Application of RBF Neural Network PID Controller in the Rectification Column Temperature Control System RBF神经网络PID控制器在精馏塔温度控制系统中的应用

The temperature control of the rectification column is an important part of distillation process control system. For the time-delay and parameter time-varying characteristics in rectification column temperature control system, it puts forward neural network self-tuning PID controller method which combines the advantages of traditional PID control and neural network radial basis function (RBF). From the simulation experiment results it shows that RBF neural network PID controller gets much better control effect, and it verifies the effectiveness of the proposed method.
精馏塔温度控制是精馏过程控制系统的重要组成部分。针对精馏塔温度控制系统的时滞和参数时变特性,结合传统PID控制和神经网络径向基函数(RBF)的优点,提出了神经网络自整定PID控制器方法。仿真实验结果表明,RBF神经网络PID控制器取得了较好的控制效果,验证了所提方法的有效性。

Adaptive Algorithm for Adjusting Weights in Multiple Attributes Group Decision Making 多属性群决策中权重调整的自适应算法

This paper studies weight adjustment in multiple attributes group decision making model. Firstly, the attribute weights respectively calculated by methods of AHP and entropy are optimized based on objective programming model. Secondly, the initial weights of decision-makers are updated by the grey correlation degree between the individual decision results and the group decision results. Furtherly, the group decision results are updated. Then the weight-adjusting is continued on the basis of the new group decision results. Based on 2-Norm Minkowski measure, the steady weights of decision-makers and final results of the group are gotten with the process of adjustment. Finally, a numerical example to evaluate wind power equipment supplier shows the feasibility and practicability of the proposed algorithm.
研究了多属性群决策模型中的权值调整问题。首先,在目标规划模型的基础上,对分别采用层次分析法和熵法计算的属性权重进行优化;其次,利用个体决策结果与群体决策结果之间的灰色关联度来更新决策者的初始权值;此外,还更新了群决策结果。然后根据新的群决策结果继续进行权重调整。基于2-Norm Minkowski测度,在调整过程中得到决策者的稳定权重和群体的最终结果。最后,以风电设备供应商评估为例,验证了该算法的可行性和实用性。

A Revised MCU-Assisted GPR Site Sampling Method and Its Application in Karst Development Detection 一种改进的微控制器辅助GPR现场采样方法及其在岩溶发育探测中的应用

In modern geophysical prospecting, GPR has been more and more widely used due to its accuracy and high efficiency. However, different site conditions and a rather strict demand for equal-distance reminding actually set limits on the traditional application method of GPR. In solving this problem, a new MCU-controlled equal-distance reminding device has been designed to form a new site sampling platform. With the reduction of the difficulties in equal-distance reminding as well as technical distortions, a revised more practical MCU-assisted GPR site sampling method has formed. The practical application case proves this method more efficient. Compared to the traditional method, the new one improves the sampling accuracy, diminishes positioning inaccuracy from movement and reduces limits set by the environment. In all, this new sampling method eases the process of detecting underground karst caves and improves the accuracy.

Application in Effort Estimation of Collaborative Filtering 协同过滤在工作量估计中的应用

Accurate project effort prediction is an important goal for the software engineering community. To date most work has focused upon building algorithmic models of effort, for example COCOMO. These can be calibrated to local environments. An approach to estimation effort based upon analogy researched in the paper. Collaborative Filtering has been developed in information retrieval researchers successfully which recommends items based on other user's reference in historical data set. Effort estimation based on Collaborative Filtering is researched. The similar projects set are found from historical projects set using the method for document similarity, and then effort is estimated using the weighted sum of the efforts in k-nearest neighbors. The method is applied in an experimental case to evaluate the effort estimation, and the result shows the accuracy of estimation may arrive to 90%.

The Data Location in Emotional Physiological Reaction Experiments: Based on Data Cross-Correlation Analysis 情绪生理反应实验中的数据定位:基于数据互相关分析

In emotional physiological reaction experiments, to pinpoint the physiological signals which contain reliable emotional physiological responses is significant for subsequent emotion analysis and recognition. Combined with the continuous emotional rating method, this article uses random matrix theory to analyze the cross-correlation of some pulse physiological signals which are collected from more than 100 ordinary university students about happy, anger, fear and sadness four kinds of emotions. By this method, we attain the precise location of these physiological signal segments with reliable emotional responses in complete physiological signals, to ensure the data validity of subsequent affective computing.

