CLINICAL AND HEMATO-BIOCHEMICAL STUDIES ON GOATS NATURALLY INFESTED WITH SUCKING AND BITING LICE 山羊自然感染吸血虱的临床和血液生化研究

The current study was performed to assess the most common clinical symptoms and hemato-biochemical alterations in goats naturally infested with sucking and biting lice. A total of 4599 goats were included in the clinical investigation. The changes in concentrations of some hematological and biochemical parameters were evaluated using 20 naturally infested animals divided into 2 equal groups – group 1 (infested with Bovicola caprae) and group 2 (infested with Linognathus stenopsis). Blood samples were collected before the treatment with Eprinomectin and on the 30th and 60th-day post-treatment (DPT). After sampling, the blood was examined for changes in the complete blood cell count including RBC, HGB, HCT, RBC indices (MCV, MCH, MCHC, RDW), WBC, leukocyte differential count as well as some biochemical parameters (Ca, P, Fe, total protein, albumin, bilirubin, ASAT, ALAT, AP). Clinical demonstrations in infested goats were not specific, represented with rubbing, scratching, broken hairs, alopecia, skin secretion, inflamed lesions (papules), crusts, and keratinization. The changes found in the hematological and biochemical parameters were normocytic hypochromic anemia (p˂0.001) and hypoferremia (p˂0.01) in the goats infested with sucking lice (L. stenopsis) and leukocytosis (p˂0.001), hyperproteinemia (p˂0.001) and hyperalbumineamia (p˂0.05) in the animals infested with biting lice (B. caprae). All changed parameters have returned to the reference ranges on the 30th and 60th DPT.

PLANT AND HABITAT DIVERSITY OF THE RILSKO KORITO VALLEY 高丽河谷的植物和生境多样性

A study has been conducted of the plant biodiversity of the vascular plants in the Rilsko Korito valley. As a result, there were established 81 families, 327 genera and 639 vascular plant species. The floristic analysis performed determined the floristic elements, biological type and floristic complex of the examined local flora. The performed research managed to establish 1 Bulgarian endemite Muscari vandasii Velen. and 16 Balcan endemites. Eight species with conservation statuses were confirmed: critically endangered (CR) -Dactylorhiza kalopissii subsp. macedonica (J. Holz. & Kunkele) Kreutz, endangered (EN) – Epipactis palustris (L.) Crantz, Ophrys apifera Huds., vulnerable (VU) -Anacamptis pyramidalis (L.) Rich., Orchis laxiflora Lam. subsp. palustris (Jacq.) Bornm. et Lay., data-deficient (DD) - Typha schuttlewortii Koch. et Sond., least concern (LC) - Fritillaria pontica Wahlenb. and Ficus carica L. There were also 189 medicinal species were also determined (33.7% of the total number of species).

The development of modern society requires the application of new forms of presentation of educational content in order to build personality and form a generation of creative people. It’s necessary that the approach and forms of the structure of the learning process to stimulate students’ development to the maximum extent. Attracting students’ attention and stimulating their activity by presenting the learning content most effectively is a challenge for the teacher. This way, their interest should be increased and they should acquire lasting, long-term knowledge in Art music. This report presents the possibilities of consolidating and enriching students' knowledge and skills in the academic discipline Music outside the traditional music lesson. The research presents the benefit of education through music computer technology Sound Recording in a recording studio for students aged 10-16 as a part of their scheduled observation hours in extracurriculum learning environment. The aim is to increase students' interest in music as an art and to support the gaining of new knowledge. In this way, the students will be provoked to get to know their surroundings in full. At the same time, the research is an example of successful good practice to motivate and support music teachers with new practical ideas.

