Mechanical characteristic of capacitive pressure sensors supported by curb beam 路缘梁支撑电容式压力传感器的力学特性

Starting with variable gap capacitive sensor, and based on the reliability analysis of manufacture, a rectangular membrane sensor array is presented with a P+ beam on its backside as the supported and etch stop layer. With this bearing structure, the reliability and applicability of the pressure sensitive cell is therefore improved. The finite element method (FEM) is adopted to calculate the mechanical characteristic of the configuration that mentioned above and to analysis influence of the beam's dimension on the performance of the sensor. The practical fabrication process is conceived in the end.

Research on digital grating vibration sensor 数字光栅振动传感器的研究

Digital grating sensor of vibration measurement is a pattern of geophone, which picks up seismic signals with grating vibrator. Along with the request of higher precision method to identify more complex geological targets, higher precision and accurate information of oil reservoirs underground must be provided through geophysical technologies for reservoirs prospecting and developing. By digital grating sensor of vibration measurement, mechanical vibrating signal of the seismic wave can be transformed into light modulating signal - moire fringes, and then converts by photoelectric element to digital electrical signal. The sensor samples the signal by counting the numbers of the moire fringes, which may prevent quality of the output data from being influenced by electric circuits, and the packaging technology is also simplified. The working principle, theoretical arithmetic, configuration design, test method and acquired data by digital grating sensor are presented in the paper.

In this paper, a data mining algorithm based on rough set theory (RS) is discussed, which is used to extract decision-making rule from data set. The basic concepts of RS are introduced and used in the algorithm. An example that uses the algorithm to acquire designing rule from the knowledge database of relay expert system is discussed in the paper.

R-T relation of SnO/sub 2/-Ag thin film in temperature pulsed operation mode 温度脉冲工作模式下SnO/sub 2/-Ag薄膜的R-T关系

The SnO/sub 2/-Ag thin film was prepared by magnetron sputtering on the Si-based membrane substrate embedded with a platinum micro heater. The sensitive properties of the film to H/sub 2/S were investigated, and the R-T relation was measured in temperature pulsed operation mode and in simple temperature ramp mode in order to understand the sensitive properties. The results are used to discuss the effect of Ag additive on the R-T relation and sensitive properties of the film. The variation of film resistance shows that the silver promotes the chemical processes on the surface of films. The R-T relation measured in temperature pulsed operation mode can be used to understand the sensing properties of SnO/sub 2/-Ag film.

An image recognition method based on multiple BP neural networks fusion 基于多个BP神经网络融合的图像识别方法

With respect to the limitation of the image recognition method by single BP neural network, a new method based on multiple BP neural networks with D-S theory is proposed. By using this method to synthesize each image recognition result of single BP neural network, we can improve the performance of the image recognition. The results of the computer simulation and experiment show that the new method is effective.
针对单一BP神经网络图像识别方法的局限性,结合D-S理论,提出了一种基于多个BP神经网络的图像识别方法。利用该方法对单个BP神经网络的各个图像识别结果进行综合,可以提高图像识别的性能。计算机仿真和实验结果表明,该方法是有效的。

Pose estimation of human body based on silhouette images 基于轮廓图像的人体姿态估计

A method for articulated-pose identification from the silhouette of a human body is presented in this paper. First the method employs an energy function to extract a dummy skeleton of a human body from the silhouette, and then estimates the position of the joints by the knowledge of anthropotomy and three rules given by the standard human skeleton model. The three rules can help us to judge whether a point on the skeleton is a joint or not. The experimental results show that, the method is effective. It requires no any additional restrictions on the motion and color of a human body. Meantime the method is robust against the noise in the silhouette. Especially it has good performance in the case of complicated background.

Profibus automation technology and its application in DP slave development Profibus自动化技术及其在DP从机开发中的应用

According to ISO/OSI preference model, the structure of the communication protocol of Profibus-DP is described first, as well as the data transfer technology of physical layer, the message format of data link layer and various application criterions of user interface. Based on the results of the analysis, the structure of the hardware system is presented. In accordance with the state machine of the Profibus-DP system, the workflow of the software running on the DP master and DP slave is described. In addition, a design scheme on how to develop intelligent slaves based on Profibus-DP is put forward. The results of the research work provide a solution for constructing a Profibus-DP system according to user demands.

Adaptive synchronization and parameter identification for a unified chaotic system 统一混沌系统的自适应同步与参数辨识

Based on Lyapunov stability theory, a novel adaptive controller is designed for a unified chaotic system. Parameters identification and synchronization of the chaotic system can be carried out simultaneously. Simulation results with different parameters show the effectiveness of the proposed controller.

Application of embedded system in information acquisition 嵌入式系统在信息采集中的应用

Information chain consists of information acquisition, information processing, information transmission and information application. Compared with the other three technologies, information acquisition has dropped far behind and is becoming a bottleneck for the rapid development of the time. Embedded system has been successfully applied in industrial automation, communication system, wireless communication, Internet, consumer electronic and other fields that contact toughly with information processing, information transmission and information application. It is the outcome of development of the information chain's back-end link, if applied into information acquisition, there should be sound effects. The paper does some try to apply embedded system into information acquisition. This can contribute to the development of information acquisition.

The accelerometer and tilt sensor based on natural convection gas pendulum 基于自然对流气体摆的加速度计和倾斜传感器

It is discovered that the natural convection gas has the pendulum characteristic, which leads to the introduction of the new concept of gas pendulum. In this paper, the buoyancy lift of natural convection gas is analyzed in a hermetic chamber, and the relationship between the buoyancy lift and the change of temperature is formulated. The experimental results have shown that the gas pendulum can be utilized to sense the acceleration and the tilt angle similar to the solid pendulum and liquid pendulum.
