducted to enhance the skills and knowledge of parents in using storytelling as a teaching tool for their children. The results of data analysis indicate a significant improvement in the skills of parents after attending the training. Parents were able to integrate storytelling techniques creatively and effectively in learning activities with their children at home and at school. The impact of implementing storytelling techniques by parents on children's development was also observed through the observation of children's behavior in the classroom and interviews with teachers or caregivers. The results showed that children with parents actively using storytelling techniques demonstrated improvements in language, moral, and imaginative development. Storytelling technique training as a method of teaching for parents at TK RA Mentari provides a positive and significant impact on early childhood education.