IMPACT OF INNOVATIVE ICE HOCKEY TRAINING METHODOLOGY ON THE IMPROVEMENT PROCESS 创新冰球训练方法对改进过程的影响

The main goal of this study is to apply and experiment a methodology for improving tactical training in ice hockey. For the proper conduct of the research and data comparison, two groups- experimental and control one, consisting of twenty children - eight to twelve age ranges, were formed. The research was conducted in 2018-2019 at the ice rink in the Winter Palace of Sports. Measurements including forward sprint 36m, forward sprint 9x6, slalom sprint, and sprint x8 were conducted. The results showed that the improvement in all specialized test indicators of the experimental group was obvious. The research and analysis of innovative training methodology in ice hockey techniques have proven positive changes in young players because it measured their performance before and after implementing the new techniques. The data collected showed improvement in various aspects such as speed, accuracy, and overall performance in game-like situations. Additionally, the specific and task-oriented training approach allowed players to learn and internalize the skills in a more efficient manner, resulting in faster development and improvement. Based on our data, we found that the created innovative training methodology in ice hockey technique offers a significant improvement in the process of motor actions refinement and tactical construction of dynamic situations.

METHODOLOGY FOR EVALUATION AND ANALYSIS OF THE FUNCTIONAL STATE OF ATHLETES 评价和分析运动员功能状态的方法

During the training of athletes for different sports, distinct workloads are planned, corresponding to the training and the goals set by the coach and his team for achieving high sports results. The overall preparation of the athletes requires the use of different methods for the evaluation and analysis of the functional state of the main systems of their bodies. An important factor for ensuring the effectiveness in the management of the training process is the objective, complete and timely information that can be obtained using a package of established standardized indicators procured according to specific methodology with strict order and sequence. The examined methodology aims to present the necessary tools and techniques for conducting a functional analysis of the state of athletes. The stages, activities, and methods for performing the analysis are described in detail. Several pilot functional analyses are presented, through which the methodology and its application were tested.

THE INFLUENCE OF COVID 19 ON PATIENTS WITH OCCUPATIONAL ASTHMA covid - 19对职业性哮喘患者的影响

PURPOSE: The purpose of our presentation is to provide an overview of patients with COVID 19 and occupational asthma. Often we forget about the relationship between harmfulness in the workplace and the diseases they cause, as well as what risk factor they may be for other diseases. Occupational diseases can lead to severe disability and decreased quality of life. On the other hand, COVID 19 in some patients may proceed as a life-threatening condition. This review will pay attention to patients with asthma and COVID 19, paying particular attention to occupational asthma and risk factors of the working environment, as well as recommendations for working in pandemic conditions. METHODS: The diagnosis of asthma is made according to the following tests: spirometry is the recommended test to confirm this diagnose, the peak flow meter is and FeNO - a test to determine the level / content of nitric oxide in the exhaled air from the lungs, in patients with normal results from the abovementioned tests, but who had signs and symptoms of asthma, provocation tests may be performed. RESULTS: Patients with allergic asthma are more vulnerable to COVID-19 and the disease is more severe than in patients with the chronic pulmonary obstructive disease and non-allergic asthma. Older age and non-white ethnicity also appear to provide a higher risk of disease and its course within the population with asthma and COVID-19. CONCLUSION: There is still insufficient evidence to assess whether the risk of COVID-19 infection with asthma patients, including occupational asthma, is significantly higher.

Older age and non-white ethnicity also appear to provide a higher risk of disease and its course within the population with asthma and COVID-19. Asperger syndrome (AS) is a developmental disorder associated with autism, characterized by repetitive behaviour, significant movement disturbance, including some poor motor skills and clumsiness. Therapeutic riding (TR) focuses on the cognitive, physical, emotional and social well-being of the rider. TR is a form of the physical, occupational and speech therapy that uses the specific movements of equestrian therapeutic techniques to facilitate normal muscle tone and to enhance balance, coordination, and motor development. PURPOSE: The aim is to evaluate the impact of therapeutic riding on motor skills of children with AS. METHODS: Changes in posture were assessed using the Posture Assessment Scale and child’s coordination in everyday functional activities using the Developmental Coordination Disorder Questionnaire (DCDQ’2007).Five children with AS, aged 4.9-year-old to 7.2-year-old participated in the study. RESULTS: We registered some improvements during the horseback riding course: better head and posture position and fine motor/handwriting general coordination. CONCLUSION: Although the study is only a pilot one with a small group of participants, the results clearly show that Therapeutic riding causes positive changes of some motor skills for children with AS.

