MODEL GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMATIF DALAM MENINGKATKAN DAYA SAING PENDIDIKAN DI ERA INDUSTRI 4.0 变革领导风格的模型,以提高4.0工业时代的教育竞争力

Organizational culture at the school level requires leaders who are creative, in mobilizing madrasah, so that the learning carried out becomes meaningful and produces quality education. Transformative leadership design model is needed as an effort to produce education that is competitive and produces students who have personality integrity, a disciplined attitude, are creative, innovative and competitive. This article seeks to elaborate on the transformative leadership model of madrasah headmaster in increasing the competitiveness of education in the industrial era 4.0 with the object of Madrasah Aliyah. Using library research, this article argues that transformative leaders have several indicators: first, the existence of team work that collaborates across the entire academic community. Second, there is an increase in teacher work ethic, thereby fostering teacher professionalism. Third, it enables the implementation of the supervisory leadership role. Fourth, creating madrasah organizational arrangements, a relationship climate that is loose coupling, and changing the structure and climate of the bureaucracy to a comfortable professional bureaucracy so as to enable the implementation of organizational leadership roles.

This article aims to discuss how the role of the director shifts in the management process of television program production. In recent years the director's role has been considered to have shifted regarding his duties to manage the course of production. The driving factor is in the form of technology that shifts market needs that are increasingly diverse. Therefore it is important to look back at how they carry out their new tasks, the positive impacts and challenges they experience. Using a case study by Robert K Yin which is focused on MNCTV media. The results of the study show that repositioning of the director (program director) has a significant role as a form of adaptation to the content and creative process of a production program. However, it is necessary to align creative and managerial roles. One of them is the development of education as an increase in competence.

Artikel ini membahas bagaimana relasi agama, media dan moderasi beragama di kalangan generasi Z Indonesia. Banyak anak muda yang mendapatkan pengetahuan agamanya dengan mengakses media sosial. Sayangnya, tidak semua narasi kegamaan di media sosial menampilkan wajah yang toleran, justru banyak yang kontradiktif dengan nilai-ilai ajaran Islam yang ramah dan toleran. Oleh karena itu, penting bagi anak muda menguasia literasi digital dengan baik agar bisa memilah narasi keagamaan yang toleran. Pelatihan literasi digital pada generasi Z bisa menjadi salah satu sarana untuk membentengi mereka dari narasi-narasi agama yang inklusif dan ektrem di media sosial.

Komunikasi Spiritual Jurnalis: Alternative Activity Liputan Saat Pandemi 记者的精神交流:大流行病期间的另类活动报道

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap tentang perilaku jurnalis saat pandemi Covid-19 berlangsung di Indonesia. Perilaku yang lebih khusus dalam artikel ini yakni tentang komunikasi spiritual yang dilakukan oleh jurnalis tersebut. Alasannya, belum ada studi yang membahas secara khusus tentang komunikasi spiritual seorang jurnalis saat pandemi berlangsung. Komunikasi Spiritual adalah sisi lain atau bisa disebut sebagai aktivitas alternatif sebagai seorang jurnalis untuk menghadapi pandemi saat bekerja. Untuk mencari data-data peneliti lebih memilih studi etnografi dengan terlibat langsung di lapangan dan bertemu dengan para jurnalis saat melakukan liputan. Hasilnya menarik, para jurnalis ternyata memiliki entitas lain saat dirinya menghadapi pandemi. Mereka memiliki kegiatan komunikasi spiritual dengan data ke kuburan, datang ke pengajian, hingga mendengarkan pengajian. Begitu juga aktivitas komunikasi dengan Tuhan melalui doa juga dilakukan lebih intens dari pada kondisi sebelumnya.

KELOMPOK ISLAM NURCU DAN NEGARA: PENERIMAAN MUSLIM ATAS SEKULARISME 努尔库伊斯兰团体与国家:穆斯林对世俗主义的接受

This article explores the Nurcu's response to the implementation of secularization in the Republic of Turkey in the 20th century. The implementation of secularism in Turkey brought about three groups: Kemalists, Islamists, and Nurcu. While the Kemalists became the main proponents of secularism, and the Islamists strongly rejected it, a third group emerged, that is the Nurcu. The Nurcu is an association of followers of the teachings of Said Nursi, a Turkish scholar and thinker. This article assumes that the Nurcu accepts secularism, and actually supports it. They believe that secularization is not in contradiction to Islamic teachings. The acceptance of secularism subsequently leads the Nurcu's responses to state, democracy, role of the people, and the economic system adopted by the state. This study found that the Nurcu group enjoyed social and political openness, democracy and economic liberalization in Turkey, despite tensions between the Nurcu and the Kemalist.

