Persepsi Kemudahan dan Kebermanfaatan dalam Penggunaan Aplikasi Simpan Pinjam Online di Koperasi Karunika: Studi Pendahuluan 在礼品合作社使用在线储蓄贷款的简易感知和利用价值:前期研究

Karunika is a cooperative at Universitas Terbuka (UT) which members consists of employees of UT. In February 2021, Karunika launched an online savings and loan application (aplikasi simpan pinjam online) to make it easier for members to make savings and loans. This preliminary study aims at collecting information about perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness in affecting attitudes and interest in using “simpan pinjam online” application at the Karunika Cooperative. This study is qualitative research which collect the data through documentation, observation, and interview. Documentation is carried out to collect information from secondary sources. Observation is made by accessing the application to gain experience. Interviews were conducted with 11 members of Karunika Cooperative to obtain information about the experience of application usage. Karunika members feel the ease and usefulness of using the application due to its accessibility and subjective norms. Karunika members are encouraged to have attitudes and intentions to use the application. Socialization of the application among members of Karunika is lack because the members are spread throughout Indonesia. This causes delays in finding information from experienced members. This research is expected to give contributions to the literature about the usage of information technology in cooperative. This research can be used as the basis for system improvement in Karunika Cooperative and inspire the use of “simpan pinjam online” applications in other cooperatives. For the future research development, the result of this study is also expected to be used to formulate a research instrument to capture the broader phenomenon of using information technology.

Pengaruh Kinerja Keuangan terhadap Pertumbuhan Laba Pada Perusahaan BUMN Sektor Pertambangan yang Terdaftar di BEI 金融表现对国有矿业企业利润增长的影响

An increase in company profits reflects the company's good performance, and vice versa, the decrease in company profits reflects the company's performance that has not been maximized. Therefore, the ups and downs of a company's profit growth can be understood through financial ratio analysis. In this case, financial performance is represented by the Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Return On Investment (ROI). The objectives of this research are to: (1) determine the effect of the Current Ratio on profit growth in state-owned mining companies listed on the IDX. (2) Knowing the effect of the Debt to Equity Ratio on profit growth in state-owned mining companies listed on the IDX. (3) Knowing the effect of Return On Investment on profit growth in state-owned mining companies listed on the IDX. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, with a total sample of 3 state-owned mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2011-2020. The analytical method used in this research is multiple regression analysis. The results of the research show that the Current Ratio (CR) has a positive and irrelevant impact on profit growth ((0.261 < 1.98861) and (0.795 > 0.05)). Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has a negative and relevant impact on profit growth ((-2.486 < 1.98861) and (0.015 < 0.05)). Meanwhile, Return On Investment (ROI) has a positive and relevant impact on profit growth (2.883 > 1.98861) and (0.005 > 0.05).

Technology use has increased in this era of globalization and has many advantages in all spheres, particularly in businesses. Technology is used by businesses as a marketing tool to advertise their services and draw customers in. However, the organization and management of the company's human resources also have an impact on the process of creating commercials. Using multiple regression research techniques, this study was undertaken to ascertain the impact of organizational culture and human resource management on the efficiency of service business processes. The findings show that influencer marketing for services has a major impact on human resource management and organizational culture simultaneously and to a lesser extent. PT. Pengaruh Iklan “Choi Siwon” Mie Sedaap dan Citra Merek terhadap Minat Beli Konsumen 炒面、炒面和品牌形象对消费者兴趣的影响

The growth of technological has a major influence in advertising agency. Advertising has the aim of introducing its products and stimulating consumer buying interest. In addition to advertising, brand image also has an important role in consumer buying interest. A positive brand image will get positive treatment and affect buying interest from the public. This study aims to examine the variables that have an influence on purchase intention, namely advertising and brand image variables. The data collected in this research is using a questionnaire in the form of a questionnaire. The results of this study are advertising and brand image have a significant and positive influence on buying interest. Of the 176 respondents obtained, this study attracted 160 respondents who were collected online via Google Form. In processing the data, this research uses SmartPls 3.0. The results of this study indicate that the Mie Sedaap Korean Spicy Chicken advertisement has its own charm because it has succeeded in conveying a clear message to consumers and every the public figures has uniqueness. Mie Sedaap has a good and quality brand image because its existence remains consistent and continues to innovate. For further research, it is expected to examine more deeply what makes the advertisement attractive and the supporting factors and also examines more deeply why Mie Sedaap can create and maintain a positive brand image.

