The current research is aimed at studying the relationship between trait anxiety and intolerance of uncertainty, with its both facets: the inhibitory and the prospective anxiety and to establish whether or not the general self-efficacy plays a mediating role between the trait-anxiety and intolerance of uncertainty. Results show that a partial mediation takes part when general self-efficacy mediates the relationship between the intolerance of uncertainty, inhibitory anxiety, but a limited mediation when general selfefficacy interferes in the relationship between the trait-anxiety and intolerance of uncertainty, perspective anxiety. The main benefit of this paper is to demystify the impact of self-efficacy especially in unexpected, unknown situations, such as the COVID-19 pandemic.

: The perception can be directed to a specific target, so as to result in a uniform interpretation of any message, textual or transmitted through the image, by "media bombardment". In the context of the negative collective perception of Russia, we have analyzed the effects of a simple farce. The psycho-sociological experiment based on this farse shows how perception is strongly altered by the context: people can no longer observe even the obvious details. Thus, it can be demonstrated how the “media bombardment” influences perception, in the paradigm of emotional communication.

Starting with 2016, the Constitutional Court of Romania issued a series of decisions whereby it repeatedly established that the interference of intelligence services in a criminal prosecution is not allowed, so that the evidence obtained with the help of these structures cannot be used in criminal proceedings, being affected by absolute nullity. This article summarizes the most relevant decisions of the constitutional court in this matter, as well as the recent practice of the High Court of Cassation and Justice, which we hope will signal other courts to ensure unitary jurisprudence at the national level.

Photovoice is a participatory technique used in sociology for presenting research results in form of visual stories. It can be a valuable tool to increase awareness and participation of citizens in local-based processes related to environmental education. This paper highlights some advantages of using photovoice as a visual participatory technique in improving environmental education, exploring some evidences from recent literature and presenting a case study conducted in Brasov, Romania. The case study is an example of how photovoice can be successfully used in working with social science students, in order to improve their professional skills for promoting local-based environmental education initiatives.

The objective of this paper work is to try to formulate an analysis identifying whether there is an influence on the part of the European Union in the Middle East, specifically in Israel. If we take into account the region in which the state of Israel is located, we will realize that this is a state affected by various conflicts. The State of Israel is an associate member of the European Union and due to the economically strong relations that the European Union has had with Israel over time, we can ask ourselves in which way can the European Community influence this country in other areas as well.

In order to avoid blocking the capacity of the banking system to finance the domestic economy, a legislative package was issued in order to protect the interests of bank debtors, at the suggestion of EBA and against the background of the crisis caused by COVID-19. In addition, the legislative moratorium was supplemented by a non-legislative moratorium, and as a result of their application, the payment obligations of the debtors who requested the postponement were suspended. The analysis of the effects produced on the banking market leads to the conclusion that the government's measures caused both positive and some negative effects - the risk of default for banks and public exposure being the sensitive factors. As a result, the state and the B.N.R. intervened with specific means.

This paper highlights the relationship between employees` emotional intelligence and their experience of organizational climate. We analyze the two concepts in two Romanian multinational organizations and we demonstrate that emotional intelligence has a positive impact on organizational climate, which means that employees with higher scores of emotional intelligence experience a more positive organizational climate. Also, a higher level of heterogeneity in EQ scores leads to a more negative perception of organizational climate.

: The present literature review brings together conceptualizations and study results obtained from extensive work that has been done on the virtue of Intellectual Humility (IH) for the pasts 9 years. While philosophers don’t settle yet to a single point of view on intellectual humility, psychologists take a pragmatic stance on the construct and evaluate possible implications IH can have on personal, social, and professional levels. The term is being extended to organizations, teams and organizational culture and studied in the intricate relationships established in the corporate culture. Studies in leadership also provide an insight of how organizations can benefit from the vision and culture a humble leader promotes.

The paper presents the results of a survey administered to 1640 respondents from Romania and the Republic of Moldova in which a number of determinants have been taken into consideration like gender, age, education and COVID-19 exposure, verifying their association with attitudinal compliance. This notion has been conceptualized as agreement to prevention measures and willingness to get the COVID-19 vaccine. The results show a poor association with gender, but a more noticeable one with age and education.
