Apres avoir defini l’activation en lien avec un regime de gouvernementalite, il met en evidence les conditions de provenance et d’extension de cette categorie. Ce retour critique permet ensuite de reperer quelques prescriptions et enjeux normatifs des politiques d’activation et des pratiques d’intervention qui ciblent les jeunes NEEF d’aujourd’hui. In Canada, evidence showed that Francophone communities living in linguistic minority situations have difficulty accessing health and social services in their preferred language, which can negatively affect the quality and safety of these services. The active offer is a practice designed to counter the effects of linguistic minority status by proactively inviting clients to express themselves in the official language of their choice at the first contact. There is currently no validated tool for assessing this competency among future health and social service professionals. This article presents the creation and validation steps of the Grille d’observation des indicateurs de compétence en offre active de services en français, a tool intended to support education programs in teaching and evaluating this competency using simulations. Cette etude vise a explorer les barrieres et les facilitateurs dans l’acces aux services pour les enfants et adolescents autistes, et ce, selon la perspective de parents et celle de personnes prestataires de services. Des entrevues semi-structurees ont ete effectuees aupres de huit parents et de huit responsables de services francophones du Nouveau-Brunswick. Une analyse thematique de leur discours a ete effectuee afin d’identifier les barrieres et les facilitateurs dans l’acces aux services lors de trois moments cles, soit les premieres inquietudes, le diagnostic et l’entree scolaire. Ces moments representent des periodes de transition sur le plan des services pour les familles.

Furthermore, the results allow us to understand the complexity of the support trajectory, especially regarding the difficulties encountered, which enabled us to develop two types of support trajectories 1) complete: all the essential elements for maintaining a positive relationship between the caregiver and the elder parent are present and 2) fragmented: certain elements are absent to maintain a positive relationship between the caregiver and the elder parent.
