Comparative analysis of the developement of higher education in three countries:The russian federation, the republic of moldova and romania 俄罗斯联邦、摩尔多瓦共和国和罗马尼亚三国高等教育发展比较分析

The paper compares the university education system in three countries: the Russian Federation, the Republic of Moldova and Romania. Even though they are part of different geo-political and cultural spaces, the three states have important similarities in higher education. In all three countries processes of university education reform have been carried out to modernize and adapt to the demands of globalization and the new communication society. Also, the relation to the trends and contents of European higher education has been and remains a constant of the managerial activity of education ministries and of other institutions with educational attributions. At the same time, there are differences between the higher education systems of the Russian Federation, the Republic of Moldova and Romania, which come from the specifics of their evolution so far, but also from the society in which they operate.

Attachment formation within adoptive families and post-adoption support 收养家庭的依恋形成和收养后的支持

This study aims to explore the experience of the adoptive families related to the attachment formation with the adopted child. Existing post-adoption services are explored. The study design is qualitative and triangulated the data from interviews with 11 adoptive parents, with a wide range of attachment relationship experience, from observation within a support group for adoptive parents, from interviews with specialists working in the statutory and private sector in the adoption field, and from social documents. Data analysis made use of the thematic analysis and storytelling. The key factors facilitating the attachment process are discussed and several recommendations for post-adoption services are made.

The aim of the present study targeted to explore specific perceptions of Romanian respondents, based on gender approach, focusing on different facets of the work-family relation. The methodology comprised a survey procedure on three major dimensions - work-family conflict, work- family facilitation and role stress, collecting data from 160 participants, evenly distributed from a gender criterion. Data showed different tendencies concerning the perceptions of individuals, based on the gender category, on the work-family conflict theme, the role stress view and the gender role ideology. In conclusion, results explored new stances of present-day social functioning and resource allocation towards work or family sector, depending on gender.

Aspects concerning the admissibility of the exception of unconstitutionality 关于违宪例外的可采性问题

Access to constitutional justice by way of the exception of unconstitutionality is subject to conditions, provided by law and developed in the practice of the Romanian courts of justice and of the Constitutional Court. An exception of unconstitutionality implies a procedural mechanism that must meet the conditions of predictability and clarity, in order to ensure legal certainty and effective access to constitutional litigation. We intend this paper to be a useful tool for litigants and for the courts when they refer to the Constitutional Court with exceptions of unconstitutionality, in terms of a clear delimitation of the powers of the courts of justice and the Constitutional Court.

Parenting strategies of 21st century adults 21世纪成年人的育儿策略

This study investigates how 21st century parents show openness and flexibility for new parenting strategies. The central theme of the study refers to the positive parenting according to which the active listening of the child, the adaptation of the parent to his needs, the active involvement of the parent in the child's life, and the expression of the parent's attachment to his child become essential for a quality parent-child relationship. Positive parenting does not exclude disciplining the child and setting limits. The results of the study demonstrate the availability of parents for this type of parenting, but also for an improvement in the field.

The enforcement value of this institution resides in the fact that Romanian criminal justice needs to relieve congestion in regard to the large number of criminal cases tried before the courts of law, thus granting the defendant the right to admit the deed he is accused of and benefit from a reduced sanction as a result of a simplified procedure. The article discusses the most important advantages of the regulation of this institution on a national level.

The purpose of this paper is to explore an uncharted topic in Romanian social work literature: the social perception of tattoos in future social workers. Romanian and international research literature is briefly reviewed to get an understanding of social perceptions about tattoos as they are associated with marginalized groups traditionally served by social workers, such as victims of human trafficking, people deprived of liberty, and people with substance abuse. We then aim to explore social work students’ perceptions about tattoos, and the attitudes elicited by such perceptions in encounters with social work beneficiaries. An exploratory research project was conducted with social work students in their 1st, 2nd and 3rd year of study at West University of Timisoara, Romania regarding students’ social perception of tattoos.

Highschool students’ professional values profiles 高中生职业价值观概况

The main purpose of this study is to determine the work values of high school students and to compare the differences between students from different residence places (developed and underdeveloped cites). We used a quantitative approach in order to determine the influence of the variable mentioned above on the attitudes and beliefs regarding work values. To collect data, we used The Multidimensionality Work Ethic Profile, an inventory that measures seven dimensions of work values: self-reliance, morality, leisure, hard work, centrality of work, wasted time and delay of gratification. The research tool was applied on a sample of 214 high school students coming from two different residence environments characterized by different levels of development. We performed a series of Independent T tests in order to compare the scores that were given to each dimension. We discovered that the students, regardless of their residence environment, place the same value on the seven dimensions.

We used a quantitative approach in order to determine the influence of the variable mentioned above on the attitudes and beliefs regarding work values. To collect data, we used The Multidimensionality Work Ethic Profile, an inventory that measures seven dimensions of work values: self-reliance, morality, leisure, hard work, centrality of work, wasted time and delay of gratification. The research tool was applied on a sample of 214 high school students coming from two different residence environments characterized by different levels of development. We performed a series of Independent T tests in order to compare the scores that were given to each dimension.
