Academic Supervision of Madrasah’s Headmaster in Efforts to Improve Teachers ‘Professionalism in MAN 1 Musi Banyuasin 伊斯兰学校校长的学术监督,提高曼一音乐班教师的专业素养

This study aims to identify and describe the aspects that are supervised by the head of Madrasah in an effort to help improve teacher professionalism, approaches to academic supervision, academic supervision techniques, describe the steps of academic supervision, describe the problems faced in supervision. academics by the principal in an effort to help efforts to help improve teacher professionalism at MAN 1 Musi Banyuasin in teaching. This study uses a qualitative method. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation and documentation. Data were analyzed using interview analysis techniques, observation and documentation. The results show that it shows that the teachers are already good at teaching but must be even more active in using ICT in information and communication technology in learning to improve their professionalism as professional teachers. Either with professional improvement training or training held by the Ministry of Religion or the head of madrasah. Because a teacher who is said to be a professional is a teacher who meets standard requirements in terms of academics, competence, profession, and performance as a teacher.

The Influence of School Climate on Strengthening Student Character Education in SMP Baturaja Timur District 巴图拉加·帖木儿地区SMP学校氛围对加强学生品格教育的影响

This reseach aimed to determine, describe, and analyze the effect of school climate on strengthening character education of the students at Junior High Schools in East Baturaja District. The approach of the research was quantitative research. The population of this study was teachers of State Junior High Schools in East Baturaja District. The samples were taken through a purposive sampling technique as many as 152 people. The data collecting in this research using the questioner. Data were analyzed using the SPSS v.21 program. The results of this study suggest that there is a climate influence on character education. The results of this study showed that there was an effect of school climate on character education. This research is hoped to be useful for making school policy in improving the school climate and students' character education.
本研究旨在确定、描述并分析学校氛围对东巴图拉加区初中学生加强品格教育的影响。研究的方法是定量研究。本研究的研究对象是东巴图拉贾区州立初中的教师。这些样本是通过有目的的抽样技术采集的,多达152人。本研究的数据收集使用了提问者。数据分析采用SPSS v.21程序。本研究结果显示,气候对品格教育有影响。本研究结果显示,学校氛围对品格教育有影响。希望本研究能为学校政策的制定提供参考,以改善学校风气,促进学生的品格教育。

The District Education Offices in Improving the Quality of Education Junior High School in Pedamaran District 区教育办公室在提高佩达马兰区初中教育质量中的作用

This study aims to describe the strategic challenges and solutions in the face challenges in improving the quality of education junior high school in Pedamaran District. The qualitative approach was used in this research with interviews, documentation, and observation as data collecting techniques. The research results found that department of education has strategy to improve the quality of education junior high school in Pedamaran District has been good enough. Improving the quality of school can be described as being two challenges is structurally and culturally. First, freeing the students and teachers to find sources of additional learning. Second, controlling the students' absence, reproof or a real action, to bring the parents of students to school, home visit, the establishment of the budget as the need more urgent, and always it established cooperation with other sides parties.
