Fuzzy Multi-attribute Decision Making Methods Based on Improved Set Pair Analysis 基于改进集对分析的模糊多属性决策方法

In view of the problem that attribute value is given in the form of interval number in the fuzzy multiple attribute decision making, comprehensive ideal scheme decision method based on set pair analysis is adopted to make decision. The method extend the application range of set pair analysis from accurate real number domain to fuzzy interval number field. In the condition of uncertain circumstances, set pairs between two interval numbers consists of every scheme and positive ideal scheme and negative ideal scheme are analysed. Connection numbers are obtained and fuzzy multiple attribute decision making is implemented according to the criterion y. Simulation results show that the proposed method is an effective tool to handle uncertain information and solve the fuzzy multiple attribute question.
针对模糊多属性决策中属性值以区间数形式给出的问题,采用基于集对分析的综合理想方案决策方法进行决策。该方法将集对分析的应用范围从精确实数域扩展到模糊区间数域。在不确定情况下,两个区间数之间的集合对由所有格式组成,并分析了正理想格式和负理想格式。仿真结果表明,该方法是处理不确定信息和解决模糊多属性问题的有效工具。

A Missing Data Imputation Algorithm in Wireless Sensor Network Based on Minimized Similarity Distortion 一种基于最小相似度失真的无线传感器网络缺失数据输入算法

This paper presents a novel wireless sensor network data imputation algorithm based on minimized similarity distortion (MSD). Firstly, the MSD algorithm considers attributes of the sensor datasets besides spatial and temporal to achieve complete dimensional data segmentations. It improves the problem of ignoring both the relationship of different attributes and the similar details in local data area. After that, it computes the distance between data units to get the k-nearest neighbors of the data units with missing values. For every missing value, MSD gives K preliminary predictive values with linear regression. Finally, MSD take the weighted K values as the final predictive values. Experimental results on real public wireless sensor data sets are provided to illustrate the efficiency and the robustness of the proposed algorithm.

Analysis of Chaotic Behavior Based on Phase Space Reconstruction Methods 基于相空间重构方法的混沌行为分析

The methods of phase space reconstruction used on chaotic time series analysis can realized the chaotic model, it help us to figure out the parameters of chaotic system. We give ways of how to select the parameters of time delay value and embedding dimension in phase space reconstruction, also we select the duffing oscillator system to analysis the different parameters influence on chaotic system, the numeric analysis prove that the phase space reconstruction method can recover the chaotic model parameters, if select appropriate embedding dimension and delay time, the remodeling results can reflect the dynamic characteristics of the original signal.

Study of Universal Constants of Bifurcation in a Chaotic Sine Map 混沌正弦映射分岔的通用常数研究

The symmetry breaking bifurcation of a sine map is discussed when the control parameter in the sine map is chosen as a bifurcation parameter. Based on the sine map, the bifurcation points can be derived by the iterative map. Then, the stability of the system is enhanced by employing a cubic and a linear chaotic controller to exactly control the locations of the bifurcation points. Moreover, the universal constants of the chaotic system have been obtained by numerical simulation. The validity of the theoretical analysis is proved by the diagrams of bifurcation and Lyapunov exponent.

Fuzzy SMC Based on Power Reaching Law with Variable Universe for Servo System 基于变域功率逼近律的模糊SMC伺服系统

To decrease the influence of friction on control accuracy of electro-optical tracking servo system, the fuzzy sliding mode control (SMC) with variable universe was put forward. Firstly, based on the LuGre friction model, a sliding mode controller with power reaching law was set up, Then, to relieve the chattering problem, the fuzzy method with variable universe was used to adjust the plus of the sliding mode controller, Finally, the simulation experiment was put up to compare control accuracy of these two controllers. The simulation results show that the fuzzy sliding mode controller with variable universe not only improves the tracking accuracy, but also relieves the chattering problem substantially.

Research on Case Representation Method Based on Image Information 基于图像信息的案例表示方法研究

According to the fact that it's more likely to consider the image as the field of knowledge, and the image has the features of intuitivism, ample content, no language limited and convenient for communicating internationally, this article use the case-based reasoning method to decrease the difficulty of obtaining the knowledge, and then propose the case representation method based on image information. We have studied the RGB color model and HSV color model, and then discuss the conversion formula between them. What's more, we have studied the method of extracting the image color characteristics as image case attributes' description, make a model of image case, and then make a case representation on the forest fire early warning image.