Text Sentiment Analysis Algorithm Optimization and Platform Development in Social Network 社交网络中文本情感分析算法优化与平台开发

The sentiment information implied in the content of Social Networking Services (SNS) is of great technical and social significance, which has attracted a lot of researchers in different fields. Chinese text sentiment analysis is still in its starting stage, and most of the previous sentiment analysis algorithms are either inaccurate or inefficient. The purpose of this paper is to propose an algorithm performing well in both accuracy and efficiency, and apply it into a real time platform. A sentiment analysis algorithm on Chinese micro-blog content is introduced firstly, which achieves an outstanding accuracy but performs badly in efficiency. Then we optimize it with three strategies: data structure optimization, query strategy optimization, and parallel optimization. The experiment shows these strategies are very effective and the optimized algorithm is over 100 times more efficient than the basic algorithm. Based on the optimized algorithm, a text sentiment analysis platform is developed for real time sentiment. The platform offers two main functions including text sentiment analysis and user sentiment timeline. The results are outputted through a group of open APIs, which can be revoked by other developers and reduces their development costs. As a whole, the platform performs well on responding rate, capacity of concurrent users, stability and expandability.

Real-Time Interactive Volume Rendering of Complex Electromagnetic Environment Based on CUDA 基于CUDA的复杂电磁环境实时交互体绘制

Electromagnetic environment is becoming more and more complex in modern battlefield. Using direct volume rendering to describe it is helpful for the commanders to understand the electromagnetic situation. To realize the volume rendering of electromagnetic environment data, the work in this paper uses ray casting algorithm rendering the electromagnetic environment sample data, with the analyzing and solving of the ray correction problem when the sample data are transformed between different coordinate systems. To improve the rendering efficiency, the CUDA is used to speed up the data updating and rendering. The experiment results show that the complex electromagnetic environment can be rendered in real time with the using of CUDA, and the electromagnetic situation information can be clearly displayed with real-time interaction.

GPS Single Point Positioning Algorithm Based on Least Squares 基于最小二乘的GPS单点定位算法

In our daily life, we need to get the accurate location information by GPS(Global Positioning System) receiver, GPS system is based on pseudo-range measurement, and there is four unknown parameter, but the navigation observation equation is nonlinear. The nonlinear equation can be solved by least squares iterative algorithm, the algorithm is based on linearization by Taylor model. The paper gives an overview of nonlinear least squares method, and presents GPS satellite pseudo-range observation equations by true GPS receiver, the simulation results show that weighted least squares iterative algorithm is simple, fast, and accurate, the localization error can meet the demands of positioning accuracy.

Mass Information Index Design Based on MapReduce 基于MapReduce的海量信息索引设计

With the rapid development of social informatization, there is a lot of new data generated every day, the focus of the IT industry is how to quickly find out the information you need. Inverted index based on MapReduce technology can achieve rapid retrieval, and it is a common index structure in the index engine information retrieval systems. At the same time, mass data need to be in a distributed platform for storage and processing, the corresponding file inverted index structure also needs to be run in a distributed platform, and MapReduce is currently the most common used technology of inverted index structure. Mass information index based on MapReduce is quicker, more convenient and suitable than the traditional index.

Research for Increasing Accuracy of IEEE1588 Protocol in the VLAN 提高VLAN中IEEE1588协议精度的研究

IEEE1588 precision time protocol (PTP) is a time synchronization protocol that is specially designed for measurement and control field. It is widely used in many fields for high clock synchronization precision, strong stability, low cost etc. In this paper, we study how to make full use of VLAN tag field to improve PTP packets forwarding priority in the second layer switch supporting VLAN, so can reduce jitter and error caused by PTP packets in the network transmission and implement nanosecond precision.
IEEE1588精确时间协议(PTP)是一种专门为测控领域设计的时间同步协议。它具有时钟同步精度高、稳定性强、成本低等优点,被广泛应用于许多领域。本文研究如何在支持VLAN的第二层交换机上充分利用VLAN tag字段来提高PTP报文的转发优先级,从而减少PTP报文在网络传输中产生的抖动和误差,实现纳秒级精度。