The quality of Human Resources is the most influential thing as well as part of an important substance for an organization because of the capacity and capability that makes it effective and efficient in maximizing a target of the organization, all MSMEs in Indonesia touched 64.2 million and brought a role related to the gross domestic product of 60.94% or worth 8,574 trillion. SAP Express through its retail business line will try its best to encourage the progress of MSME businesses in Indonesia by providing relevant services with prime quality. The purpose of this research is to understand and analyze how the influence of organizational support and performance appraisal on employee performance at PT Satria Antaran Prima Area Bandung. In this study, this research uses a research method in the form of Expalanation, which means describing the position of the variable to be studied along with the relationship between one variable and other variables. Based on the level in the explanation, this research turned out to be in the form of associative research. in research conducted by researchers there are independent variables and dependent variables. In this study, basically, researchers have a desire to find out how Organizational Support (variable x1) has an influence and Performance Assessment (variable x2) has an influence on Work Performance (y).

Pengaruh Peer To Peer Lender (P2P) Dan Payment Gateway Terhadap Kinerja UMKM Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19 Dengan E-commerce Sebagai Variabel Moderating

This research is motivated by the fact that several MSME actors have started implementing or using peer to peer lenders, payment gateways and e-commerce in their business activities, especially in Johar Baru District, Central Jakarta. This study aims to determine the effect of peer-to-peer lenders and payment gateways on MSME performance during the Covid-19 pandemic using e-commerce as a moderating variable. Peer To Peer Lenders and Payment Gateways are independent variables and MSME performance is the dependent variable in this study. In this study there is a moderating variable, namely E-commerce. Data analysis method using SmartPLS. The population in this study is MSMEs located in Johar Baru District, Central Jakarta with a total sample of 150 MSMEs with purposive sampling method. The results showed that Peer To Peer Lenders had a significant positive effect on MSME Performance, Payment Gateway had a significant positive effect on MSME Performance, E-commerce had a significant positive effect on MSME Performance. Peer To Peer Lenders moderated by E-commerce have a significant positive effect on MSME performance. While the Payment Gateway moderated by E-commerce has a negative and significant impact on the performance of MSMEs. Keywords: Financial Technology, Peer To Peer Lenders, Payment Gateway, E-commerce. This study aims to determine the effect of peer-to-peer lenders and payment gateways on MSME performance during the Covid-19 pandemic using e-commerce as a moderating variable. Peer To Peer Lenders and Payment Gateways are independent variables and MSME performance is the dependent variable in this study. In this study there is a moderating variable, namely E-commerce. Data analysis method using SmartPLS. The population in this study is MSMEs located in Johar Baru District, Central Jakarta with a total sample of 150 MSMEs with purposive sampling method. The results showed that Peer To Peer Lenders had a significant positive effect on MSME Performance, Payment Gateway had a significant positive effect on MSME Performance, E-commerce had a significant positive effect on MSME Performance. Peer To Peer Lenders moderated by E-commerce have a significant positive effect on MSME performance. While the Payment Gateway moderated by E-commerce has a negative and significant impact on the performance of MSMEs. Keywords: Financial Technology, Peer To Peer Lenders, Payment Gateway, E-commerce. The increasing awareness of the Indonesian people to preserve their facial skin has invite many brands of skincare products to compete in the Indonesian market make the competition among them are increasingly fierce. So to excel in the competition, it is necessary to build a consumer's  purchase intention. There are various factors that can lead to consumer purchase intentions, including country of origin, celebrity endorsement, and electronic word of mouth (eWOM) which can also form a brand image. The purpose of this study is to investigate the role of country of origin, celebrity endorsement, and electronic word of mouth (eWOM) on purchase intention either directly or through brand image. The study used a quantitative research design. Data collection used a cross sectional approach. A total of 192 respondents filled out a online questionnaire through the google form that was sent to the respondents. The data were analyzed using a structural equation model using  Smart-PLS. The results showed that country of origin, celebrity endorsement, and electronic word of mouth (eWOM) can positively predict purchase intention, but country of origin cannot predict positively brand image, while celebrity endorsement and electronic word of mouth (eWOM) can positively predict brand image. In addition, brand image can also positively predict purchase intention. Country of origin and electronic word of mouth (eWOM) cannot positively predict purchase intention through brand image, while celebrity endorsements can positively predict purchase intention through brand image.