MIGRASI PENGAJIAN KONVENSIONAL KE PENGAJIAN VIRTUAL DI PESANTREN 传统的传导到虚拟的传导在寄宿学校

This article aims to discuss the movement of conventional recitations to virtual recitations in Islamic boarding schools. This article is the research result of a literature review on the transformation of the virtual recitation model through new media in the pesantren scope. This study aims to uncover the adaptation of pesantren toward the development of information and communication technology due to modernization and globalization. Besides, it also focuses on the efforts of pesantren in concerning the culture created by the latest media in pesantren to maintain it. The results of this study indicate that the advancement of information and communication technology in pesantren provides a great opportunity for pesantren to adapt by transforming the recitation system virtually, so that pesantren as a symbol of Islamic civilization is still recognized by modern society as a religious institution. The researcher argues that currently pesantren must open themselves to the advancement of information and communication technology through latest media, so that pesantren graduates are also able to develop Islamic syiar activities by utilizing latest media, which impacts to equip them to compete with global community.

The large number of online media nowadays displays differences in reportingsome news. This difference is influenced by the journalist’s perspective inconfronting some events. The media implicitly also has its own ideology inpresenting news. News is an ideological construction which sometimes containsthe interests of certain parties. In relation to the Pilkada of Tuban Regency,the BlokTuban.com media frames the campaign coverage of the regentcandidates in its appearance that impact to influence the audience to believe forwhat is written there. This study aims to find out the framing analysis ofBlokTuban.com media when reporting the Tuban regent candidate campaignin 2020. The results show that the sources on BlokTuban.com are moredominated by the contestants for the Tuban regent and deputy regentcandidates. The framing by BlokTuban.com is conducted in various ways,namely the diction of news titles, the selection of information sources, and thediction of words used in news articles. BlokTuban.com builds a positive imagein reporting the contestants of the candidates for regent and deputy regent ofTuban.

Clean Government and Good Governance has realized yet in Indonesia. It isproven by selling and purchasing the positions in various places still exist. Theprocess of rotation, transfer, and promotion of civil servant (ASN) that shouldhave been given to the competent employees did not run as it should. The fieldinvestigation shows that the existence of power transaction that makes positionas an object of commerce. This article aims to examine the kleptocracy of sellingand purchasing the positions in Indonesia. The perspective used is the sociologyof law. The research methodology implements a normative legal methodologythrough a qualitative approach and analysis of the fraud triangle theory, Gonetheory, Ramirez Torres theory and Icebery Model theory. The result of the studyconcludes that bureaucrats are often not transparent, corrupt and tend to carryout transactional practices. For this reason, it is necessary to change therecruitment system and overall monitoring of civil servant (ASN) bureaucracy.

This study aims to explain the values of religious moderation applied in StateMadrasah Aliyah (MAN) Keerom Papua. State Madrasah AliyahKeerom is an islamic school located in the midst of the majority Christianpopulation of Papua Province. However, the existence of Madrasah AliyahKeerom has never been disturbed. In fact, the school welcomes non-Muslimswho join to study in this school. This research uses a qualitative approach.The data were collected through interview, field observations anddocumentation. The results show that there are islamic moderation values thatare applied at State Madrasah Aliyah Keerom, namely the attitude ofcooperation between religious adherents in the madrasah environment (al-musawah), fairness (tawazzun), tolerance (tassamuh) and openness(tathawwur wa ibtikar).

The period of Islamic growth in Mecca from 610 to 622 AD can becategorized into a full challenges and full obstacles period. The Islamic da’wahdelivered by the Prophet Pbuh often encountered some constraints due to theresistance from the Quraysh leaders. At that time, it was difficult for Qurayshfigures to accept new beliefs, especially since Quraysh had a clan-based socio-cultural system consisting of 14 clans. Of the 14 clans or tribes in Quraish,there was competition for the political influence of Mecca which is recorded inhistory. The purpose of this study is to explain the obstacles to Islamic da’wahin Mecca caused by inter-clan politics among the Quraysh. The method usedin this study is a literature review method using primary sources from Arabic.This study explains that the hindrance to Islamic da’wah in Mecca before theProphet’s Pbuh migration to Medina were caused by socio-cultural factors ofthe people at that time, that is the competition between clans in Quraish.
