This research is motivated by a phenomenon of student delinquency that has lately become increasingly worrying, such as: inter-student brawls, free association among adolescents, drug abuse and so on, from which teachers, especially Islamic religious education teachers have a duty and role to improve student Islamic behavior. The results of this paper indicate that: 1) efforts made by Islamic Religious Education teachers; 2) method of Coaching student morals carried out by teachers; 3) supporting factors in moral coaching, and 4) factors that inhibit moral development.

This research was conducted to provide answers and assertiveness of all assumptions regarding the effect of principal managerial competence and teacher professional competence on teacher performance. To achieve these objectives, the researchers used quantitative research methods. The data were collected by questionnaires, observation, and documentation. The purposive random sampling is conducted that 199 participants from 449 population participated in this study. The location of the research was at Public Elementary School of Kayuagung District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. The results obtained from this study are 1) there is a positive and significant influence of principal managerial competence on teacher performance; 2) there is a positive and significant influence on teacher professional competence on teacher performance; 3) Simultaneously the principal managerial competence and teacher professional competence have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance.

The research aims at providing a complete and clear description about the school infrastructure and learning motivation effects on the students’ learning outcomes at public junior high school (SMPN) 6 Mesuji Raya, both partially and simultaneously. The method used in the implementation and reporting of this research is descriptive quantitative. The techniques of collecting the data were through questionnaires, observation, and documentation. The research data were obtained properly. The results achieved from the research that has been done are 1) there found a positive and significant influence of school infrastructure on students’ learning outcomes; 2) there found a positive and significant influence of learning motivation on students’ learning outcomes; and 3) School infrastructure and learning motivation provide the positive and significant effect on students’ learning outcomes at SMP Negeri 6 Mesuji Raya. The joint effect is in the quite high category.

The research was conducted with the aim of 1) knowing and describing the influence of the school environment on teacher professionalism in SMP Negeri Kertapati District; 2) knowing and describing the effect of teacher work motivation on teacher professionalism in SMP Negeri Kertapati District, and 3) knowing the effect of the school environment and teacher work motivation on teacher professionalism in SMP Negeri Kertapati District. The type of research is quantitative research. This study concludes that 1) There is an effect of the school environment on the professionalism of teachers in SMP Negeri Kertapati District, Palembang; 2) There is an effect of teacher work motivation on teacher professionalism in SMP Negeri Kertapati District, Palembang; and 3) There is an influence of the school environment and work motivation on the professionalism of teachers in SMP Negeri Kertapati District, Palembang.