Fault Diagnosis of Railway Rolling Stock Based on SOUPA Ontology 基于SOUPA本体的铁路车辆故障诊断

Based on SOUPA ontology, Description Logic reasoner is adopted in fault diagnosis for railway rolling stock. Condition analyzer which performs on-board fault detection and classification for Our system is engineered to run on embedded devices that meet stringent railway regulations for on-board deployment, and thus it witnesses the feasibility of ontology-based approaches for the implementation of intelligent information systems even in contexts where memory and processing resources come at a premium.

Design of a Novel Portable ECG Monitor for Heart Health 一种新型便携式心电监护仪的设计

Using the ECG analog front-end and ARM Cortex-M3 processor to develop a portable ECG monitor. The STM32 as the core unit, the ADS1292 as the acquisition analog front-end, it also includes a touch screen display module, an SD card storage module and a voltage conversion module. Automatic ECG analysis algorithms including QRS complex detection, QRS width detection and ST segment detection. ECG can be divided into four kinds of heart beat and eight kinds of arrhythmia rhythm using the extracted ECG parameters. The results have been evaluated on the MIT-BIH Arrhythmia Database, the sensitivity of QRS complex detection was 99% and the sensitivity of heart beat classification was above 95%. The monitor can display the real-time ECG waveform and the current heart rate, to make recommendations for the subjects, and it stored the abnormal ECG waveform that provided to physicians for further analysis and diagnosis. Ultimately the monitor gives a composite score based on heart rate, arrhythmia and ST segment to facilitate subjects for heart health.

Application of BP Neural Networks to Testing the Reasonableness of Flood Season Staging BP神经网络在汛期分期合理性检验中的应用

Flood season staging scientifically and reasonably can coordinate the relationship of reservoir of flood control and beneficial use, and realize flood resource sustainable utilization. At present, there are many methods of flood season staging, but the results reasonableness testing are remained to be done. In this paper, on the basis of Projection Pursuit (PP) and Set Pair Analysis (SPA) introductions, use the Panjiakou reservoir in Luan River basin as example, divide the flood season with the two methods, and simulate the results with back propagation neural networks (BPNN), use the errors of simulation results as indexes, analyze and contrast the results of the two methods. The result shows that the model is reasonable, it brings up a new idea to test the reasonableness of division of flood season.
科学合理的汛期分期可以协调水库防洪与有益利用的关系,实现洪水资源的可持续利用。目前,汛期分期的方法很多,但结果的合理性还有待检验。本文在投影寻踪法(Projection Pursuit, PP)和集对分析法(Set Pair Analysis, SPA)介绍的基础上,以滦河流域潘家口水库为例,用这两种方法对汛期进行划分,并利用反向传播神经网络(back propagation neural network, BPNN)对结果进行模拟,以模拟结果的误差为指标,对两种方法的结果进行分析对比。结果表明,该模型是合理的,为检验汛期划分的合理性提供了一种新的思路。

At present, there are many methods of flood season staging, but the results reasonableness testing are remained to be done. In this paper, on the basis of Projection Pursuit (PP) and Set Pair Analysis (SPA) introductions, use the Panjiakou reservoir in Luan River basin as example, divide the flood season with the two methods, and simulate the results with back propagation neural networks (BPNN), use the errors of simulation results as indexes, analyze and contrast the results of the two methods. A Sensor Network-Based Intelligent Control System for Traffic Safe Distance 基于传感器网络的交通安全距离智能控制系统

This paper analyzed the causes of highway traffic accidents on foggy days, and concluded that the main cause is driver's failure to keep enough safe driving distance. A safety transportation mathematical model was established, taking safe distance and running speed as the major parameter. The adoption of laser ranging device in measuring distance, combined with the sensor network control warning method on highway guardrail ensured vehicle anti-collision in foggy days. The vehicle detector sensor was equipped at guardrail intervals, which were connected with controller using conducting wires, forming a closed physical network. This dual detector constitutes a valid intelligent control system for traffic safe distance. The practice shows that it is an effective intelligent traffic safety distance control system which has good real-time performance and accuracy and sends a timely alarm in dangerous cases.
本文对雾天公路交通事故的原因进行了分析,认为驾驶员未能保持足够的安全行驶距离是造成雾天公路交通事故的主要原因。建立了以安全距离和运行速度为主要参数的安全运输数学模型。采用激光测距装置测量距离,结合传感器网络控制的公路护栏预警方法,保证雾天车辆防撞。车辆检测传感器设置在护栏间隔,用导线与控制器连接,形成封闭的物理网络。这种双探测器构成了一种有效的交通安全距离智能控制系统。实践表明,它是一种有效的智能交通安全距离控制系统,具有良好的实时性和准确性,在发生危险情况时能及时报警。
