ABSTRACTThe existence of a decrease in product sales Smartphone Xiaomi significant gains from the year 2015-2016,due to Intense competition in the telecommunications business are on the rise. This research aims to knowthe influence of the brand image and product quality against the interest of the consumer to buy the productin the region of Xiaomi Smartphone West Jakarta taken Samples as many 100 respondents. The method used is the quantitative methods based on the results of interviews and questionnaires for testing instrument using the test validity, and reliability. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression due to variables that are used more than two variables, with the t-test and F-test. The research results showed that the t-test with a brand image partially effect significantly to interest consumers buy Smartphone Xiaomi. While the quality of the product partially do not affect significantly to interest consumers buy Smartphone Xiaomi. F test results show that simultaneously the brand image and product quality significantly to influential interests buy consumer products Smartphone Xiaomi. And brand image is the most influential variables are dominant against the interest of the consumer to buy the product of Xiaomi Smartphone onthe quality of the product. Organizations in the present era prioritize smart work rather than hard work. Not infrequently the group has the character of wanting everything to be achieved instantly or in a shorter time. Based on data from the Central Bureau of Statistics of the Republic of Indonesia, in 2016 the number of workers from the X generation group was almost the same as the number of millennial workers. The Babby Boomers generation group continued to decline in number. Slowly, the X generation of workers will also experience the same thing. This phenomenon has been marked by the arrival of the millennial generation as a workforce that increasingly makes the composition of the generation of Babby Boomers diminishing in 2014 and 2016). This explains that the transition of generations of workers is impossible to avoid or in other words the law of demand and supply applies to human resources in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze job preferences (job preferences) in groups of generation X workers based on work values. This research is quantitative research using multiple regression analysis and SPSS. The error rate in this study uses the magnitude of 5%. Using 102 samples of this study explains that Job Preference is partially influenced by factors of self-realization and welfare guarantees but Job Preference for gen-X workers is not influenced by factors of work environment harmony and material factors. The increasing number of motorized vehicles from year to year triggers the high number of gas stations, and consequently, a more competitive sector. As service business, gas stations must pay attention to the workforce’s performance in order to excel in the competition. This research is conducted to determine the influence of financial and non-financial compensation on the workforce’s performance in BS Group. This research is a quantitative research. The population of this research is the entire operator department of BS Group. This research uses non-probability sampling method, or more specifically, saturated sampling, to select 83 respondents as samples. The questionnaires used as data collection method consist of three variables, namely financial compensation, non-financial compensation, and performance. Additionally, Multiple Linear Regression is used as data analysis technique. Research results indicate that both financial and non-financial compensations significantly affect the employee performance of BS Group. This study l examine whether IOS and dividend policy have a positive direct effect on firm value, and whether dividend policy mediates the indirect influence of IOS on firm value on companies incorporated in LQ45. Pooled Least Squares analysis method was used. IOS was proxied with MVBVE, and dividend policy as a mediating variable was proxied with DPR. Firm value was proxied with Price Earning Ratio (PER). The samples taken were 27 companies from the population, namely companies incorporated in the LQ 45 index. The samples were chosen purposely, namely companies that were consistently in the LQ 45 index group for three consecutive years (2015-2017). Investment Opportunity Set has a significant positive effect on Company Value. The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of internal locus of control, external locus of control, self-efficacy, and job satisfaction on organizational commitments. This research was conducted on employees of PT. Pacifik Teknologi Indonesia. The research used simple random sampling. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires to 114 respondents. The result of the research shows that internal locus ofcontrol has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, external locus of control has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, then job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, but self-efficacy has not a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. The purpose of this research is to know and analyze employee performance at PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Bogor-Jakarta. Variables used to measure employee performance arestrategic planning management variables and job satisfaction. The population of this study is all employees at PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Bogor-Jakarta which pledges ± 550 people. The research data is derived from the results of the questionnaire distribution directly. Questionnaires distributed to employees as many as 55 people using accidental sampling technique. The study method used explanatory research to explain the causal relationship between the variables in a model through hypothesis test. This study aims to determine the effect of trust and risk perception on online purchasing decisions and the influence of price perception as a moderator variable on trust, risk perception, and online purchasing decisions. The analysis method used is PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling) with a sample of 100 respondents. The results show that trust has a positive effect on online purchasing decisions and perceived risk has a negative effect on online purchasing decisions. Perceived price as a moderating variable weakens the influence of trust on online purchasing decisions but it does not have an influence on the relationship between risk perception and online buying decisions.Keywords: trust, perceived risk, perceived price, purchase decision

The management is required to always introspect condition of the company, especially in terms of financialnya, because it holds the key to life and death of the company. The condition that the company should always be monitored, can be done by analyzing the financial statements themselves, which generally consist of a balance sheet and income statement. Through the analysis of the financial statements can be found successful achievement of achievement demonstrated by the absence of a healthy financial statements, which is the basis of performance appraisal or part of the existing work in the company.Used in this study to analyze the financial statements is Du Pont, aims to determine the state of Indigenous Village Credit Institutions Bangkang Baktiseraga which was done by measuring the financial performance. Analysis of Du Pont is one of the techniques that are thorough financial analysis, management can determine the level of efficiency of capital use. Financial performance results obtained from the calculation of Return on Assets and Return on Equity from year to year decline, but is still in good health as above average standard of Bank Indonesia. Village Credit Institutions should determine the condition of future performance in order to be a better performance than the previous year and the profit achieved will also be maximized. The condition that the company should always be monitored, can be done by analyzing the financial statements themselves, which generally consist of a balance sheet and income statement. Through the analysis of the financial statements can be found successful achievement of achievement demonstrated by the absence of a healthy financial statements, which is the basis of performance appraisal or part of the existing work in the company.Used in this study to analyze the financial statements is Du Pont, aims to determine the state of Indigenous Village Credit Institutions Bangkang Baktiseraga which was done by measuring the financial performance. Analysis of Du Pont is one of the techniques that are thorough financial analysis, management can determine the level of efficiency of capital use. Financial performance results obtained from the calculation of Return on Assets and Return on Equity from year to year decline, but is still in good health as above average standard of Bank Indonesia. Village Credit Institutions should determine the condition of future performance in order to be a better performance than the previous year and the profit achieved will also be maximized. Traditionally, mall developers have tried to attract consumers through store diversity and availability of products in one place (one-stop shopping concept). But now, consumer market is more segmented. To obtain customer loyalty, mall must be able to attract unique motives and experiential needs, not just offering a shopping place that provides complete items at attractive prices. This paper aims to answer a major challenges in the success of the mall to attract visitors on the online shopping trends. Data were collected using questionnaires to mall visitors in Jakarta. A sample of 380 was analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression. This study suggests that physical shopping centers must be create a new atmosphere to attract different segments. hopping malls must provide different concepts and create new experiences that consumers can’t get in online purchases.