Succession process of the next family business generation becomes an interesting phenomenon to be developed together with the process of adapting organizational knowledge. Organizational knowledge transfer is a difficult process in leadership succession. There are many factors that must be prepared in advance so that the business can achieve sustainability. This study uses a qualitative approach through in-depth interviews with several generations of successors in family businesses in Yogyakarta whose business scale is relatively the same. Triangulation of sources and member checks are carried out to ensure the validity of the data from this study. The result is that intergenerational learning has an important role in the succession process of family business leadership. Knowledge transfer in family business succession through intergenerational learning will facilitate the next generation in the process of adaptation to continue the previous leadership

This study aims to empirically examine the effect of work balance, organizational support, job burnout and career women's performance. Analysis of the variables used in this study there are five variables, namely work-life balance, organizational support, family support, work fatigue and performance. In this study, non-probability sampling was used, namely the sample taken was not given the same opportunity or opportunity for each member of the population to be selected as a sample. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Of the 98 respondents who filled out the questionnaire, only 64 respondents met the criteria for this research sample. The sample used in this study are career women who occupy managerial positions. The data collected is using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. From this study, only two significant hypotheses were produced, namely the existence of a significant direct effect of work-life balance on the performance of career women, and organizational support moderating the effect of work-life balance on job burnout.
本研究旨在实证检验工作平衡、组织支持、工作倦怠对职业女性绩效的影响。本研究使用的变量分析有五个变量,分别是工作与生活平衡、组织支持、家庭支持、工作疲劳和绩效。在本研究中,使用非概率抽样,即所取的样本没有被给予相同的机会,或人口中的每个成员都有机会被选为样本。使用的抽样技术是有目的的抽样。在填写问卷的98名受访者中,只有64名受访者符合本研究样本的标准。本研究中使用的样本是担任管理职位的职业女性。收集的数据是使用李克特量表的问卷调查。本研究只提出了两个重要的假设,即工作与生活平衡对职业女性绩效存在显著的直接影响,组织支持调节了工作与生活平衡对工作倦怠的影响。

 The implementation of working from home has changed employees' work environment, from an office environment to a home environment. It raises many limitations, like communication and interaction space. It can negatively impact employees because it can trigger irregular working hours and long working hours. IT field is one of the jobs that can be done remotely, but it still have different with the implementation of WFH and pandemic that requires new adaptations. This study aims to determine the effect of innovation culture, self-efficacy on technostress, and technostress, burnout on performance with workplace well-being as a mediating variable for IT employees who work from home. This study uses a survey method with an online questionnaire to 295 IT employees and used as a research sample. Data analysis method used SmartPLS 3.2 program by analyzing the inner and outer models. The results of this study indicate that: innovation culture is significant to technostress, self-efficacy is significant to technostress, innovation culture and technostress is significant to WWB, but burnout to WWB is not significant, technostress, burnout and WWB is significant to performance, WWB can mediate innovation culture and technostress to its effect on performance, WWB is not able to mediate burnout on performance.