EFFICACY OF FUMIGATION BY CYPHENOTHRIN RELEASING SMOKE BOMBS AGAINST ORIENTAL COCKROACHES (BLATTA ORIENTALIS) 氯氰菊酯烟雾弹对东方蜚蠊的熏蒸效果研究

Cockroaches are known for their high reproductive potential, adaptability, and tendency to develop resistance to insecticides. The successful control requires a comprehensive approach and a combination of different methods, including fumigation. It is characterized by easy implementation and the ability to process large areas. The aim of the present study was to determinate effectiveness of fumigation for control of cockroaches in laboratory conditions, similar to practice. Groups of oriental cockroaches (n = 6) from 2 pig farms were placed in 5 zones in a lab, close to their natural location: open surfaces (№1 - floor, №2 - lab table, №3 - opened cupboard), closed spaces (№4 - closed cupboard) and hard-to-reach areas (№5 - upholstered furniture). Fumigations with cyphenothrin-releasing smoke bomb were performed at a dose of 1g per m3 and 12-hour exposure. Their effectiveness was evaluated by the appearance of a knockdown effect and achieved mortality. The tests revealed a knockdown effect at the end of the exposure in 52.78% of cockroaches in open areas (№1, 2, 3), 58.33% in closed spaces (№4), but not in hard-to-reach areas (№5). At the end of the monitoring period (96 hours), 100% mortality was found in the groups located in zone №1, 91.67% in zones №2 and №4, 83.34% in №3 and 49.99% in hard-to-reach places (№5). The obtained results define fumigation as a highly effective method for controlling cockroaches density in easily accessible and open areas of the premises. In hard-to-reach areas, additional and targeted treatments should be also implemented.

SOCIAL ISOLATION AND POST-COVID NEUROPSYCHOLOGICAL DAMAGE 社会隔离和新冠后神经心理损伤

Social isolation (SI) exerts a harmful effect on brain plasticity even in healthy animals and humans. We reported some new connections between aggressive behavior and SI, and new mechanisms of SI damaging effect on experimental rodents in previous studies. SARS-CoV-2 exhibits neurotropism through its affinity for the ACE2 receptor in endothelial cells found in the brain. The neurotropism in the disease caused by the new coronavirus accords with a wide spectrum of neurological, psychiatric and psychological symptoms. It had been reported that up to almost 43 % of SARS survivors developed long-lasting psychiatric morbidity that persisted at 4 years follow up with main diagnoses in diminishing order of representation: posttraumatic stress disorders, depression, panic disorder, and obsessive-compulsive disorder. Full assessment of the long-term risk of neurological and psychological complications will be greatly needed once the coronavirus pandemic is over. Based on current data and the reported experience with SARS-CoV we hypothesize that the neurobehavioral sequelae of the disease caused by SARS-CoV-2 will necessitate close interaction between emergency medicine and psychological support. The role of social support for the restoration of post-Covid neuropsychological damage is essential because the human being is not only a biological object but also a social subject who needs support from other humans.

Purpose: Gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine tumors are heterogeneous group of tumors. The pathomorphological assessment is essential for the staging and requires an immunohistochemical panel of several markers for validation.The aim of the article is to summarize pathological constellation for neuroendocrine tumor and immunohistochemical panel. Methods: Critical evaluation of the data available from existing studies. Results: Current immunohistochemical diagnostic markers include synaptophysin, chromogranin, and Ki-67 index. The ability of SSRs to be internalized in the development of radiolabeled somatostatin analogues has further contributed to improved diagnosis and treatment of NETs. Conclusion: Nowadays, there has been a significant increase in the number of molecularly targeted agents in the treatment of neuroendocrine tumors.
