The Research of Concessionaire Selection Based on an Improved Lowest Tariff Decision Model 基于改进最低电价决策模型的特许经营者选择研究

BOT projects have been widely used in the past twenty years in the construction of infrastructure projects. Choosing a suitable concessionaire is the key of the project. Based on Particle Swarm Optimization, The study develops an improved lowest tariff decision model for choosing the best concessionaire. The model and algorithm demonstrate with a numerical example of a toll expressway BOT project. The solution derived from the concessionaire decision model can be helpful to develop infrastructure projects by BOT concession successfully.

Acoustic Characteristics of Male and Female Voice in Mongolian Traditional Folk Long Song 蒙古族传统民间长歌男声与女声的声学特征

The Mongolian folk song is the most exquisite and typical cultural form and the artistic demonstration of the Mongolian's way of survival as well. Therefore, research on Mongolian folk songs is sure to enrich the arts treasury of all human beings. On the basis of traditional phonetics and with Mongolian long-tune as the study object, this paper analyzes the parameters we've got by the means of experimental phonetics, experiment equipment and voice function analysis software. As a consequence, we come to know the acoustic characteristics of male and female voice and get a large amount of physical and psychological parameter, which can play an active part in the exploit and protection of the long song and create a new research field.
蒙古族民歌是蒙古族最精致、最典型的文化形式,也是蒙古族生存方式的艺术展示。因此,对蒙古族民歌的研究必将丰富全人类的艺术宝库。本文在传统语音学的基础上,以蒙古长调为研究对象,通过实验语音学、实验设备和语音功能分析软件等手段,对所得到的参数进行了分析。由此,我们了解了男声和女声的声学特征,获得了大量的生理和心理参数,对长歌的开发和保护起到了积极的作用,开辟了一个新的研究领域。

A Proposed Architecture for Building NFC Tag Services 构建NFC标签服务的建议架构

In recent years, there are various smart phones equipping with NFC (Near Field Communication), which motivates developers to create new and innovative applications. Especially, the combination of NFC smart phones with the NFC tags that can store small amounts of data makes possible variety of business opportunities. The current paper presents an architecture for building NFC tag services, where developers, as well as service providers can make their own applications and NFC tags. The architecture contains an application framework and an NFC tag management platform. The benefit of the framework is that the technological details are hidden from the application developers thus they can focus only on the proper implementation of the business logic and the user interface. And the NFC tag management platform is proposed to implement uniform management of NFC tag data.

Describe and Analyze the Human Silhouette Based on Codebook Designing Algorithm 基于码本设计算法的人体轮廓描述与分析

The silhouette is a good way to express human area and the motion information. This paper describes a method of human detection based on human's silhouette, the main content is that to create the shape vector of the moving object firstly, then to classify the human from other objects using the codebook designed. The experiments showed that this method could produce good results.

For the development and operating efficiency of Web applications based on the Model-View-Controller (MVC) framework, and, according to the actual business environment and needs in the project practice, the framework of Web application system is studied in this paper. Through the research of Spring MVC framework and Mybatis framework as well as some related core techniques, combined with JSP and JSTL technology, this paper realizes the design of a lightweight Web application framework based on Spring MVC and Mybatis.

An Applied Study on WPT in Denoising Torpedo Magnetic Fuze Signal 小波变换在鱼雷磁引信去噪中的应用研究

Torpedo fuze signal denoising is an important action to ensure reliable operation of fuze. Based on the good characteristics of wavelet packet transform (WPT) in signal denoising, the paper used wavelet packet transform to denoise the magnetic fuze signal under a complex background interference, and a simulation of the denoising results with Mat lab is performed. Simulation result shows that the WPT denoising method can effectively eliminate background noise existed in torpedo magnetic fuze target signal with higher precision and less distortion, leading to advance the reliability of torpedo magnetic fuze operation.
鱼雷引信信号去噪是保证引信可靠工作的重要环节。基于小波包变换在信号去噪方面的良好特性,本文利用小波包变换对复杂背景干扰下的磁引信信号进行去噪,并利用Mat lab对去噪结果进行了仿真。仿真结果表明,WPT去噪方法能有效消除鱼雷磁引信目标信号中存在的背景噪声,具有较高的精度和较小的失真,提高了鱼雷磁引信工作的可靠性。

Evaluation of Feature Extraction Methods for Face Recognition 人脸识别中特征提取方法的评价

Feature operators can transform raw pixel values of an image into a representation better suited to the later processing and classification steps in the face recognition system. In this paper, we evaluate the performance of 6 feature extraction methods, i.e., Local Binary Patterns, Histograms of Oriented Gradients, Scale Invariant Feature Transform, Speed-Up Robust Features, Fully Affine SIFT and Gabor features. Each feature was tested on 3 face databases of Yale, ORL and UMIST. The experimental recognition rate and matching time are given and compared to indicate different preferential features for different application conditions. ASIFT has the best result in recognition rate while SURF outperforms others in matching time.

A Method for Prediction of Acute Hypotensive Episodes in ICU via PSO and K-Means 基于PSO和K-Means预测ICU急性低血压发作的方法

At present many hospitals have to deal with the patient's care and nursing for Acute Hypotensive Episodes (AHE) in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). But the prediction of clinical AHE largely depends on the doctor's experience. It is meaningful for clinical care if we can use appropriate methods to predict the AHE in advance and automatically. In this paper, we propose a method to predict the AHE that uses the particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm to optimize the initial cluster centers of K-means which extracts the features of patient's mean arterial blood pressure (MAP). Then these features extracted from K-means coupled with the average of a sequence of MAP signal are classified with the support vector machine (SVM). We classified 2863 records, and the best accuracy achieved for the prediction based on the method proposed in this work was 81.2% (sensitivity=83.2% and specificity=80.4%).

Mathematical Model and Simulation for Motion of Underwater Vehicle 水下航行器运动的数学模型与仿真

Based on features of vertical launching underwater, the kinematics model and dynamics model for underwater motion of vehicle were established by the theorem of centroid movement and the moment theorem. The mathematical model was simulated numerically with the ODE solver of MATLAB. And the result was the velocity and attitude angle of vehicle in the underwater motion.

Pattern matching is a fundamental application text retrieval, string query, biological sequence analysis, etc. Therefore, the effective algorithm performing this kind of matching is in great need. In this paper, the wildcard is defines to match any one character in a sequence. Multiple wildcards form a gap. The length of a flexible gap is arbitrary. We design CLPM algorithm by use of cross list index structure to realize pattern matching with flexible wildcard gaps. The preprocessing algorithm is designed to initialize cross list so as to reduce searching space. In CLPM algorithm, the effective intervals is defined and computed based on the start positions of each sub pattern in each string, which help to obtain matching result set. Moreover, the approximate pattern matching is converted to short extract pattern matching. The contrast experiments are done based on DBLP tile data set. The results show that CLMP algorithm has better performance in the same fields.
